Ran out of gas late at night in Concord and called for fuel delivery. They showed up quickly, filled me up, and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent service.

Stranded over 3hrs with 2 children waiting for a dispatch. And instead of asking us to get a ride for the 2nd adult and 2 children, their driver dropped the call. We had already called an uber just in case for my husband and 2 kids. So im left stranded on the side of the road thinking the driver was going to be here soon to get me. Sent my husband home with my 6yo and breast feeding infant thinking i wouldnt be far behind because the car and insurance are in my name. Just to find out the driver dropped our tow. Unfreakingbelievable. Never had this kind of terrible service from a tow driver.

Onstar set up a service We waited for the driver to show up. Was given an ETA Which came and went. Finally got a call that they weren't going to be coming out to us and the best they could do was tomorrow. Two and a half hours later we had to call someone else out to help. One star is only because zero stars isn't an option. NEVER recommending them.
