Home Depot card owners, beware!
Today, I was totally shocked when all 3 credit bureaus alerted me that Home Depot suddenly reduced my credit card limit almost in half, due to a period of no card usage.
There was no warning from Home Depot, neither before, nor after this drastic rude action, let alone any apology.
I cancelled my card right away: there are far better shopping options around than Homme Depot.Feb 12, 2026 -
I bought a battery snow blower from Ryobi. Ryobi is amazing. I called customer service & they were amazing. I got a professional email & the manager of the products is so caring. They helped me. So fast & easy to use any customer service at Ryobi. The caring team is outstanding. My family uses all Ryobi products. I love all mine. Thank you Ryobi. We will continue with your tools.

This is my favorite home depot. The staff is very helpful and very helpful. U bought two new sets of batteries and he showed that there was a pack of three batteries. Which made my day. Always very helpful

If you want paint, be prepared to wait for some help to show up. I wasted 20 min of my time waiting to get paint mixed. Rang the bell there and still no one around. I just left and went to Lowes. WAY better Service!!!

At around 1:30 PM, a short bald man with glasses and an unkempt beard was working at the self-checkout area. He had a very rude attitude and gave terrible service. Definitely not a pleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Store manager was great! She only helped us briefly but she made the experience great rather than your Saturday home depot store trip ya know? Got what we needed, tool was in stock too

I went there today looking for a refrigerator, I found a lady there at the desk helping another customer, I stepped away and waited till she is done, she asked me if I need help, I said yes, but I will wait for you to be done with your customer first, she said it is going to be a while, I said I don't mind waiting, she came back and asked me again what do I need help with, I told her I am looking for certain refrigerator and showed her a picture of the refrigerator, she told me they don't carry it in the store, you can go and look online, I said okay but I still want to go over some other options with you so I will wait for you till you are done, she told me to go to the countertop section where there are 2 people setting there can help me, I went there no one was there, she just wanted to let me go for some reason

Had a fantastic experience today at Home Depot. The self checkout cashier went above and beyond, his name is Noah. I had an issue with an item and he ensured to address the problem. I will be back again soon thanks to Noah. Kudos!

The associate who helped me out i think his name was mark, he’s short bald and big was giving me unnecessary attitude. Really didn’t appreciate it. The cashiers were super kind though! they definitely boosted my mood after my experience with that guy.

It's a Home Depot. It doesn't suck any more than any other Home Depot. I hate shopping here but sometimes it's the only option. I will say that the staff is great - very helpful and friendly. But again, it's Home Depot...

I had a great experience at this Home Depot because of an employee named Jeramie F. I needed assistance and he made sure to thoroughly help me out until I found exactly what I needed. He was very kind and patient and went out of his way to make sure I was all set with everything. It's nice to go into a store and feel like someone is actually happy to help you out! Will be using this Home Depot location again!

AVOID THIS STORE! orders are never correct or complete. They will not answer the phone so don't bother calling! This location is the worst one in the entire state of New Hampshire! Carts for lumber and sheet goods are impossible to come by! DO BETTER!!!

Went to just buy some screws and a vaccum cleaner, and when I went to self checkout and the lady that's around mid 40 came up to me to sign up for credit card and i'll get a free shovel signing up. I think the cashier name was Linda or Layne? But when she asked me I kindly declined on that, but she kept pushing and pushing to the point where it was being to much and coming off very rude. I get that the cashier and store need to sell credits cards, but pushing and almost forcing me to sign up for one is incredibly rude and disrespectful to me.But every time I said no I can tell she would get more and more irritated. Someone needs to talk to her, and fix that attitude of hers. Terrible experience, will be shopping at Lowe's next time.

Bought a dishwasher last week and staff have been amazing and very helpful!! Ended up with Bosch 500 based on consumer reports and the ratings posted right next to the price tag, which is so useful in deciding!!!

On 3/12/25, I talked with Customer service guy at the store his name is Ricardo. I want to buy previously rented 5x8 utility trailer for $1450. He called HD regional manager for its title. He told me he will call when title arrived. I called the HD store weekly and left message for him but he avoided me and never call me back. Today I found out the same trailer is selling Facebook marketplace for $3000. It’s turned out this dishonest greedy store associate sold it to his friend for profit.

This store is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. It’s an absolute mess. You can hardly even get your carriage through the aisles there and the employees are so rude. I was just there and was going through self check out and I’ve used Home Depot for years for all my projects. I will never ever ever go there again so I was going through self checkout and the lady that stands and watches, everybody said to some other employee oh, can you help her no mind you I had one product and had six of them and I went to self check out because I was in a hurry. She’s like oh I can do that for you and I said I don’t need help. It’s scanning the same barcode six times on one box and she starts whispering under her breath and saying nasty things and you know what no customer deserves that so when I went to the manager, she had nothing to say about it. It was totally OK for her employee to be saying things under her breath so needless to say, I will never return to that store ever.

I’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer, but my recent experience with the South Nashua store has been extremely frustrating. Over 40+ days and multiple trips, I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to fix issues with my carpet order (Quote #H3481-242100). The system repeatedly shows incorrect items, and even after making a partial payment, the issue remains unresolved. Despite staying past store hours multiple times, no solution has been provided, and I haven’t received a full refund. This poor service and unreliable system have made me reconsider shopping at Home Depot. I expected better.

This morning, my family arrived at the softball fields for my daughter’s East Coast Bandits softball tournament at Roby Park at 7am. We soon discovered a wasps nest near their dugout so my husband headed to Home Depot South Nashua, which was closed at the time. Special thank you to store manager, Terrell, who open the door early in order from my husband to get wasp spray. Customer Service was five stars in above thank you Terrell and thank you Home Depot for exceptional customer service!

I was very impressed with the employees here. I shopped on 5/7/2024. Devon helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was helpful and pleasant as I finished my list of items. I then checked out in the garden center because it was cooler. I was second in line behind a customer who was slightly upset and insulted the man in the booth. He apologized over and over and kept his composure. I was also helped by the paint department who helped me with a certain stain color that I needed. Way to improve your customer service! Great job

I came for wood, and paint samples, I was told by the associate that my measurements were wrong and he doesn’t know how to measure it. Then when asked about the length, he told me I wasn’t able to cut in a specific direction. Then when I put that would back, and come back with the measurements and the correct SQUARE piece of wood, he then proceeds to again tell me how is he supposed to cut it. Then starts to measure in his arms, a marker, and measuring tape, I said can you put that on the cutter? I really need it to be the perfect size, he then says, no, I obviously can’t help you, so find someone else.

Sales associate Marie is a gem, an angel in human form. She made my shopping experience (about 2 weeks ago amazing). She knew the right items to recommend when I told her what I had in mind (including an ice box for a party and a barbecue grill lol) and no question was too silly for her to answer. She also directed me to the right place to line up to pay and also held my place in line for me as I rushed to get a gorilla kitchen step ladder so I wouldn't lose my position. This is a lady who loves her job and deserves a customer relations position promotion. Everybody is really nice at this Home Depot but Marie particularly stands out. Did I also mention that I am black? They treated me great. Thank you to this store, I will be back very soon!
