SCOTT was GREAT! I locked myself out of my car and needed help 3 am today! He came within 30 mins when I called him, (this has happened to me before and other companies took over 2 hours) and on top of that he charged me only 145. Which is MUCH cheaper than other Nashua towing companies. Great guy awesome business! While I hope this never happens to me, if it does I know EXACTLY who to call!

“Nothing short of outstanding”
Unbelievable. I went back 2 times to retrieve my automobile with an initial charge of 145 tow and 390 storage. Then when I went to get my car there was an additional 72 winch charge I had to go find the funds. Went to Pay the bill and there was another 60 charge... I was fuming. They know I needed my car and used that opportunity for usury and racked up non quoted prices and extra charges not told about when I spoke with them on the phone and in person. The unmitigated gall and absolute attitude and good old boy demeanor I was waiting for Bozz Hogg to show up. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Buyer beware. SO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY

They helped me out hugely just today by staying late so I could pick up my car without an extra charge. Given I had to borrow the money to even get my car released from the cop tow, this was BEYOND helpful. They truly went the extra mile for me and im so grateful. I wish I had caught the gentleman's name who had stayed because he was so friendly and understanding. Ive had only terrible experiences with other towing companies across both Nashua and Manchester. Get him a raise!!! SO pleasantly surprised
This place is great. Fast Repairs, Excellent Service, Reasonable Pricing, and an Understanding Staff. Had to wait for a rare part, and they were more than patient, and finished repairs quickly upon arrival. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding to work with, and Mike and Preston were also helpful. The entire staff was great. Highly recommend, and will use them in the future.
Honest and fair, only recommended needed services. I highly recommend these guys. No upselling here, I've been to several other mechanics in the area, that think I'm their own personal ATM. Hands down the best mechanics I've met in Nashua!!

Punctuality:
- Made an appointment for 4pm. Once the clock hit 3:59, the truck was pulling up to my house and ready to go
- Loaded my truck up and was out in ten minutes
Quality:
- Matt was very attentive and clearly had done this many many times before
- Well mannered, pleasant to be around
- Well maintained and new trucks
- Very good and attentive driver and had no issue locating the repair shop the truck was going to.

Have been going here for almost 20 years for vehicle repairs. They are fair and honest. I moved this past year and still bring my vehicles here even though it’s a half hour drive.
Had a flat on a large vehicle with no spare or jack. Had them tow and fix tire. When I picked up the vehicle they said they couldn't find any problem with the tire, so they only charged me for the tow. Very quick response as well!
My vehicle needed alot of repairs, it was brought in. They looked at it and let me know everything that was needed to be done on it. They did it in a timely manner and now I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle. Great job.

Had the rear differential fluid changed, they were very accommodating with my schedule. Completed the job promptly and professionally. Also, the entire staff was very friendly. Good experience all around
I had a pretty bad experience with this company. They towed my vehicle during a snow emergency. Since I was out of US during that time, they had to store the vehicle for around 15 days and they charged me a whopping $1572 total. Additionally, the guy there was not willing to accept credit card, so I had to struggle to arrange for cash and that too on a weekend when banks were closed. As to that was not enough, the car's front bumper was damaged and the license plate missing. It was pretty clear it was a towing damage but as expected, the guy there did not claim responsibility.
1st day that my car was towed, they wanted $200 cuz it was after 5 and a Friday night. Doubled the next day cuz they're closed so u must pay extra for them to come in to meet you. I waited until Monday during regular hours and paid half of the original price the 1st night. Crazy place with crazy people who work there
I got a flat on the freeway and managed to make it to a nearby gas station. My tire wasn't holing air so I called d&r. They were nice on the phone and sent someone over. The tow truck driver was nice and gave me a ride to a near by dunkins so that I don't freeze in the storm. Nice guys!
I broke down one exit away from my house police called D and R towing. They would not tow my vehicle to my house that is literally less then 1 mile away without paying cash only!. I explained that I did not have the cash on hand I had cash at my house and would gladly pay when we got to my house. They refused to take any other form of payment besides cash and towed my vehicle all the way to canal street to there impound lot. also D and R would not give me a ride home. I was broken down outside for 3 hours in 15 degree weather they took my car and left me to find my own ride home at 230am. Fee’s towing and impound was bad enough I called D and R back the next day they informed me they would not tow the vehicle back to my house without confirming I had the very overly priced fees in cash! the driver brought the vehicle to my my house Everything about this company is unprofessional unfair and a total cash only scam I incurred 2 tow’s and a impound fee because I didn’t have hundreds of dollars on hand in cash to give them I would have appreciated a tow straight to my house faster warmer and much cheaper!! If you need roadside assistance DO NOT CALL D and R they will screw you to the wall
The worst customer service EVER!!! If bad customer service was a sport they would sweep the board. I was in a desperate situation, I called them for help and lucifer answered the phone. Was given very limited options in terms of making a payment and when I told him what option of payment I had with me he hanged up on me. I know it's a towing company and people call them out of desperation but customer service is a requirement. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Just had my car towed from D&R, couldn't be happier (except I had to be towed).
The tow driver was courteous and friendly, and did the tow fast. He was very causious on my car, and was VERY reasonably priced.

