This place is horrible! I had all the proofs it was my car and they wouldn't release my belongings! I didn't even want the car just my stuff as have nowhere to live and all mine ans my kids things are in the car. The guy with the glasses at desk acted better than mw. I said I was calling cops and they got aggressive. Unprofessional

Great, professional crew and very friendly also went out of there way to help me save money I highly recommend this company I was very surprised to how helpful they were.

We went to have a fender replaced. They did amazing work. Very cost effective, professional and quick. They had the work done in record time. They were great and I highly recommend

I was broken down on the side of the road. Not only was this company quick to respond, super.fast responce time. They explained the process and rates up front. staff were professional and well trained. Our vehicle was in a ditch at a angel that almost caused vehicle to roll over. J&M equipment was brand new and easily removed our vehicle without any damage to the car. We were very pleased during the entire incident and would highly recommend J&M Towing & Recovery.

Fair prices on towing, a little on the higher end but as the saying goes you get what you pay for, these guys are very thorough in making sure your vehicle is safely loaded up and dropped off. Down to earth staff who will work with you financially (which is rare in this day and age). Down to earth family owned local business, Would recommend.

This is the most disrespectful Towing company I have ever dealt with. Between breaking my tie rod on a tow when the car was DRIVEABLE before they towed it and un driveable after they dropped it off.. Not to mention how absolutely rude and unpolite people you could imagine speaking to. Over charged me for a tow and then argued with me it should have been more even tho they ruined my vehicle when there was nothing wrong with it before Towing it. One part owner agreed to the damage and was reasonable to work with but then the other part owner used vulgar language with us on the phone and hung up multiple times. I would absolutely never ever recommend this company and if it wasn't for the state police calling them first then I would never be in this position in the first place. I'd rather give them 0 stars if I could. They don't deserve the one.

Police required me to use this company after an accident. I authorized them to release the car to the repair shop covered by my insurance. After about a week and a half, I called the shop, and they hadn't received the car yet. I called the insurance company, and they told me that J&M was refusing to release the car to them because they decided it was totaled, and they wanted to take care of it. The rep also told me that they were charging OVER FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, for a tow of less than a mile and ten days of storage, and there were that many days ONLY because they refused to release the car. The delay is also causing me to worry that I won't have a car when my rental car coverage is up at the end of the month. . Even though my insurance company will pay the charge, I am fuming at the thought of this behavior. This is why insurance rates are so high, because immoral people and companies bilk the for as much as they can.

Extremely rude and disrespectful from the get go. Car had been there less than 24 hrs and charges $500 cash! Even when I tried picking it up earlier they purposely made me wait till after 12:00 so he could charge an extra day. I called the police station that used them and I was told there had been a number of complaints. The chief thanked me an told me they won't be using them ever be again. Even suspended my ticket due to j and m robbing me basically.

I’ve never had a better experience. JM Towing & Recovery saves the day. Jared and Matt were so helpful. Their service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend if you need road side assistance in any situation to call them. Their prices were reasonable and they had a great attitude the whole time.That’s just what I needed when I was so stressed and tired after a long day. Thank you so much ?

My family and I were traveling home from a Bruins game when our car suddenly died. Not being from the area, we had no idea what to do or who to call. We called about 5 tow companies prior to reaching J&M. Their customer service from the get go was far superior to the conversations we had with anyone else. They came in a timely manner and Matt who was our driver was wonderful. The company even assisted us with finding a hotel to stay at since our car obviously wasn’t getting us the 179 miles back home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone else who needs towing services.

Called about getting my camper towed within town, they wanted over 500 bux to tow it less then 3 miles down the road and back. So much for my camping weekend. I simply cant afford That kind of cash. Its not even a big camper and im not ultra rich so I cant just go out and get a new truck. Thanks for nothing. To the commenter below. YES it was YOU we called and YES you quoted it again when I called AGAIN. SO no need to LIE about it.

J&M came to rescue on 05/22/2021. They were able to pick me & my vehicle up from side of the road within an hour of notice. Thanks for great service!

