I had a great experience at this Auto Zone. Yarnel was super friendly, professional and helpful. He was exceptional in recommending the best battery for my car and he even quickly replaced my battery for me in the rain. I am so grateful for his help.

Rear lights indicator on dashboard. Assumed it was brake light, but employee came outside to verify. Looked up correct bulbs and located them for me.

Trash customer service. Standing waiting for help for 10-15 mins while they stand behind the wall telling jokes that would be considered inappropriate to some. Didn’t offend me, but a mother child may have been. After waiting 15 mins I finally got someone help but not until 2/3 other customers were all waiting for help as well.

I went to the AutoZone on DW today for new wiper blades and the two men working were very helpful. They got me the right product and showed me how to put them on my car. They were kind and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing something so easy.

Two days in a row, you would have thought I would have learned... I go in looking for a part that is common between a great many vehicles. First I stood for 10 minutes while the person behind the counter was discussing a personal personnel issue between the phone, him and an employee in the store. Multiple people standing around talking doing nothing that seemed important. Even the manager seemed to be more interested in making his schedule negotiator ring me out over just doing it himself. I didn't have my celphone with me. Was mid repair. Instead of googling the equivalent I was told, "we don't have it. Maybe if you bring it to me I can figure it out." Or maybe you can google it to save me a trip? No. Had to go to their website to find the part myself and comeback with a company part number before they could be useful. Would have been nice to save myself the trip just by the guy typing the number I gave him in his parts database. After yesterday, I thought I learned. I will just order the in stock parts online and go in and pick them up. When I got there, "Items havent been pulled yet." Then 10 minutes of counter guy arguing with some poor kid about his picking speed. Dude I just want my bulbs and to get the heck out of here. Isn't that the point of online ordering? No, it is just a way to be dramatic in the back. This place has serious staffing problems and every single one of them needs to sit through some Professionalism in the workplace training. This is an "AutoShop." I get it. I am old, but if one of my employees ever referred to another with a sexual slur they would be out on their rump with their last check. We can all hear what happens in the parts bay. I would really love to have a sit down with your DM over the experiences over the last 24 hours.

Came here to get new battery for my car and if possible, exchange it. Joe helped us out (Joe S) and he was amazing. He helped us out with exchanging the battery so we payed no money. He even installed it and made sure the new battery was charged up afterwards. He was very conversational and really thorough with his work. He was also really helpful and gave us a couple of tips so it won’t die again. Thanks again Joe!

Absolutely awful customer service. Please take down from your website that a battery price costs more because it comes with a “free installation.” Maybe update it to “free installation if we feel like it.” because that seems to be the actual standard. Chose to get the battery here and pay more so that I wouldn’t have to deal with installing the battery myself. Called the store after purchasing the battery for pickup and got a kid that said “we might be able to”. Okay well I’m not towing my car there for a maybe so I decided screw it I’ll just do it myself. Go there to pickup the battery and the manager asks “oh do you need someone to install the battery?” Are you KIDDING ME. Then the kid who answered the phone earlier said “well I said maybe so I thought you were still going to have the car towed here.” Like WHAT. Do not waste your time. Save 125 bucks and go buy the same battery at Walmart, took ten minutes to install. Such a waste.

I just left this particular AutoZone location. Your staff needs to be reeducated on how online purchases through digital payment methods work. I purchased wiper blades online the night before. When I went to pick them up the associate ask for my ID and the card I used to make the purchase. I explained that this was made using Google Pay online and that it is not possible to produce the virtual card that was used to process the purchase. He's still insisted on seeing the card despite explaining why that was not possible (he read me the last four digits of the virtual card number which would not match the physical card). At that point I called him an idiot and told him to cancel the order. I then went back into the store to show him the email I got that had a barcode that he simply needed to scan, and pointed out in the email where it says using PayPal (I used Google Pay but same type of virtual system), there was no need to show any card may it be digital or physical, your associate still insisted that I was wrong. By that time the order was already canceled and at least he obliged when I asked to purchase wiper blades. When I ask the name of the manager he says that it is him, even though his name tag says parts associate, and when I asked for contact info for corporate he just told me it was online. When he said have a nice day after I the ripped the from the printer and took I the pair of wiper blades, It old him to F off, as at that point I was I was understandably upset. In the past I've always bought parts online from multiple AutoZone locations and never had an issue. This is certainly not the way I wanted to start my Sunday morning.

