I’ve been to rage cage nh 3 times in the last year and have had a positive experience every time. I booked online with the pit stop (30 mins) and I feel like that’s enough time to smash everything and get anger out. Upon arrival they check you in, make sure you completed the waiver, then show you where to gear up. You can pick out additional appliances for a cost and I recommend it. Then they show you the smash room and where to play music. They remind you of the rules and leave you alone until you are done. You and your guests would be completely alone in the room and can let as much anger out as you want! It is so relieving and I highly recommend this experience!
Rage Room was one of the best experiences!! Went for my nephew’s birthday with family, and it couldn’t have been better! Cory and his staff were awesome! Gracious, personable and hilarious. Will be back!!
Went for a birthday party for the kids. They threw paints at canvases and each other. They had a blast and us parents had a blast watching. Would love to do it again. The man who was helping for the bday party (I didn't catch his name) was very nice and helpful. He was respectful and the kids liked him.
This was my first smash room experience. It was everything I was hoping for and more! We also got to paint a canvas under black light. You can pick out the things you want to smash. You can purchase additional bigger items for a small fee. Highly recommended and we will be back!
This experience couldn't have been better. The staff was welcoming, friendly and informative. They were patient, flexible, funny and pleasant to speak with. The Conversation flowed nice. The experience itself was exactly what we were hoping for. 13 year old type 1 diabetic daughter had her first kind of mini heartbreak. We went on a wim. If you are dealing with or desire any kind of stress or mental health release, this is for you. Everyone I have ever met could benefit from a little chaotic rage and controlled safe destruction. This is the healthiest way to live that fantasy. The room leading into the rage room is reminiscent of savers. If someone gave you the keys to a savers closing down and a hammer. This is that. As far as safety it was completely controlled and clear. There was never one moment I questioned our safety, which was my worry going in. She was relived and happier and ready for ice cream and snuggles after. The rage was gone. A beautiful tool to help a friend or family member get it out. So satisfying to see her joy after we left. Very affordable and worth every penny. I can't wait to go back.
Edit: we were given permission to choose the music and thrash was a no brainer.
What an unforgettable experience! Special thanks to, Cory! I recently visited Rage Cage with my sister, niece, and nephew—and let me just say, it was one of the most unexpectedly fun family outings we’ve had in a long time!
We weren’t sure what to expect going in, but from the moment we suited up and picked our tools, we were all in. There’s something oddly therapeutic about smashing glass, electronics, and other breakables—and doing it with your favorite people makes it even better. My niece and nephew were in their glory, absolutely loving the chance to let loose, and us “old ladies” (as they lovingly call us) kept up just fine!
It was laughter, adrenaline, and a surprising amount of bonding all rolled into one. The staff was fantastic—super helpful and made us feel safe but also totally free to go wild. Everything was well-organized, and the playlist in the background? Perfect hype music.
Highly recommend this to families, friend groups, or anyone just needing to break a little stress (literally). We’ll be talking about this day for years. Thank you, Rage Cage!
I would highly recommend Rage Cage! They have a very good set up, with plenty of choices of items to smash. They provide clean safety gear and a cellphone to customize your music while smashing. All people working here were helpful and friendly. I'll be going back!

Boom! This is such a FUN experience. We had my son's birthday party here a few years ago and he and his friends had an absolute blast. We just went again (new location then we were at a few yrs ago) for another friends birthday party and it was amazing. The staff is incredible. They were so nice to the kids, helping them as needed to make sure they were all having fun. We will definitely be back soon.
We had the best time in the splatter room at Rage Cage NH! My youngest is 3 and the twins are 8 and they all had a blast. When else can you throw paint at mom, dad and the walls and not get in trouble!?! We used their recommended playlist and rocked out to some Disney Metal while covering the room and ourselves in paint! We can't wait to go back!!
We had the best time in the paint room with SHARKEY, she was so kind and extremely helpful. She made our mother's day with the kids so much fun. She made sure we had everything and kept checking in on us to see how we were doing. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. We can't thank her enough! Thank you for letting us pick our own music. Definitely will be coming back!
This is the first time I'm writing a review and this place deserves it. The staff is incredible, they really help you to maximize your experience in the room; when we were packing our shopping basket of items, we were told "take your time, pack as much as you can in there, be strategic." It was such a cathartic experience, the environment feels really safe and just so fun. The merch in there is also so goofy and great, just overall great energy great experience. I don't live in NH and this is where I'll be going back to for my next rage room time.
Highly recommend Disney Metal as your song choice for the room, sets the tone for the time and is a funky combination, adds some laughs.
Had the best time, it was a great atmosphere and the staff are super friendly!!! Will definitely be back and recommending people to try it as well! Left there feeling a lot lighter!!! Lol
One of my favorite places to go. Went today for my 3rd session, I try to go yearly AT THE VERY LEAST. Plan to go again this year for my 30th. It is absolutely the chaotic vibe I was looking for since I started. The staff and owner’s energy are on point. They have everything you need, helpful and are really great people.
1000/10 would I recommend this fun activity to do with friends/family. This place isn’t all about money, but about providing great experiences, the employees go above and beyond. I had planned a trip a month ago, had an emergency surgery come up, and had to cancel. They stated no refund while signing up for the event but when I emailed them, they took no time to reach back out and offered a new date and time for myself and my group. The staff have amazing attitudes, and made the experience even better, with great humor, and jokes. I can’t wait to go back again and enjoy this again.