Local police have a contract with them and they will be contacted first, DO NOT LET THEM BE CALLED, your car will be damaged further than it was previous and you will be charged approximately $500 per mile. You read that right and you can contact me for evidence, ignore the response i will get saying “do not post untrue information”, i know they will respond saying something along those lines. If this is deleted i will post it again, We will not be silenced.

Horrible damaged vehicle and did not pay for it after they say they would. They do not have insurance either. Very rude and played games and offensive/threatening. Totally unprofessional stay away!!!! All positive reviews are from their family members.

J&M does not work well with repair shops or insurance companies. They held my car hostage and would not release my car to the repair shop for five days after the accident. They claimed that all parties involved “did not know the process” and hung up on telephone calls when asked for a resolution. Find a different towing company! Also charged way more than expected!

I was incredibly FORTUNATE to have J and M Towing rescue my truck recently! They were very quick to respond and took extra care to ensure no further damage was done. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs! Great service!!

Got pulled out of a snow bank after sinking into the mud & slush. This company is not able to print itemized receipts (a basic function for a decently-run company), so if you need reimbursement from your insurance, look elsewhere or you're paying out of pocket!

They are the best towing company We have ever dealt with! I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a tow to anywhere! We purchased a brand new trailer from cold springs and J&M towed it for us all the way to New Mexico! They arrived to pick it up right on time and gave us updates the whole way down! Couldn’t have asked for better! They are the best guys anywhere!

There driver was ruse and drove like a maniac. I had right of way and he almost hit me and another car. He drove through a red light in downtown concord. He was cussing and yelling out his window as he drove by us.. One of my younger children were in my van.. this man should not be driving a flat bed tow truck since he is an aggressive driver and does not care about the rules of the road or others people that are driving on the roads... He is going to cause an accident.....

My insurance company called them to tow my car to a repair shop. I talked to them at 9 am, they said they were running a little late. The next day, my car hasn’t moved. They never called anyone to say they wouldn’t be able to make it so we could make arrangements with a more reliable towing company. Terrible business ethics. Please do everyone a favor and go out of business. I had to call my insurance to tell them my car hasn’t moved an inch. I’m glad I was home and not waiting along side the road!

Worst Tow company out there. They should not tow any car. They dropped a truck in the middle of our parking lot. Shoving a customers truck off the ramp truck and just leaving it to block an entrance. Spoke to the owner who could have cared less. Then again today they do it again after we told them were to put the car. And he just leaves wow again owner Matt doesn't care. AAA should NOT have them tow a toy car let alone a real car Guys are not the professionals that they claim to be. Mind you I have the whole thing on camera. Needless to say if you have a choice I wouldn't choose them wonder how the customers would feel knowing how they treat there cars that they are entrusted to tow.

J&M went far and above to make sure my disabled car, and I, were delivered safely after a late-night accident in a remote area. I was about to be stranded overnight in cold temperatures, outside of any taxi, Uber, or Lyft service area. Matt from J&M would not accept this and continued to search for alternatives long after I'd given up. My car and I weren't even in the same state as J&M Towing, yet Matt figured out a way to assist with transportation for me to the closest hotel - 17 miles away. It was unconventional, "out of the box" thinking, but this saved the day. The next morning, I was picked up as scheduled, and spent the next 2.5 hours riding with the tow driver to the repair facility. My car was delivered safely, and expertly into an impossibly tight parking space in a tiny parking lot. (very impressive) The driver was knowledgeable and pleasant. He spoke well of his colleagues and his position within the company, which to me, indicates a healthy company from the inside out. Nobody plans to have an accident or break down. If it ever happens to you within J&M's range, they should be your first call. As an aside, do not adulterate the google reviews page with personal attempts to harm someone you dislike. The review platform is specifically for customers to share experiences to help others make informed decisions. This type of attack highlights the author as the fool.

These guys did an excellent job. Very professional. Always available to talk if I had a question. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing towing or transport, and would not at all hesitate to use their service again in the future.
