From a couple years back ... my E150 van broke down, I had zero idea what was wrong, but the store manager did ... some 'minor' electrical issue which he explained and sold me the few dollars of parts. Since I was having trouble installing them, and they weren't busy late in the day. he did it for me! What a guy.
Brock went above and beyond to assist me—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate his help and will definitely be returning

I originally went to get an oil change, tire rotation and brakes. (Already reviewed that time-so happy with the service!) These were fixed but I had a problem with a squealing sound. When I brought it back, the service members were very attentive and diligently helped me. I was worried it would cost money because it had been about two months but they did not charge me and were so nice and quick about it.
They are so good about helping and have give free inspections with stickers for military. I will be coming here for the foreseeable future and bringing my family.
Online it says that they assist with headlight replacements but when I went in this morning to buy a headlight and ask for assistance, the man quickly said no pretty rude and abruptly. Made me feel like an idiot even when the website says they assist. My car is a straightforward replacement for the light, I ended up figuring it out on my own. But this location will no longer get my business and I previously came often for oil and other supplies.
mary is the best and is the definition of amazing customer service!! super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to troubleshoot my heat not working. although i wasn’t able to fully fix it atm. my day was made tho with some o’reillys

Staff is always nice helpful but pricing is difficult. Online pricing is seldom the same when you call to verify part availability. Parts are suddenly 25+% higher than online, but Autozine/CAP does same. Online prices get you to store but at store prices jump 25-50%?!? "We don't have the online $25 brake shoes but we have $49 ones in stock"
The Hollis Street Nashua location of O'Reilly Auto Parts is phenomenal. I just moved to the area and I've been here a few times. Every time I go in the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They do a great job getting me what I need, offer helpful advice with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. I have been fixing my own car and shopping for auto parts for the last 20 years and I've never had such a good experience at an Autopart store.
Great place and an excellent knowledgable staff. Frank is Awesome and always informative , which has saved me a few times from costly mistakes. They not only have great selection of auto parts ,but they also make custom paint on the spot....
