Called multiple times, they answered once and hung up after 10 seconds. They are 24/7 but don’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give zero stars if possible.

I wish I can give zero stars but I called 4 times and the dude answered once just to hang up on me when I asked if they can tow my car so much for 24/7

The employees are very professional and mostly informative about the process when your vehicle is impounded at this location. My vehicle was towed by the city due to non-payment of parking violations, and they utilized this towing service. I called this business twice regarding the status of my vehicle, and I was informed where, why, and when my car was taken clearly and concisely. I was then directed step-by-step as to how I could retrieve my vehicle at the earliest convenience. I followed the instructions given by the 1st Priority employees and got my release form from City Hall. I arrived at the impound lot to get my car and was informed that they only accept the $60 storage fee in cash. I would have loved to know that before I arrived. Thank you for keeping my car safe, and I hope it never gets impounded again.
I am astonished with the way the I was treated by this company. I have NEVER left a google review in my life. My brother was in a car accident this morning, the cop order a tow for him. The towing company, 1st priority was 2 minutes down the road. Perfect! Well, they charged 275$ for a two minute tow… that’s okay…. So I called to ask why the price was the way it was because of the distance, it didn’t seem reasonable. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the representative but he was so DISRESPECTFUL! Raising his voice, talking over me on the phone. It ain even about the price, it’s about the disrespect. To treat someone like that is unacceptable, I am a financial representative not a towing expert. I was just calling to see why it was so expensive, not to cause any issues. God bless to whomever was on the phone but damn… I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect when I had a simple question about the prices.
Mind you, I have AAA and inquired about getting his car out of there ASAP! Dana who I spoke with from AAA was so understanding and respectful, he told me there was a $175 towing fee automatically when a cop calls in an order. That was not to my knowledge so the price does make more sense, if the rep from 1st priority towing went over that with me instead of raising his voice, talking over me I would’ve understood why the price was the way it was.
Again, it’s not about the price man, it’s about how I was treated. Very sad someone like that works for the company. We all got bad days but to take it out on clients? Crazy.

Steven came to tow my Jeep this morning. The advice he gave me was priceless. He was pleasant , courteous and very knowledgeable . We decided to go with him for repairs . I was pleasantly surprised that I received my Jeep back today.

Owner and company are the biggest cons in the business. DONT USE THEM. Charge people for equipment not used and when shown video of his driver not using said “extra equipment” he says Oh well price is the same. Tells you one price then changes it when you are fave to face with him. Thank god for videos and courts. No wonder why he’s looking for help no one wants to work for scumbags.
In response to your reply. Once again you are lying video proof of your driver not using any snatch blocks or straps to load or. The day after I came in didn’t call asked for price to pick up Friday u gave me the price I asked twice if that included storage which you said yes. The next day 2 days after accident it went up almost $300 dollars. The gentleman that pick it up at shop also only used a winch no special equipment with a regular car trailer. Guess you should hire people that know how to do the job correctly and efficiently and professionally like him. Straight liar you are. Do better better train your people the right way.
This place is amazing. Honest people not trying to make a dollar on you. If something is wrong they let you know. Was referred by a friend and was so pleased. I tell everyone I know to go there. Top notch place. Will never go anywhere else.
First time ever that I used a towing service. Steven showed up in a bit, was kind and understanding through the process, hooked everything up and dropped me off on time. Had a good chat about my car. Hope I don't need to be towed again, but if I do, I'm calling these guys!

Great experience, especially considering no one is typically excited about needing car repair. Turnaround time and communication were excellent. Really gave me a lot of peace of mind that necessary repairs were being made and nothing more.
Came out quick, driver was awesome, can’t say enough about him. I road along with him and my work truck on the flat bed, he explained how there were certain “brand specific” issues that vehicles have, but that overall “my vehicle” was built to go the distance. Lot of miles, so it’s great to hear that from someone who knows automobiles.
I didn’t want to be towed home today, lol, plain n simple, but I didn’t feel like it was the beginning of the end of my truck once I was brought up to date on how these trucks operate. Thanks my man
They got me in quickly, were very professional, got the work done that i needed as well as addressed a couple smaller issues that weren't part of the original appointment but were mentioned at drop off. The work was completed on time and was reasonably priced. This is the third time I've gone to them and received great service. I recommend them and will be going back.
They were extremely fast and professional and used the right equipment I needed to get my car back to me safely. Everyone was very helpful and Steven who dropped the car off was very helpful made sure the car was where I wanted and took the time to explain to me the equipment and pointed out some stuff I needed to know that was missing on my car.
Highly recommend! Had a breakdown with my modified and lowered BMW m4 at 1 in the morning. The tow driver Steven took great caution in loading it and unloading it! I used them a second time on the m4 and was once again very satisfied with the service! Very quick response time, pleasant and friendly to talk to and deal with, and tow costs are plenty reasonable.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! My son's car was towed there and I asked if they could repair it as well explaining he needed it for work. They actually picked up the phone...it was a Sunday...and said they'd get to it first thing Monday morning because my son needed it for work and said " We're family owned and we'll take care of you" and boy they sure did! True to their word, they had alternator in stock, installed it and it was ready that afternoon. They'll be my mechanics from now on. They treated me like a long standing customer. Hard to find that kind of caring today.
I forgot to leave a comment about how great the service was! Robert was so helpful, he stayed late in the pouring rain from tropical storm Elsa to help us out. He took the time to show me around the garage and go over their equipment and services they provide. This is the place to go if you need any repairs to your vehicle, the garage is state of the art.
Great service! I took my 5th wheel camper in to have 4 new tires installed. Staff is extremely friendly. Work was completed quickly and at a great price too! Definitely found my new RV service center.
From the first time I met with these gentlemen I needed my transmission fixed. It didn't cost a whole lot and they are a great group of guys. They explain things that they are doing to your car in a way to make you understand what's going on. Everyone has a great attitude and they treat you like family there. Got left hanging with AAA when I called for a tow and no one showed up. Called 1st this morning to schedule it since I work long hours and they were quick on the phone, called ahead and showed up right on time. Got the van on the truck in under five minutes, best us to the shop and already had it back off the truck. My go to tow guys from now on. On the pricier side but I'd prefer to use a quality tow than regret a bad experience. Thanks guys! You'll hear from me again, I can guarantee it.
