Went in to get some oil for my friends car. They have really good deals that they run all the time. I was able to score a 5 quart container of oil and it then came with a free oil filter all for $32.00. The two young guys that helped me where fantastic and they were really helpful finding the oil filter I needed. Keep up the great work guys!!

The employee named Jaylan was wicked helpful, I was in and out in 3 minutes with exactly what I needed and solid advice on how to install it.

Claims they have an item in stock but then bury the item during inventory and too lazy to find it. No apology or willingness to search for the item. Terrible customer service. In response to the owners response: you obviously didn't read my initial review thoroughly because the part was in stock and literally in a pile on the floor and the lady flat out told me she knew it was in the pile somewhere but didn't want to find it.

AC recharge hose didn't fit onto low pressure line. Company refused a refund. AC still running hot and I'm out of my money.

Sold me the wrong part twice, I do not recommend wasting any time at this establishment, go to napa or oreillys for better parts and a whole better experience

Woman was rude asked about a rotor she was clueless and really didn't want to help anyway could tell by her tone. Buying parts from this place for years no more plenty of other part stores to buy from.

I will give 0 star. I had worst experience of my life. First they ordered wrong part which cost me additional $100 in labor. Store employees were worst. When I went back to return part, employee insulted me and told me never come back original order I use 2 $20 speed perjs coupon. When I reorder correct part through online person she won't use list coupon. I list $20. I try to speak to assistance manager and try to explain him on issue. He is not interested and told me not to come back and if I do he will call police. I decided not to buy anything from advanced auto. The store is located on main St, Nashua nh.

Brandon is a lifesaver! I had a rental car with a broken wiper that needed a special wiper that was hard to find. Advance Auto Parts had it! Brandon took the time to find the right size wiper for us and even installed it for me. He was super helpful and I very much appreciated Brandon and the young man behind the counter, for such amazing customer service.

My wife bought a battery from them put it in our bike and it didnt work sent the bike out to shop was informed of a bad battery in which they replaced in which we just purchased they refused refuned told me were out 85.00 and they just don't care so ill send the whole issue to legal shield and our bank wonder how they would feel if I srole 85.00 from them there thiefs they probably sold here and older battery because she's a woman that would know any better I will never shop there again ever in my life neither will any of my family or my friends or anybody from our electrical contracting company I will make sure of that as a matter of fact I will go out of my way to make sure that all my biker friends know this to and all my electrical friends who are contractors

I had such an amazing experience at the Advanced Auto Parts store on 300 Main St today. I do not plan on ever getting my auto parts anywhere but Advanced from here on in. The two woman I encountered today were nothing but....Professional, helpful, courteous, as well as servicing their customers always with a smile. My only REGRET was that I didn't write down their names, because they deserve a raise and a huge thank you.... I drove away with a . Thanks ladies for going above and beyond.

Just went in to get windshield wipers, only one person at the counter. And he actually said I can't help you right now I am doing testing, it will be a couple of minutes. I said that alright I'll go some where they care about the customer

They say they offer free installation but they don't! They do it when they feel like it! I went in at 6:20pm when they close at 9pm. Picked up a battery and the employee handed it over and didn't say anything. I inquired about getting it installed and he said " we don't do installations past 5:30pm". No where was this said anywhere. There were two employees working, not a single other person in the store, it was a weeknight, still light out and 65 degrees. No reason to not install the battery except for pure laziness. I drove up to the manchester location and bought a battery instead. They offered to install the battery without me even asking and at that point it was almost 7:30 and it was dark out and they close at 9pm. Avoid this location as they have lousy employees. I saw another review say the same thing except he went after 7 and they said they stop installations at 7pm. Clearly make up their own rules by the day. I recommend going to manchester location as they were extremely helpful.

This is the better one in the area, the one in lowell is horrible and the one in Manchester has employees who dont speak English and the one in goffstown never has what you need. Advanced beats autozone napa o Reilly's and cap, no matter it location. The only place that beats advanced is this place called Auto value. Its in Pepperell... i always call them first

Went in last night to pick up an online order. Walked up to the counter and told the person behind the counter why I was there. He said, I don't work here. I then said, your on the wrong side of the counter then. He told me no I'm not. I used to work here so I can do what ever I want. He was rude and I don't think that's how a store should be run. The store online program is great. You can get 20 percent of what ever you buy. I just wish the manager would take control of his store and not let exemployee stand around and harass customers

False advertising; don't go there if you need installations! I was looking for a place that would swap out my battery with minimal hassle and double checked on the store web site that they offer free installation. Turned up at 7:10 (shop is open until 9) and was told that I missed the installation window by 10 minutes. No explanation except "manager doesn't want us to do it after 7". For all I know, the guy just made this up - he admitted that it isn't written anywhere on the website or anywhere else, so maybe if you turn up at 12:10, you are told "the manager doesn't like us to do it after 12". If there is a time restriction, it should be clearly stated on the site.

The only reason I went there today was because I just needed tail light bulbs and the other auto parts store was closed. Bought a pair of windshield wipers from them once that came apart after a month, store manager would not replace them even with the receipt

When you're doing brakes on a beautiful Sunday, while everyone else seems to be squeezing every last drop of relaxation out of it, the only thing you want to hear when buying parts is, "I can help you." Because of the unique ingenuity of Bob, a skilled, resourceful tech, that's exactly what I heard. My needs quickly became his priority, and I was free by afternoon, successful in my repairs. I should add that the others behind the counter also offered advice, and were pleasant, and helpful. I know where to go for 'Advance'd advice and help. 300 Main St. Nashua

Picked up a new battery for my summer car ( Miata). Good selection in stock - ordered online. Got it reasonably quickly for a Saturday. Good overall experience.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I needed a look up for a cabin air filter so I waited while the guy behind the counter had a conversation with his friend. He wasn't a customer, there were no parts on the counter, the clerk wasn't looking up anything and I could hear them talking about local cars they were interested in buying. Finally the clerk asked if he could help me, I told him what I needed and he hit one button on the screen and went back to talking with his friend. I could see the screen and the cursor wasn't moving, he was just more concerned with talking with his friend instead of helping a customer. I became fed up and said I would just go look it up in the book myself and walked away. Well there were no books so I had to go back to the counter and have another clerk look it up for me. While waiting there the first clerk said, loudly enough for the entire store to hear, that what I did was rude. I told him rude is having a costumer wait around while you have a conversation, and continuing that conversation while I am trying to have you look up a part for me. The second clerk calmed things down and went to get my filter. I get home and try to install the filter only to find out that she gave me the wrong one. Aside from going back to return the wrong filter I will never go in that store again.