It was wonderful! Ted, Cory, Prince and Sue were amazing, great time for an 18th birthday surprise. Lol rage against the machine and then classical music really brought it together. I suggest Beethoven #9 to finish the set
I throw parties that are very detailed and planned for months in advance. I always seek out vendors who allow me to bring my own food as I offer a dessert table and make my own cakes. I also love to find unique experiences off the beaten path vs a jump place.
I was fortunate to have experienced a glow paint party and had both adults and kids participate.
Upon arriving at Rage Cage NH, I was immediately greeted and the team knew I was there for a party. They proactively assisted me with getting things out my car and allowed me time to set up the space without rushing me.
The space had a long 6 ft table with a tablecloth and a smaller one about 4 ft. There were colorful 4 tops in the room with the canvases, boxes and crayons ready to go at each station.
Tedd was truly the best host I have had in my 13 years of parties. He intuitively knew my needs and anticipated my plans to include photo ops and making sure not only were the special moments captured, but I was to be in the photos. He joked around, threw paint at the birthday boy and explained the process clearly while commanding my large group of 20 to ensure a safe and fun time. From fixing jumpsuits to getting more paint or laying out materials he really does it all. He even made sure my food delivery was taken care of so I could enjoy my time in the paint room. He is an absolute GEM of a human and business owner and really GETS how to make an experience. I truly felt spoiled but I know this is just his standard of service. He really made us feel like we were his only customer even with a building full of them.
From making bookings easy to confirming before the event, the communication was spot on the entire experience.

This is a review about the Paint Splatter (5yrs+) experience at Rage Cage (13+) - what an awesome family-friendly experience! All paint is washable. Kids and adults can all have a smashing and splatting time! So often we have to tell our kids “no” but this is a world full of “YES!” where they get to let loose! For 1hr kids can let their energy & creativity loose in a safe, fun space! My littles had a blast!! And you get to take home the art you make as a keepsake! Staff is super friendly and ready to help, if needed.
A few tips:
- either buy the coveralls or wear clothes your don’t mind getting covered. Paint easily comes out after a wash, but you likely still don’t want it on your favorite jewelry or shoes.
- bring a change of clothes for the the car ride
- there’s a bathroom in the back for clean up but bringing wipes never hurts
- have someone in your crew that is shy? No problem. They can sit on the couches outside the room and quietly paint their canvas while watching their friends paint splat inside via the TV monitor.
- hungry? Bring snacks, buy them there or book a private party / birthday party!!
- glow up! Upgrade your paint to glow-in-the-dark for extra fun!
We came here for my daughter's bachelorette party and we had the best time!! Everyone was so friendly and got us whatever we needed! My daughter had such an amazing time! Thank you to Cory and all the staff that were there on 9/28! We will definitely be back for more fun!
We did the smash room, and it was a super therapeutic experience if you're going through it. It actually helped, so thanks for that! The staff there were great and had good banter. Definitely give it a try!
Our first time here, such a great experience!! We did the Smash room, SOOOO much fun for all ages(Adult, girls ages 17&12)! Great selection of items, they provide a phone outside the room with Spotify connected so you can select your choice of music, viewing screen so if your watching you can see the whole thing live. AMAZING staff, great vibe all around, we will most definitely be back! Paint room next! 10/10!
Here now with my son and his friend. Celebrating his 17th birthday. The staff is so amazing!! Friendly and fun to work with. The atmosphere is so cool. The boys are absolutely loving smashing and painting and all I hear is glass breaking and laughter!! Best night in a long time! Highly recommended!!!
Smash and paint, what a great experience ! The staff was very nice , there were many items to choose from for smashing and shopping for them was a trip . I can honestly say it was at the moment I realized what I was about to do and was pumped.
The safety gear was great and they made sure to have something that fits everyone. We didn't wear the proper footwear for this activity so make sure you come with boots that you aren't afraid to get paint on as they didn't have anything to protect your feet.
You are recorded and on display via live feed on a t.v in their lobby which I wasn't aware of until after .
The room was very small for two people. We couldn't swing for fear of hurting each other.
The paint canvas is very small , however they give you a TON of paint. Judging by the look of the rooms , I believe they give you paint to paint and paint to throw at your painting..or each other if that is what you please .
Your painting is extremely wet and probably damaged with holes , they give you a box to put it in and send you on your way. Plan for a very wet painting in a box needing a safe place in your vehicle .
I was able to express myself to my choice of music which was blasting in our smash room (awesome), in a judgement free zone. I loved it !
We took my son for his birthday - half of us did smash room, half of us did splatter paint room. All of us had a BLAST - it was awesome. The staff were all amazing - and I also recommend using the Disney Metal playlist. Thank you Rage Cage NH!!
OMG such a wonderful time. A great, albeit an unusual date night idea. We wanted to get some frustration out, and we were able to do that at Rage Cage NH.
Booking was a breeze. We had to reschedule because of snow, and the business made it super easy and were very amenable to our request to rebook.
Plenty of options to choose from, I also like having the option to pay extra for an appliance. Who doesn't want an "Office Space" moment with a sledge hammer and a fax machine!
An hour is plenty of time, also having playlists available was perfect. When Slipknot's 'Wait and Bleed' comes on, who doesn't want to sling a giant wrench to the beat that Joey Jordison puts out?
Staff were super friendly and were having a great time as well.
We had my daughter’s birthday party there and Tedd and his staff were incredible! The kids had so much fun!!! Tedd made sure everyone was having fun and things ran smoothly! We had 25 crazy kids and parents and he was so accommodating! Everyone had a blast and we can’t wait to come back!!!!