Edit: After writing this, I learned that the missing brake pad clips are not sold as a separate kit anymore. Instead, they come with the pads directly... if you buy the right pads. I was offered three different pads to purchase and opted for a set that apparently doesn't include those clips. So a part of this problem is on me. I would have appreciated a warning with the options but people can judge this for themselves. Changing to 3 stars Original Post: I called to order brakes and rotors. No problem. I asked to do curbside pickup (which the store offers) because my son was asleep in the back seat. The employee declined 3 times claiming that they were too busy to do it and that I couldn't pay over the phone. I was only 2 minutes away so I went anyway. Yes, I had to wake up my son. When we walked inside, the place wasn't busy at all. Literally 2 staff and no other customers. The same guy I spoke to walked to the counter. He faked being winded! Quite obvious because after 20 seconds, he very suddenly stopped breathing heavy. He then complained about having to work the holiday weekend and how "back in his day", people just stopped a project if they didn't have what they needed. I get it and I might even agree but complaining to a customer about customers isn't going to help. It's just unwelcoming. I ignored it. At some point, employee number 2 shows up and sees me buying 80 pounds of hardware while carrying a 1-year old child. He offers to carry things outside for me. Kinda like curbside pickup. This was great and highly appreciated. I accepted and thanked him multiple times as we left. +1 star Here's the best part and the bit that motivated this review. The problem employee didn't mention the brake pad kit! It has those disposable metal clips that hold the brake pads on the shoe. So I have to drive out again for parts and now with questionable brakes. I'm glad I noticed before starting the work. Thankfully, I don't live near this store. I'll buy the brake kit from my local Napa.

Pretty well run store. Prices are a bit higher than when I order at Amazon, but you can get your things right away and that’s important when you need to keep your car running. In our case, a store employee recommended we also replace another item (another bulb we didn’t think about) and sure that saved us another trip. Store is clean and employees are generally attentive.

Well, they had the part I needed and nobody else did. Friendly staff who I have seen go above and beyond to help customers. They were missing one thing I needed, but they had sold out that day and were able to offer me a different solution that did the job.

The front desk sales associate was very friendly and personable today right as I walked in. He followed by asking if there was anything he could help me with, checked the inventory for my make and model for rain guards I requested, told me the price, walked me to the aisle, pulled out the item I requested, made an alternative suggestion for another rain guard option, and then proceeded to come with me outside to make sure they suited my truck and my preference. Big thanks to him! Much appreciated great service and fast checkout.

5+ stars!!! Wow! The customer service is akin to the mom & pop stores I grew up with. I bought 3 wipers and asked if they could attach them for me - and they did! No charge either. Tim helped me from register to attaching wipers, and even gave me some tips in the process - so nice and unexpected. This is not the first time this store has gone the extra mile! Worth the drive or just stopping by. Cannot recommend enough.

Incredibly knowledgeable about all types of parts for all ranges of vehicles. I love this place! Super convenient to get to and the staff is super helpful and willing to come out from behind the counter to help you or even out to the car to see what you are talking about. This place has a friendly neighborhood vibe where I feel warmly welcomed every time I go and as excited about the projects I am working on as well. I come here for all my parts not only because they always have what I need but because they give great advice and are willing to go the extra mile to help out.

This store location is very bad. Here my story : my husband and I stop by this place to buy oil for our car, I need to use the bathroom badly ( every ones who’s mom would understand how a pregnant person need to use the bathroom) so I went in first because my husband have to stay in the car with my 8 months old who’s sleeping. There was two guy in the store tell me that we don’t have a restroom in here for customers, you can go down the road to use subway restroom. I would not recommend this place to any ones ! I wish I can give them 0 star.

I only had to go in for headlight bulbs but I had a different model #(from their website) than what their book said in store. The employee helping me gladly explained the difference in bulbs and gave me helpful tips for install because he was familiar with the make and model of my truck. Good visit.

The staff that I had a chance to interact with was actually pretty helpful. I was looking for a pretty specific socket and allen key and they were able to point me in the right direction with ease, I also needed to rent a torque wrench was no hassle. Recommended
