Price was exactly as advertised on the web, battery I needed for my cell phone was in stock, and was installed the same day! These folks are life-savers!!
My first experience at the Nashua store was 2 years ago, but it was good enough that when my husband's phone needed a new battery, I knew just the place to take it! Again, fast service, fair price, and the battery for an old phone was in stock. Nice people too.
About a year later than my last review - needed a generator battery - was able to order online and pickup at the store that day. My hand was in a splint, and they even carried the battery to my car for me. Great friendly folks here with good price and selection.
This is the best Batteries Plus store! Spent extra time making sure my batteries were a good match, and carted them out to my vehicle. Had great conversation with employee above battery talk. Highly recommend this location for your battery business.
Would give 20 if i could. Not computer savvy at all. Trouble with tablet. Chris was helpful and respectful in solving problem. Had trouble with key fob before. They were extremely helpful. An outstanding business
Mark was great, he helped me determine what size battery I needed & installed it in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service & very polite. Would recommend getting battery changes here whenever possible.
Ordered on line, got lots of discounts which was a nice surprise. Received their email within minutes, went to the store and my motorcycle battery was sitting there waiting for me. So nice to have such fast service at such a great price!!
7 years and 10 batteries latter, never got disappointed. Reasonable prices and occasional coupons makes this location solid choice when you need vehicle battery.
I bought a battery charger there today and when I got it home I couldn't get it to work properly on the battery I had. So I went back in and they took the time to check the battery that I had on three different chargers they had and they checked the battery charger I had on other batteries. They spent a fair bit of time on it and then ultimately determined it was actually my battery that was bad. They were nice about it and I was very satisfied with the service in the end. Mostly I was appreciative of them taking the time to listen to what my problem was. I feel like this is what the difference is between ordering on Amazon and taking a few extra minutes to walk into their store. The prices are about the same but I would never get the expertise to figure out my issue.
I searched their website for a replacement battery for my 1992 Suzuki GN125 motorcycle. A single option for a reasonable price came up and I ordered immediately. Within a day they called me letting me know that the battery was being charged and we set a time for me to pick it up. At pick up I asked them to verify voltage with a multimeter and they obliged. The interaction took minutes. My motorcycle started in one try.
Gave good, honest advise. Took care of the installation immediately. Saved me over $200 from what the car dealership advised. Customer service was exceptional.
Great experience. I needed two key batteries and two garage clicker batteries replaced. I was greeted promptly and by a friendly gentleman. Two gentlemen then assisted changing out my batteries. Super quick and thorough. I was in and out of the store in minutes.
Be careful purchasing Duracell mower batteries from Batteries plus. After 50 starts over 2 years it wouldn’t hold a charge but the Nashua folks are pleasant band helpful. This is their only product that disappointed me.
Their website was very easy to navigate to place my order for pickup. Staff in the store were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to take some of my old batteries for recycling.
This place has been my local preference for vehicle and powersport batteries for about a decade now. Customer service has been genuinely excellent from the get-go. The experience has been consistent, and I appreciate the integration with their website. There's a few vehicles in my fleet and I value the ability to procure quality batteries and accessories at a competitive price point locally. Better yet, this place that seems to have happy employees from what I can tell. Consequently, I recommend and endorse Batteries Plus.
Had a battery replacement done a few years ago in an older Samsung. Replacement battery worked great. Stopped in last week to replace the charging port. Walter looked at the phone, put it under a microscope and took out a small rock. Took 5-10 minutes. No charging port replacement needed. All this and no charge. This place is great. Ray B
My 6-year-old original battery decided to die. I got a jump start to start my day but knew it needed to be swapped. I was in between offices and I called this Nashua location. They were able to help me check out with a battery that I needed for my truck right out of the gate while I was heading there. When I got there they knew exactly where the battery was and they knew that I wanted them to take a look about having them change it out. There was a nice gentleman his name was Bruce, he came out he took a look and in the matter of seconds he said yes we can get this done. So we popped the hood he grabbed what he needed maybe 20 minutes and it was done. Bruce was incredibly professional, outgoing and talkative. Just a great experience. This is the type of service every retail establishment should be able to provide. I just want to say one more time, thank you again Bruce for your help.
I had a bad experience with them .
I bought a $200 battery for my summer car, I was told by the store employee to remove the battery when I store the car .
However the employee never told me to keep a charger on it at all times.
The battery died I brought it back and they refused to replace it !!
Not good business practices!!
I will be placing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office !!

Great auto battery sale - 20% off! Best price and availability on an existing inventory of the Duracell AGM-based product line, as well as other products that I could obtain while shopping there. The staff at the store I go to (Nashua, NH on Amherst St.) are also very helpful and knowledgeable.
After needing an unexpected jump for my car i quickly found what I needed for a replacement with a couple of choices to choose from on the website. The process was easy by simply putting my License Plate into the site it came up with my car and offered compatible options and 10% Off ordering on line. Everything ready when I arrived and within minutes the old battery was out, new one in and I was on my way. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Excellent experience at the Nashua location this week! My local trusted mechanic was out of town and recommended that we look here for replacement of a dead battery. I had to work and was able to send my wife with my truck. They were able to take care of her with no issues and installed it as well quickly despite it not being the easiest swap out. Friendly service and fast. They did a great job replacing my cell screen in a timely manner and they were really attentive. They actually contacted me to let me know the store closing time then I could go earlier have my cell phone ready today (Sunday). I'll recommend this store to my family and friends.

Outstanding! Needed a replacement car battery on very short notice, called the store just an hour or so before closing time and they told me to hurry over. The customer rep went out into the cold, dark night and replaced my battery in about 10 minutes. This store really understands customer service!
