The guy at the counter is a good and business guy, but there was a guy, maybe the manager who didn't show respect for me. He just mistreated me . I feel it was because I am a blackman. Will never go to a place. I'm not valued
These guys know there stuff, great place to go and the coffee is good! I use their non commercial shops for my personal vehicle as well. They are more knowledgable and don't lead you on in a negative respect.
Was having tire’s put on the rear of my van when I noticed two employees tapping on my windshield trying to get the crack that I had to grow. When I confronted them they admitted they were trying to get the crack to go longer. When I complain to the manager he couldn’t care less and just walked off.
I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone.

They don't guarantee their work. Their techs are either careless or incompetent. My company was bringing their vans and trucks here for service until recently. The caliper tore off along with the emergency brake on interstate 95 on one of the vans. They had just serviced those items the day before. We called but Sullivan Tire didn't care. They wouldn't reimburse us for the tow or repair that now had to be done again.
We came in after hitting something and our tire going completely flat on the way there. I have never dealt with nicer people. My four year old was with me and they made his whole day.
Just bought my first commercial truck. Needed tires and an inspection on a isuzu npr. Great service. Staff seems happy at their jobs. Busy with working people who need trucks to make money.
Minus five stars. Would recommend staying away from this facility. Dollars drive this business. Called to set-up appt. as I was traveling over an hour to have new high pressure valve stems installed and was told they operate on first-come-first serve basis. Arrived and was told wait would be about an hour which I agreed to. After about a half hour of sitting and waiting was told facility manager decided my job would not be getting done after all and was asked to leave and come back some other day. Couple of jobs that arrived after me suddenly took precedence over mine--$$$$$$$! Facility manager not very customer oriented and couldn't even be bothered to communicate directly with me. Stay away......much better competitors out there willing to take better care of their business.

So the salesman told me the same thing. Luckily they had one in stock.
Service was so quick and efficient I did not even have time to finish the coffee
Price was extremely reasonable at $102.

if I could leave negative Stars I would. Warning do not go here. Complete rip off. They will do work without your consent and over charge you for it. And then when I checked on the original problem it still wasn't even fixed. I asked him to fix the transmission leak and engine leak and they fixed my blinkers and gave me an inspection sticker I never asked for the lights to be done nor the inspection sticker. And they still haven't done the engine or transmission I'm just taking my vehicle. back now I'm just taking my vehicle back now
Flat tire on our RV, our Roadside coverage thru Coach Net sent the call to Sullivan. We were stuck at the Hooksett rest area. Gentleman that came was fast and efficient. Got us back on the road quickly. I didn't catch his name, but it was around 3:00pm on 12/23/21. Great service.
Was in a bind when our tire machine broke down. James saved the and let us get two tires mounted quickly before our sales deadline. Thank you James and the very professional staff at Sullivan Tire Commercial Truck Center!
If only I could I would give negative stars. Called in they told me 1 price over phone show up at the place tell me different price. Ask them for a printed quote they say just a minute I'll get it for you. Waited waited they came said everything is done charged double the price the parts than what the parts cost at truck parts stores. I tried telling that's too expensive they tried to brain wash me the prices went up only you can get prices from any store they charged double for breaks and for drums for semi. Fast service but rip off and don't give you quote just waste time till they are not done and just bring you out the bill to pay. Got ripped off around $1,000 for parts. Not even talking about labor.
The service there sucks. Been waiting two weeks for a return phone call about a tire for my rubber tire excavator. Every time I call they say I'll call you back and they never do. Guess they don't need my business. The only reason I'm giving them one star is so I can leave this review.

Service is great here! They took good care of my old RV. 2 years ago had a blowout on 93 by Hooksett toll booth, AAA couldn’t find any body to help me change the tire so after 2 hrs of waiting, I I said let’s call Sullivan truck tire, in 5 min they showed up and had all the gear to change it on the spot! Went back and bought 6 new tires and I was on my way camping within 2 hrs! Ask for Jim in service, he’s assume!
I was welcomed and immediately told all waiting room chairs are cleaned and sanitized after anyone has sat in them. Love the plastic barrier shield that is up to protect your workers as well as myself. Of course you always go a great job efficiently changing the oil in my cars at a great price. You guys do a great job. Thank you!
I had requested an appointment online and didn’t realize I had to get a confirmation before I headed into the store. When I got there, they took me in although they were swamped. They stated it was going to be more than a couple hours and I was fine waiting but they did my oil change and inspection don’t within an hour and a half! Great service and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!
Ok my story started at Town Fair Tire. I went in to get a quote and they tried to charge me more than what their company website quoted me. Not good. I was also recommended to go to Sullivan Tire. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy and their quote matched exactly what your website said. Plus they noticed I was a veteran and gave me a discount on the aileinment I needed too. Great job and for being trustworthy thumbs up.
Good service, fair pricing, shuttled me to and from. My New England thriftiness prevents me from rating higher, the cost of car repairs never settles well with me...so all in all very satisfied, though lighter in wallet.
I needed RV alignment and tires. Sullivan has the service bay to accommodate. I am truly happy to have found best pricing on tires, alignment and customer service.
