Not at all happy with how things went. My second visit was even worse than the first. I feel that I dumped $500 extra $ on something that was not even the problem, I go back in 3 weeks later they tell me to go to a dealership- to make matters worse the guy was rude to me about wanting to know what the problem is with my vehicle. Never coming to this location again.
Update December 2025
Went to another location that knew what they were doing. The sensor they (Nashua) put in was defective. This location told me to goto the Nissan dealership… which was really wrong. Nashua Firestone claimed that I have a timing chain issue. Wrong again. It needed a tune up and a working maf. No timing chain issue at all.
Please don’t take your car here. They don’t know their stuff and they even admitted it by telling me to go to Nissan.
Ridiculous!

Update December 22, 2025 Manager Jonathon called me about my one star rating. (3) times. He is upset that I’ve edited my review because it gets seen first (by date). He asked me to call him to “rectify”. I called and he just whined about my rating. He solved nothing by doing this.
The fact is that the mechanics did not know what they were doing and I had to go elsewhere to solve it .
I have every right to post my experience and it’s pretty sad when the manager keeps calling me about their poor service and non experienced mechanics.
Zero stars.
Problem solved and do not call me again Jonathon……or I will go to corporate on this.
December 23 reported manager to corporate for excessive calls to me
January 2026. Thought my van was fixed. Nope. Turns out never had an issue with the Maf. The crankshaft sensor was bad.
That is what the code was! Why would these people not change it?! I spent $600 on things that did not need to be done.
So recap: before they even looked at it, they said timing chain issue, codes were crankshaft sensor, maf sensor. They did pvc and maf. Ignored the crankshaft sensor (which was the problem). Even their ego e diagnosis pulled up the code. It’s pretty clear.
And don’t whine about my update Jonathon.
You all should refund my money for all the months I’ve been driving with this engine light on.

Made an appointment for an oil change.

I stopped into Firestone tonight to get my new winter tires installed and felt compelled to write a review. What should have been a quick, routine maintenance visit turned into an exceptionally great experience. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative, and two of the technicians, Donald and Jake, helped me out immensely with my windshield wipers. Normally an easy task, but since I drive a Volkswagen, naturally something was off and i was missing a clip. After some unsuccessful trials of creative engineering, they ordered me new ones. Huge shoutout to these guys, I’ll definitely be back- to get my windshield wipers but also for other services ;)

I had my vehicle towed here because my oil pressure was lower than normal and my engine was as I described on the phone "bogging".
I received a call after they diagnosed saying I need a new oil pressure sensor and while they are at it, they recommend and oil change. No problem I said.
I go to pick up my vehicle after the repairs are done and $600 later the issue is not resolved. I bring it back to them and they take it for a test drive and recommended I go somewhere else.
They lied and said my oil pressure light was on which was not the case at all when I had it towed. They had claimed they pulled a code for an oil sensor but this does not seem to be the case.
After all of this they did not refund any of the money.Dec 14, 2025 -
Jonathan was the best to deal with! He was very personable and knowledgeable about my car. I bright it in the have the brakes done and he made me aware of my tire wear was uneven and I had him also do an alignment. My car has never rams so smooth! Highly recommend! They are fast and efficient also! They got me in and out in no time.

Johnathan not only is super funny, but he's a great guy! Had to get some new tires and what was a stressful situation wasn't too terrible because Johnathan made sure we were laughing and tried his hardest to help us as much as he could. We have been telling everyone to go give them a try

I walked into Firestone for the first time and I tell you what he customer service I received was amazing!! I was greeted by the manager Jonathan and he went over and beyond to make sure my needs for my vehicle were to my satisfaction!! My experience there was pleasant and Jonathan did everything to make sure my vehicle was running properly and safely!! One satisfied customer and I will be back!5 star plus and my new place to go. Thank you Jonathan for a wonderful experience at Firestone.

The warranties here are better than the dealerships. I have life time warranty on my tires, alignment, rotates, and brake pads. They also have 6 months free no interest on the card. Helps me out a lot since the cost of living is so high. Taking care of my car here keeps my family safe on the road. Also the TV is always on, and they have coffee too. Sometimes I drop off when I can.

My warranty company Silver Rock sent me to Firestone to have my head lamp inspected and possibly replaced. Johnathan helped me navigate the process and took over once the going got tough. Silver Rock denied my claim twice before Johnathan went toe to toe with them. He fought for me every step of the way. Eventually it was approved with conditions. I credit Johnathan for pushing my claim thru. They definitely fought for me and I am indebted. Bunch of honest stand up guys here.

Made and confirmed an appointment in the 10th, all day was told it was good to go and at 4pm got a call asking me to push it off until tomorrow because they couldn’t find a tire the system said they had in the warehouse. I go in the following evening and the service rep tried to give me a different price than the gentleman I spoke with previously after some back and forth I got closer to what was promised but still not the exact price I was quoted. I figured at this point I just need my tires and didn’t have time to fight.
I asked that they do not dispose of my old tires as I repurpose them at home, my old tires no where to be found.
I watch them do the work and having previously worked at Firestone I noticed they didn’t put a cover over my seat and I commented on it. I was assured it was fine and I get in to find a stain on my drivers seat from something rubbing off their uniform.
I get in my truck to drive off and check my tire pressure, every single tire was not only over the recommended PSI but all reflected a different amount.
I only give 2 stars because they did a good job balancing the tires. I will not be coming back.Nov 12, 2025 -
This is where to bring your car for anything. On time and true to their word. Jonathan and Steve are great! They are experts and understand customer satisfaction. My girlfriend is very picky were she brings her Jeep Wrangler. After our experience with Jonathan and Steve, she'll be bringing her Wrangler here.

