Employees are welcoming and actually have a clue on what they’re talking about unlike most auto parts stores around here. I will definitely be going to Napa from now on instead of autozone, advanced or oreillys! Thanks guys I appreciate the commitment to keeping customers satisfied!

Bought an item and went to return it the same day after discovering it was the wrong one. I asked when they closed and was told 6pm. Got there at 5:10pm. As I pulled in I saw someone come out from a side door (an employee?) get something from their truck and go back inside. When I tried to go inside the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody answered the phone. I guess not everyone got the memo that the place would be closing early on a holiday weekend.
This should be the first place to go to find what you need. They always will prioritize your needs at a fair price and treat you with respect. The counter staff seem to know exactly what you are looking for even when you give them vague questions about the part you need!!
Super friendly staff, and very helpful. Being walking disabled, I was surprised and gratified to find the entrance was a ramp, and very thankful when a staffer offered to carry my purchases to my car...
I picked up some lugnuts to replace the ones in my 2012 fusion. Thank you for the help. The older lugnuts are defective, have swollen up and are making tire rotations difficult as are hard to remove.
Went in to get some antifreeze. Very nice counter person. Bought what I needed and when I left the gentlemen ask if he could help me carry my purchase as I was on crutches. Told him I was all set.
The manager at the south nashua st he is absolutely bum. I called for the part twice and he said yes we do have the part I drove 45 minutes to find out they made mistakes.
One of the very few stores that are truly a parts store with some accessories. Most other parts stores have turned into accessory stores with not many hard parts. Easier money, less experienced staff needed. Part quality is great, prices are competitive, friendly staff with auto and truck knowledge. Easy store to find, and have good hours of operation.
Steve and all the guys are awesome..one gentlemen had a arm full of products to stock shelf s ..he immediately put the products down and saw that I was in line and help me very good service
Yep, agree with other reviewers. The people working know their stuff and they are really nice. Even gave us a tour of the basement so we could see the rows and rows of mufflers!! Cool!!
