Awesome company - super responsive, super nice and professional. We had a flat tire, roadside dispatched them. We got a phone call within a few minutes giving us an accurate eta. Loaded the car, strapped it in and brought it to the repair shop for us. We are so pleased, we’ll be sure to call them next time for sure.
This was a horrible and unprofessional experience. GEICO sent this towing company out a few weeks ago to give my niece and me a jump for my Jeep. The driver, Josh, could not find us at first, and when he finally did, he was in a bad mood and blamed me instead of taking responsibility.
He attempted to jump the vehicle using his jump packs but clearly did not know how to properly use his equipment for my vehicle. He was rushed, dismissive, and extremely rude the entire time. After we had already waited over an hour, he left without fixing anything, leaving us stranded in the dark and cold. His reason for leaving was that his shift ended in 30 minutes.
He insisted the issue was not the battery, which turned out to be completely wrong. After he left, my mother-in-law came out after her own work shift and was able to jump my Jeep successfully with no issues at all.
To make matters worse, Josh texted me hours later. I politely told him never to contact me again due to how unprofessional and upsetting the experience had been.
I am shocked to see a 5-star rating because this was one of the worst roadside assistance experiences I’ve ever had. When people are stranded, cold, and relying on help through their insurance, this is not how they should be treated. I do not recommend this company.
Thank you Adler Towing! My battery was dead and I managed to lock the keys in the truck in the process… I call up Adler towing, the driver Josh contacted me quickly and came right out and got me back up and going! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Thank you so much Adler! Merry Christmas and have a good one!
Josh and his wife Francesca are very professional at thier jobs. They both worked with my wife and me and billed us a fair price. They are very understanding and I believe that they are the same towards all their customers. I will definitely use Adler's Towing again. Thank u Josh.

Awesome experience. I needed my truck towed to the mechanic for a minor issue and Adler was subcontracted through my insurer. The driver Josh contacted me through text within 15 minutes of me contacting my insurance company. He showed up quick and after hearing my problem he immediately got under my truck to see if it could be fixed quick on the spot. After we determined it should be brought in he made the rest of the experience fun for my 2 year old daughter who was afraid of all the commotion. He was very friendly and personable and my daughter had a great experience seeing dad’s big truck lifted onto an even bigger truck. He waved back at my daughter and honked as he drove off. She looked at me, beaming, and said “That’s a cool guy with a cool truck.”

We’ve had Adler out twice now, once for a jump and once for a tow. We’ve had Josh both times and he is very personable and friendly. It’s generally not a good day when you have to call a tow company, but Adler’s unbeatable customer service makes it a lot easier. My family could not recommend Adler enough. Best towing company we’ve used in New Hampshire by far.
My car broke down and needed to be towed from a busy parking lot. Kyle from Adler’s towing arrived within 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional and had my car on the flatbed and on the way to my mechanic within just a few minutes.

It was a Great Experience! The Driver (Josh) took "Extra Care" getting my Antique Camaro up onto the flatbed. He was a Nice Guy and was quick delivering the Car to its destination. I am Very Happy!
Adler Towing went above and beyond dropping our 32’ travel trailer off at a campground for us. Few people would have the patience or skills to do what they did. Afterwards they dropped our truck off at the dealership, even letting us know when it was there.
They are extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Great experience with Adler Towing this morning. My insurance company hooked me up with them and they arrived not even 30 minutes after the call! Josh was very kind, quick, and helpful. Was able to text when he was on the way and when he arrived. Josh was super quick loading up my car. Would definitely use their services again.