I understand the need to upsell people to make money but the list of recommendations went over board in telling me I needed things that were already done or worse, telling me I needed brake pads which they measured as low. I had just had brake pads done a few months earlier and went back to the agency where they had been done and they measured them at a completely different (and normal) level and not in need of replacement. This behavior does not generate trust.

these guys are great, they do excellent work, and they were able to explain what i needed done to my car in a way i could understand without making me feel dumb. they got me in and out as fast as possible and even gave me a charger for my vape. EXCELLENT customer service! i will be back the next time my car needs to be looked at

Phenomenal service and told me everything the car needed. I got tires last year, general maintenance three times and recently, rear brakes that were really needed. The team is really nice and courteous. The manager is new and came out to introduce himself which I appreciated. Will definitely use them again.

Jonathan is not only the manager at Firestone in Nashua, he is also the friendly face you see when you walk through the door.
He is extremely knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He wants to make sure you leave happy with having the best experience possible.
While shopping around at other local shops for the same services, I learned that Firestone truly offered the best price, but even if the prices weren’t the best at Firestone I still would’ve given them my business as the customer service that Jonathan provided just in the quoting stage was so much better than what was provided at competitors.Oct 03, 2025 -
I couldn’t be more happier knowing I have Firestone that I can trust to get my vehicle serviced. My daughter hit a curb this morning, throwing off the alignment, causing a bent rim and the hub cap fell off. This isn’t her first time either. Without fail, I’m always greeted with a smile, answering all of my questions/concerns I may have and gives their lowest price. They know me by now as I am always the one asking “is there a coupon?” They communicate amazingly with keeping me informed about any recommendations and I don’t ever feel they are trying to be dishonest. Sometimes…I am pleasantly surprised when they tell me something that I thought for sure was wrong actually wasn’t, and it was something else that was minor. Love those call backs. This was one of those call backs today and I was elated!
I’ve been going to Firestone for over 15 years now with all of my vehicles, and will go no where else. They treat you like family and that’s hard to find!
Thank you Jonathan for getting my vehicle in immediately after the incident and to everyone else that helped with the quick turnaround as my daughter needed it back for work and school. Happy Momma and daughter!

I'd been a loyal customer at this Firestone location for years, but my recent experiences were disappointing at best. Last summer, I had work done on my vehicle, including a brake fluid exchange and what was supposed to be an oil change. After the appointment, my brakes began squeaking consistently — something that had never happened before.
I brought the car back in and was told they couldn’t replicate the issue. No adjustments were made. During that same visit, I had the battery replaced, and only after getting home did I notice a $9.99 charge for a brake inspection — even though I had been told the follow-up check would be free.
Months later, my car began displaying a "Check Emission" warning. While doing an oil change at home, I discovered the car had only 1.5 liters of oil — far less than the 4+ liters it requires. That’s when I realized the previous oil change must never have been done.
When I returned to Firestone, the front desk confirmed the oil change had never been completed. I explained the situation, expecting some accountability. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted to get an oil change that day. When I reiterated what had happened, the staff member looked up the technician's name and said, "Oh, that makes sense — we fired him after two months." That was the end of the conversation.
I tried following up with a manager but was never able to reach anyone. The car was in good condition before this service, with no history of oil leaks or brake issues. Over a year later, the brakes still squeak — and the engine developed an oil leak.Sep 18, 2025 -
I almost never leave reviews but I cannot stress how great this location is and have converted me from a dealership lifer to a firestone Nashua lifer. The attention to detail, care and service provided here is always more than pleasing. They listen to any to all concerns I have every time and ensure the job is done and professionally. Next time you need anything please let service done please give this location a chance to win you over as well!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a broken TPM sensor, so I made an appointment a week out. They brought my car into the bay, and after an hour, the technician comes in and asks me if I have a wheel lock key. I've owned my car for 6 years, have had tires changed numerous times, and I can assure you that I don't have tires that lock. I tell him this, and 30 minutes later am asked the same question again. An hour after this, I am told that they can't get the wheel off of my car without the key. At this point I am convinced that either I have gone completely insane, or an entire bay of "technicians" have no clue what they are doing. After speaking with some of my fellow customers and hearing their horror stories, I am convinced that it is the latter. I'll go back to Town Fair from now on. At the least, they are a tire shop who can figure out how to take a wheel off of a car without making their customers waste 2 1/2 hours to do so.

Had a problem with my Lifetime Alignment policy and Patrick the Area Manager stepped right in to sort it out. Really professional, personable, reasonable and fair. I feel like I was treated with respect and am definitely a lifelong Firestone fan. Highly recommended!

When I need to get tires for my vehicle, I usually like Firestone as my go to shop. And that is always due to their affordable, and competitive prices that they offer. And my experience with this location was the best by far. I dealt with Steven the store manager, and he was super helpful with helping me find the right tires that I needed, and when I needed them done. As well as Connor who worked on my vehicle he and Steven had worked very well and gave me an excellent experience. I am very pleased with their service, as well as performance. I appreciate everything this Firestone has to offer in order to get me back on the road. Thank you to the crew at Firestone.
