Specifically asked for a year and certain color and they assured me multiple times that they had it and when I get there it’s different year and different color parts … drove 45 minutes away on snowy weather for absolutely nothing complete waste of time

Going down hill fast ! Auto tech my hole life used them for years. The pass 2 year something changed and a bad way. Used to have the best parts around with a price tag to match, but I didn’t mind paying the extra money for a good part. Now the customer service is extremely rude and arrogant and the parts suck most the time they come from other junk yard and they attach there large price tag to and have no clue what they are sell or care. I know of 3 shops that stop using them, stop reminding them to customers. Not what they use to be sadly

And the time that I was gonna receive the parts and exactly gave me a text when they were ready. And that place is very organized and clean. People are frowning there and I brought parts before there and they were a great help a whole. They're gonna be still around for many years to come.

Great and wonderful customer service from Dave. He help me a lot. And was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew all my options before I purchased my parts. He has a wonderful attitude as well. You can tell he really loves his job. Normally I hate talking to customers service people because they are rude and disrespectful. But Dave wasn't. Great job Dave. Also when I got there Eric was so helpful and understanding and very kind and patient. He made my experience joyful. Even the guy that loaded up my parts was friendly and careful. Also the place was clean. Overall just a wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect.

Worst company to deal with! Big "family business" doesn't really care about small businesses. Ordered part, didn't work! Call LKQ instead, you will get a better deal and better service!
Excellent experience ordering a new radio for my Jeep.
The first one I ordered unfortunately didn't quite work properly for my vehicle as it was a slightly different part number which wasn't as interchangeable as it seemingly was supposed to be. When I called back Bow was able to source another one for slightly more money that was an exact part number match through a partner yard which is now installed in my Jeep and working great! The units I received were both in excellent condition and the staff I interacted with were all super nice.

I recently purchased two parts (Dash Information Display Screen and Audio Equipment Radio Display) for my 2014 Honda Civic EX from Bow Auto Parts, and I am really pleased with my experience. After searching for an engine for our car. I'm glad I decided to pay a little more at bow. Unlike other used part yards i went to, this place is immaculate. Unlike the other yards dirty looking moters I saw I was amazed when they brought the engine out. It almost looked new. Also backed with a warranty. This is my new parts store.
Happy to find a local place with good parts selection. Had my damaged tailgate tracked down, picked up and installed less than two days after my accident.
They were easily reachable by text and answered all my questions very quickly. A+
