I have to say Josh was an amazing person for changing out my battery. I just had to get a jump start from AAA; my battery had died and Pep Boys was quoting me almost 2-hour wait to change out a battery. I called AutoZone to see if they had a battery in stock and if someone could install it. He took care of it in the matter of minutes and was very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from AutoZone. Great job!

After installing a battery I had trouble reinstalling the mounting bracket. I returned my old battery here and the manager, Shannon, personally reinstalled the bracket for me- free of charge. She even supplied a bolt after I lost mine. This was customer service beyond expectations. Thank you!
After being told by AAA that I needed a new battery which they didn't have available , I contacted AutoZone. They did their own diagnostic test and the battery, starter and alternator were fine. Thanks for not selling me something I didn't need!!
Yesterday I went to your store on Amherst St. in Nashua, NH in need of a new battery for my vehicle. Unfortunately my health and age would not allow me to put the new one in..Store Manager Shannon Bianchino despite temps in the 90’s and a corrosive cable stuck to the battery Shannon’s persistence completed the job. Shannon went well beyond Value Added and deserves ahigh praises…..thank you Autozone
Just needed a couple things. Store was pretty busy but Shannon got me out of there quick once I got up to the register. I come here a lot since it’s close to my father’s house where we work on cars and it’s always convenient.
I bought a pair of Windshield wipers for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner today and sales associate Byron helped me pick the right type and did the install of my new RainX wiper's. Very happy with the 5 star service I received by Byron. Happy customer for sure.
My check engine light came on as I was traveling to work on RT 3. A friend told me to stop in at an Auto Zone and have them read my code. No clue single Mom here. Employee Rayan helped and went above and beyond in my eyes. Read the code, explain what was possibly going on with my 2017 high mileage Chevy. Suggested what I could do and helped make it all happen under $100. I was in and out less then 30 minutes and not even late for work. Super great Employee Rayan saved my day.
When I arrived at the store, the person at the counter was assisting another customer with a complicated list. He recognized the customer and recalled what they'd bought previously. When my turn came, he apologized for taking so long with the other customer, then turned to my issue. He gave me solid advice and impressed me with the personal attention he gave to each person in the store. I'm sorry I didn't get his name! But I will definitely go back next time I need automotive parts.

After my check engine light among others randomly came on, I went to AutoZone for their free diagnostic service. I was instantly greeted by Thomas who immediately helped me out and ran the test. From there, Thomas and Ryan went over exactly what was going on with my car. They explained in-depth and answered every question I had while informing me of all the possible routes I could take as well as cost for whichever I chose. Instead of encouraging me to purchase a product that MIGHT solve my problem, Ryan gave me his honest opinion about what he would do (which was contact my mechanic to get my catalytic converter replaced). Even though it would have been only a $20 sale, Ryan still chose to lose that sale in order to give me his honest opinion. Because if all of this, I will be a customer for life! Thank you Ryan and Thomas!
I stopped by for a key fob battery and some oil, after stopping at pep boys and they couldnt help. Cam and Ryan were a great helped and replaced my battery for me.
After purchasing brake lights from AutoZone I realized I wasn't able to replace them on my own and went to ask to see if AutoZone could assist me or point me in the right direction to get my lights on. Howard Payne said he can help but not touch anything. He did the complete opposite of what he said, as he was explaining where to change the light he decided to rip out the side interiors of my trunk without removing the push pins. I brought a screwdriver and a flathead because I was fully aware of the pins, but I did not have a socket wrench. He gave me the wrong size wrench then accused me of giving him the wrong socket back after I made him aware that he destroyed my car. He continued to try and "fix" the side piece resulting into my pushpin falling apart. I am absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied. I am just in shock that I now have to replace two side interior pieces. I deserve compensation for this, as he did try and turn this around on me. Absolutely terrible service, I couldn't even get the light replaced.
I had 5 cans of 5qt used oil seating in my yard and wanted to get rid of them. This place took all the cans without hesitation. I also go here for my break pads and rotors or small accessories.
Guy at counter just stared at me. No hello or anything. Just ‘cash or card’. Asked him a question about my vehicle, he responded with ‘probably I don’t know’. Handed me my receipt and that was it. Truly amazing experience. I do not want to ‘get in the zone’
Shout-out to manager John and employee Cam! I went to the AutoZone on Amherst thinking all I needed was a new battery, but as it turned out, there were several problems in my 2011 Subaru that prevented simple installation of the battery. They could have sent me to a mechanic to get these issues fixed. Instead, without charging me a cent for their work, John and Cam worked for over and hour and even past closing time to fix my issues and get my battery installed. John is an incredible mechanic and obviously loves that work. Equally important, John and Cam are both dedicated and generous people focused on customer satisfaction and on being all-around nice guys. Thanks to both of them, my car is now working great. Had a great experience at the Autozone in Nashua, NH on Amherst street. Bought replacement headlight bulbs and the service associate, Eric C, offered to put them in for free! He even took the time to figure out the tricky side, where the battery is wedged super close to the internal light cap. He saved me a trip to the dealer and was kind enough to teach me something new for next time. I hope he's promoted! Great customer service.
came in around noon on mother’s day hoping to get my battery tested and likely replaced. danny (or denny) and the rest of the staff there that day was extremely helpful and got me back on the road with my new battery quickly. would absolutely recommend coming here, especially if you’re in a pinch and need help quickly.

Most of the staff is phenomenal, however. I went in to get my battery and alternated tested. Was able to determine it was the battery so I bought a new battery and he insisted in installing it for me. Well he decides to install it while the car is running. So the car dies and tells me "it isn't supposed to do that". Okay fine whatever but in doing so screwed something electronically in my car because I have no power to my passenger side window or my sunroof. So if you get this guy, tell him he'll no!!

Fast service from knowledgeable employees. I needed a new battery and Adam was straight to the point with me which I always appreciate. We looked at the different options, made a selection and he had it installed in under 30 minutes, which was impressive given the state of the previous battery. While he was doing the install he also gave me some advice on a few other maintenance jobs I needed done. Overall a great experience, will definitely return in the future.

My visit to this location was great! I had wonderful help from Uriah, he helped me with some questions I had about my engine filter, and he was kind to check if I needed one.
