Former employee that was laid off due to lack of work. Went in for a state inspection on my personal vehicle and later found out that they called the cops on me for being on the property, even after I paid for the inspection. I can’t imagine treating a former employee like a criminal. Should have brought my money elsewhere.
Incredible roadside service. I had a breakdown, I was on the phone for less than a minute, and the tow truck was there within 10 minutes. The tow truck driver knew exactly what he was doing, loading a truck that only had 3 working tires/wheels with ease. Their pricing was more than fair as well.
If I ever need roadside service or towing again, they'll be my first call
First off .... 849. and change... for my car to be towed & they only had it for less than 18 hrs.... tow driver absolutely ignorant.... due to the disgusting pricing and over confident tow driver telling me he takes tips... NEVER ever AGAIN
This company was very helpful during a very stressful situation...they were more worried about the safety of me and my car than just business. Thank God for good hearted people!!
The customer service and compassion this place showed my family today is something I haven’t been met with in a long time. Our vehicle was hit and the other driver did not have insurance, these guys went out of their way (staying open a few minutes past closing on an already long day) so we could get our vehicle and then insured it was safe enough to drive home by removing anything hanging off of the vehicle. They not only did not have to do any of this and did but they did it with a smile and it’s just not something you see everyday. 100% will use them for any and all towing needs in the future now.
Even the tow truck driver had amazing customer service skills and was kind. 10 out 10 this place is amazing !!!
No one likes having to get a vehicle out of a tow yard, including me, but Dave made the process easier and even went out of his way to make some phone calls to the insurance folks to help me out of a sticky situation. Thanks so much!
Came here to replace a tire. Mechanic used a mobile service truck in their own yard due to lack of space in their shop. Got charged for 2 hours of road service, even though we never called for road service and tire change took less then 1 hour
These guys couldn’t have been more professional and the tow truck driver. He was a rockstar doing something that I don’t think. A lot of people could do pulling a very large vehicle through a very limited opening and didn’t occur any further damage which that didn’t matter, but it was just the principal I would definitely use these guys again And supervisor Dave he was outstanding to work with answered all our questions took care of our insurance information and was able to get us into the yard when we needed it Again
After 8 months of waiting for my truck to be fixed, I had to reach out to them to ask what they were waiting for it to get done? They couldn't find parts for my truck!! Later, after I told them I was getting my truck out, they told me it was going to be more money to pull it out because of storage costs!!! They were the ones to keep my truck , I found the parts in 2 days shipped to them !!! No bueno!! Would not recommend this establishment
Great experience with this towing company, Mark picked up my car in Manchester to bring to Meredith, since the car is misfiring and I had just moved. We live off a busy street and he was quick and efficient at getting my car to me! SO happy to have an experienced tow truck driver in this situation. I would use their services again.
After a very stressful Saturday , the employee delivered our wrecked. Bike to our house today. He was professional ,very knowledgeable .

My vehicle was towed here after I was involved in a collision. Without my consent or notification, NETC drained the fluids from my vehicle. When banks collision started the repairs, they noticed that my car was now leaking oil because an incorrect drain plug was being used and the oil pan is damaged. NETC claims this was because of a previous repair but I have never had an oil leak. I will now have to pay $200 for this repair out of pocket. Luckily the insurance company is paying for everything else but I received an itemized bill for the towing and storage of over $2000. Which includes $125 fluid removal fee, $31.25 battery disconnect fee, $90 relocation from bay to storage after fluid removal. What a joke. Avoid this place if you can and never let Concord PD arrange a tow to this crooked impound lot.
If you find yourself anywhere near NETC. AND Are in need of services. The hospitality is second to none. Made me and my son feel like family. ? don't have enough good to say about Dave, and the lady's in his office. Thank you so very much
Scam artist! Charged 950 for a tow because I crashed on black ice. I had to sign my title over so I can pay only 650 and they didn’t even show the other charges for what my title was. Don’t let the cops have your car towed there!! Says $150 to disconnect a battery on the invoice lol what a joke and scam
Apparently the company is not in knowledge with 70.40 sub section C of the towing law. Also they are not in knowledge that they are not allowed to keep personal property not attached to the vehicle. Keep trying to get my personal property out of the vehicle and they won't let me unless I pay a fee. They are unaware of the law that there is no fees if I do not authorize them to tow the vehicle. Example I was in an accident, I didn't call them to tow the vehicle. Therefore my vehicle was towed without my consent. Very disrespectful and unknowing of the laws of towing. Guess I'll have to go small claims court with my lawyer. Good luck if you use this company.
They are greedy and money hungry only. Most insane prices I’ve ever seen a tow company have. They don’t care about the people who need help and can’t afford to pay $100 a day in fees plus all the other bogus fees they add on. The owner will happily smile to your face saying you owe $4,000 to get your car that was there for a short time and drive away in his brand new expensive truck. Disgusting what they do when they’re the only one who can tow a car after an accident. Which is when you’re already at a low point. Good for you guys.
They act they wanna help you and they true friends until you reject their ridiculous prices and offers! After that, be ready charge for parking lot that you tow to the shop, they will move your truck overnight to TOWING SPOTS, AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYDAY 75$ PER UNIT. THEY WILL SQUIZZE YOUR MONEY! do not take your broken truck or trailer to them!

