The two gentlemen that were dispatched, David and Jonathan, were exceptional. They were both courteous and professional and were able to resolve our problem in a very short period of time. Dead battery after an hour of shopping at Target, food in the car and all, but Max from 5 star was fast, friendly and efficient. Not only did he get going quickly, he gave us options and didn’t make me feel like a dead battery was my fault I would highly recommend!!
Not a review for a tow but more for the kindness of its driver. Went to market basket like I do every morning. To realize I left my wallet at home. So I figured oh I got my cards on my Google wallet no problem haven't used them on the new phone I got so I didnt realize it wasn't completely set up. Either way the line in express check out filled up I couldn't get the damn thing to work and one of the drivers paid for my breakfast. It wasn't much but it's kind gestures like this that show that there are still good people out there.. I hope this review gets to that guy. And again. Thank you.
Google average cost for an impound lot release fee and you’ll know all you need to about the way this place does business. If you’re a rental property and you really want the tow company to shakedown your tenants - these are your guys!
I would never recommend it! the owner of the company is rude! I felt aggrieved, and I realized from the reviews that it must be customary to charge twice as much when you are a woman!
My experience with this company was the worst possible, they charged me $300 for lifting my car off the ground, I questioned the owner of the company and he very rudely made it clear that it doesn't matter how long it was on top of the truck, lifting it off the ground is $300, I don't recommend it to anyone and I sincerely hope that no one needs to use this company's services. Very expensive.
Had my car towed without my knowledge so I had no before pictures. I have brand new rims that now have a chunk and scratches out of them on the right rear. He claimed that I hit a curb and that couldn’t have possibly been tow damage. Now going to persue small claims court because I should not have damage especially after being forced to pay $300 for a tow.
My auto shop recommended 5 Star Towing to have my vehicle brought in for service. Between the person that took my call to the driver who arrived a short time later, I found them to be prompt, polite, friendly, and affordable. I wouldn't think twice to call them again should the need arise!
Brian arrived at the scheduled time and got the work done quicker than the quoted effort. Pleasent and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. My vehicle is ready to go, and he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Great experience from first contact scheduling to emailed receipt after I paid.
This was the first time I used this towing company and I rate them a five-star I don't know what the guy's name was but he was wicked nice gave us a ride to Town Fair tire they showed up really quickly then I expected well thank you for rescuing us in saving the day.
On top of spending money on a bogus tow, he kept calling me ma'am and I kept correcting him. He didn't care. I think he enjoyed it. So go ahead and return the favor. He also wanted to know my apartment # but wouldn't tell me why. Creep.

Hopefully I don’t need to get my car towed again anytime soon… but if I do I would choose 5 star towing. Both of the guys I talked to were friendly and they were really quick
I heard of the company and about one of their drivers who went above and beyond to help my friend John Conner after John crashed his Tesla right into the front of his house. John wasn't born in this country he is from Austria and was confused over his address and the driver stayed on the phone and drove to multiple addresses to help John. 5 stars Too perfect!!
Highly recommended! Five star came out this morning to help with towing my sons car after AAA had left him stranded and notifed him after an hour they wouldn't be coming. Driver went above and beyond for him. He actually was able to figure out the issue and get him up and going! Thank you again 5 star! Will definitely be using this business again!

The night driver is absolutely phenomenal. I heard all about how he tried his very best to help my friend John, despite some difficulties, The gentleman remained cordial and diligent. I would use this company again knowing that my vehicle is in safe hands.
Mike came on a Sunday & determined it was my remote battery & not my car battery. He drove my man to CVS for a new remote battery. He could've said no, but was the epitome of great customer service. Stellar service. I would definitely call them again!
Guy that answered phone was very nice and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to call a driver that just finished his shift to see if he would be willing to provide the tow sooner than the driver that was about to make a 3 hour trip before coming to assist us. The driver was onsite within 8 minutes. He was the friendliest, respectful and honest driver I've ever worked with. This was the best towing experience I've ever had. 5 Star live's up to there name and the employees are a pleasure to work with.
