Great and wonderful customer service from Dave. He help me a lot. And was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew all my options before I purchased my parts. He has a wonderful attitude as well. You can tell he really loves his job. Normally I hate talking to customers service people because they are rude and disrespectful. But Dave wasn't. Great job Dave. Also when I got there Eric was so helpful and understanding and very kind and patient. He made my experience joyful. Even the guy that loaded up my parts was friendly and careful. Also the place was clean. Overall just a wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect.
Lindsey made the process of finding the part I needed in my budget a breeze and got me back on the road. Service is outstanding and the staff is the best around. Would recommend them any day

Worst company to deal with! Big "family business" doesn't really care about small businesses. Ordered part, didn't work! Call LKQ instead, you will get a better deal and better service!
Excellent experience ordering a new radio for my Jeep.
The first one I ordered unfortunately didn't quite work properly for my vehicle as it was a slightly different part number which wasn't as interchangeable as it seemingly was supposed to be. When I called back Bow was able to source another one for slightly more money that was an exact part number match through a partner yard which is now installed in my Jeep and working great! The units I received were both in excellent condition and the staff I interacted with were all super nice.

I was searching for a used truck bed online. Tried a few different websites without much luck. Made a query to Bow Auto Parts. They reached out to me by text. I was being very particular for what I was looking for. They worked with me to find an ideal truck bed from Texas. There was some mixup on delivery date, but they made it right. Great combination of professionalism and friendliness. I will let my friends know.
Let me elaborate to make this review useful to those who read it.
Salesman will assure that your part will be there first thing in the morning and gladly take a deposit to ensure this. What they won’t tell you is that your part may be “bumped from the truck”.
No apology, no compensation. No attempt to assist the customer. Just a “not my fault” “it will be here tomorrow if you want it”.
Learn this, if you are the first person in the front door of a business you are the spokesperson for that business. So yes, it is your fault until you rectify the situation to the customer’s satisfaction or call a manager to do so.
Value your customers time and you won’t loose business.
I Bought some parts from here to fix my Truck. They have good quality parts and they gave me a good deal on an assortment of parts. They were also kind enough to lift off my old truck bed and sit my newly purchased bed on my frame so I could make the drive to NC easier. Since my truck was on a trailer I was pulling; space was limited. Good people to work with. I have recommended them to many people on various groups online.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsay. She helped me get a part for my vehicle , I was unsure of what I needed exactly and she helped me figure it out. Very helpful and satisfied with my encounterment with them !

Called in looking for a low mileage engine to get to Texas. RL (i accidently called him Mike) was extremely kind. Engine installed and ran great. highly recommend using Bow .
This is the most professional establishment I have dealt with in my life, and I am not young. I purchased a BMW engine there, and the courteousness and quality service, with constant communications I have received from Dave is unmatched. These guys are awesome! I bought a ‘17 F150 rear axle, part looked great and was installed on my ‘19 F150 with no issues. Also bought a truck bed for the same truck. Same thing worked well and came with harness for taillights in great shape!
Nothing but issues... I recently bought a used transmission from Bow Auto within 6 months it broke, luckily it was still under warranty. But I was never offered the labor coverage that they offer so I am stuck paying for the price of repairs again. When I had spoken to a tech on the phone, I opted to get an upgraded transmission and would pay the difference on top of what I originally paid. He then gave me the price difference and when I actually went in to pay the difference it was significantly more. The tech I had originally been speaking with admitted he was at fault but could only offer a discount of $100.
We couldn't find the part we needed and were about to give up. Then we found Bow Auto Parts. Austin found just what we needed right away. It was a very quick and easy process at a very reasonable price. If I could give a 100 stars I would. Thank you Austin.
Bow Auto Parts was good to deal with...
except I would have appreciated it if they'd mentioned they apply a 4% surcharge on credit card transactions. They took a $50 deposit over the phone and $52 charge shows up on my credit card. $2 not a big deal, but they should have mentioned it, so I could make sure I had cash to pay the balance on pickup and not be surprised by a credit card surcharge then too.

I recently purchased two parts (Dash Information Display Screen and Audio Equipment Radio Display) for my 2014 Honda Civic EX from Bow Auto Parts, and I am really pleased with my experience. After searching for an engine for our car. I'm glad I decided to pay a little more at bow. Unlike other used part yards i went to, this place is immaculate. Unlike the other yards dirty looking moters I saw I was amazed when they brought the engine out. It almost looked new. Also backed with a warranty. This is my new parts store.
I don't really make 5 star reviews but both Kevin and Nathan were beyond helpful in addressing my needs and helping me find a part I could use. It was quick, professional, and as friendly as possible. This was the utmost best and easiest method I've used for looking and getting spare parts.
Happy to find a local place with good parts selection. Had my damaged tailgate tracked down, picked up and installed less than two days after my accident.