Brought a 2006 motor home to them that I had just purchased. They informed me that they would do a 100 item PM on the running gear. They did that and installed shocks and a super-steer steering control. Quick turn around. I have been going to them with my company vehicles and they are always Johnny on the spot. Highly recommended. Nice job Matt!
This company is heartless and will not work with people in difficult situations. My son was in an accident in which he ended up going to the hospital and his car being towed by this company. When he was able to go get the car, the cost was over $400 which he did not have. I called and spoke to Wayne and was told that because it was a "police tow" they would only accept cash. I explain that I was out of state but would pay with a credit or debt card. They refused to work with me in anyway first stating that it was in their police contract to only accept cash for release. I called both the State patrol and City of Nashua police departments and was told that it was strictly a business decision as they did not have any such stipulation. When I called back and told him that I had called the departments, I then was told that it was company policy. They would make no exception or be of any help. In addition he stated that we had till 5 PM or they would charge another $70 dollars. What a heart! I hope that you never have to do business with Wayne and Mike.
My experience is wrapped around a miscommunication issue with my college security staff. They called this company to tow my rental vehicle, for which they later apologized. I accepted my fault under the circumstances and paid the bill. However, when I was at the office to pay the bill and pick up my car, the overweight, toothless, cigarette-butt and motor oil scented individuals decided it was a good time to bust my chops. Unsolicited and unprovoked they began to laugh at me and make sophomoric jokes about how I didn’t know where I’m allowed to park. This represented to me extremely unprofessional attitude toward a paying customer, regardless of the circumstance, of which they knew nothing about nor were they capable to comprehend. Their job was to safely tow a vehicle and store it securely, and not to pass judgement, make unnecessary comments or make fun of customers. I’m sure none of these are in their job descriptions, if they could actually read.
My boat trailer blew a tire on Rte 3. Kevin came and got the trailer, with boat. He was awesome. Very careful. Then the next day, went to D&R to pick it up with 2 new tire for the trailer. The guys at the shop were awesome too! From now on, they are my go-to.
My car broke down yesterday and I used roadside assistance to have it towed... To a shop that then couldn't do the work. So I had to find towing to the dealership on my own and D&R was my first call- just because they showed up in my browser first.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional. I called around 7AM and he assured me that they would pick my car up as soon as the drivers got in (around 8). They got my car there for the appointment at the dealership, which was all I really wanted. I hadn't heard from them or the dealership about whether the tow was complete, so I called and verified with them and the woman I spoke to was also very polite and professional.
I also just got my car back. No dents or dings or anything. It looks like it was when they got it. :) I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to tow it on very short notice.
I would definitely use them for towing again, with no hesitation. Very pleased.