I had an electrical problem. So I called for road service in the early morning hours.
I have a very common Series 60 Detroit 12.7 motor. The service tech said he had never worked on one. So, he charged me for calling his buddies...the young man did try to wiggle some wires around with no success. We decided to drive it to the company shop in Concord. He said the Detroit mechanic would be in at 7:30. He asked me if I would like for him to follow me. I said that would be great ! Thanks....
Dang found out his offer wasn't a courtesy.
So he charged me close to $200 bucks for following me 19 miles ... I didn't know he was charging me again to go back to the shop, he said he didn't have any more calls waiting! It was over $500 for service call resulting in nothing... Ta-da $700/ so far....
The "Detroit Expert didn't look at it until almost closing time that day...Said they were too busy. Then he went home for the fourth of July.... I had to wait until mid day. After the 5th day, he came back (extended vacation). So that was $800 in hotel stay ( I was 975 miles from home). The shop had informed me he was the best man there for the job.
After I finally got back to the shop, all of the mechanics were sitting around the table just riding the clock..they were looking at me like I was a burden to them..Not Busy at all.
So after looking, the Detroit mechanic said the problem was in the wire harness. He said he wouldn't work on it because there was black tape on some wires and he didn't know what was done before. He did agree that he would fix it by replacing the whole wire harness. I couldn't afford it so I tried to limp it home. $250 more for his "Expert" opinion.
$1750 for nothing.... Instead of making money on a load towards home, I Lost 5 nights hotel charges, missed my family for the fourth, truck not fixed. I Didn't get to work.
I only made it to just after the NY state line. The truck wasn't going any further. So fortunate at the exit I pulled off the interstate I pulled into a place called Lisi's... The had certified mechanics. In 15 minutes they found a broken external battery bracket which had contributed to a ground problem....boom,fixed!
New England Truck Center is a poor place to do business... Probably the worst I have encountered during the years of my trucking career. Beware.
The only local tow yard where the prices aren't negotiate. Ok. Understood. "We have a contract with local pd". Fair enough. But then the price went up $85 more from the phone call I made 20mins prior. Ok. I still wasn't holding this against the business. I asked for an explanation and an itemized receipt. I was very calm and polite. He was incredibly rude and acted as if I was a nuisance. Not the end of the world. I've dealt with his type before.
We go out to get our vehicle from the tow yard. We're at the car for all of 2mins, quickly organizing the stuff inside the car to get it ready to drive out. The guy who cashed us out comes outside and starts screaming at us: "you need to leave the property now!" "I'm calling the police!!!" It was terrifying. St first I was confused, and thought he was talking to someone else. I still have no idea why he was yelling at us. He was incredibly rude.
I had locked my keys in my car. I called John's Wrecker Service for help.
The dispatcher was very professional and polite.
I was quoted 85.00 to unlock my car and wait time would be half an hour give or take 10 minutes.
The tech who helped me arrived a half hour after placing the call.
The tech was also polite and professional!

I recently required a tow on 89 north by 93 south and while I was appreciative of the tow at such an early morning time (just getting off of an overnight shift at the emergency department), I was unhappy with the tow driver and how he made me pay extra for his mistakes.
After the driver picked up my car he did not put the straps on correctly he then passed right by 93S putting on extra miles to fix his mistake. I asked him if this would cost me extra as the price is 5 dollars per mile and he said "no".
After extra time we finally went to the location of my mechanic I told him to slow down and he passed right by it, once again adding extra miles for his mistake.
He then had me pay an extra 20 dollars for the extra miles to which my roadside assistance wont cover. That's on top of the 250 dollar price just to pick up the car!
I have contacted them about my experience and have yet to hear back. Unfortunately the majority of the time you have no choice on who tows your car but if you do I would choose another company.
Picked up my mini bike (Honda CT 70) after an accident and transported from Bow to Concord. (I was in the accident and not aware). Then brought bike from Concord to my house in Bow. Cost of this was $750.00!!! Also some parts of the bike were missing! I would not recommend them to anyone! Very dissatisfied with cost of this transfer!
At my expense, one of their drivers was cackling loudly out his window at me as he drove by, while I was pulled over by an officer on Friday @ 1 AM. If you're gonna be a rude, don't do it in a company truck!
Now imagine what he'll do when he sees you on the side of the road in distress; he certainly won't be sympathetic.
I'll never use this wrecker service again, and will make sure others hear my story of how rude their employee was.
Friendly, helpful and they do what they promise. I tried to get other companies close to home to move my 10,000lb tractor and John's Wrecker Service was the ONLY place that got back to me right away... and followed through with their promises. From their dispatch to their driver. PERFECT!!! Thank you.
A family member of mine was recently in a solo car accident. Johns came right out from Concord and was there in 20 minutes. It took a while to recover the car (it was pretty stuffed in a ditch) but no further damage was caused. There driver, Mike, was a great guy and explained everything perfectly. Car was towed to our house and placed exactly where we wanted.
