Always a great job done by the crew. As a woman who knows little about car repairs it would be easy to swindle me. They have never once tried to sell me anything I didn’t actually need. They’ve told me not to buy something when I thought it was needed a handful of times and that’s why I will always go to them.
Always super quick, and super easy! Prices are extremely affordable and extremely reasonable! The team is nice, I never have any complaints or questions!! They call back if you have concerns and try to help you as much as possible! Can’t recommend here enough!
We recently had my husband's Jeep lifted and purchased new rims and tires. Ricardo spent so much time with us and really explored all options. We had the work done over a few days, while we were away and we came back to see the Jeep out on the lawn looking like a showpiece, we loved it! It looked great, we couldn't be more pleased. I've been bringing my Jeep to FCT Auto Performance for years, because they have the expertise for the kind of Jeep stuff I need. What I've always appreciated the most is when they tell me when I don't need something. They don't sell you things you don't need like a lot of other places. Often I'll hear, "You don't really need that" or "the [blank] doesn't need to be replaced." That shows real honesty. And that's what I want in an auto repair place. I now take my other car there too.
Incorrecly installed center cap on new wheels causing it to get lost. Cap didnt even last a day, as it fell off on the way home right after installation. All 3 other ones stayed on. They checked their cameras and said it left with it on so apparently it's not their problem. Imagine if this were to have been a more safety critical piece like brakes that failed? Wouldn't recommend this shop to do your work.
As many of us become aware winter is getting close. Family SUV is in need of new tires. Few nights of lost sleep over trying to choose the correct tires as this vehicle transports precious cargo ( 3 toddlers ). I ended up choosing a brand I’m familiar with. But I was still worried. Ricardo & Mariah level of professionalism an understanding where exactly reasons this is a place I want to do business with again. Last minute I called FCT for last minute advice. Leo gave me a call back an assured me with best interest to go with the recommended choice. As the ones I had chosen are ok tires but not suited to keep my family comfortable during winter snow/ice. I am amazed. The ride is smooth quite comfortable. Before the alignment he pointed out a showed me components that need attention. yes indeed they did. With good intentions we held off on the alignment. I am pleased with my visit n they have earned the business of my vehicles. Thank you I will be back with friends.
Had transmission problems on Sat of Labor Day weekend. Called FCT on Monday, the got me in and ran a full diagnostic, identified the issue, and fixed the problem by Tuesday afternoon. Could not ask for a faster turnaround.
They were upfront and honest with the problem. Did not overcharge with useless repairs.

I know Ricardo (the owner) and his family. We are friends for many years, and they are excellent people excellent businessman. This was my 3rd time that I came back to FCT to replace the 4 tires of my 150 Ford truck. When I left his shop yesterday riding my truck with 4 spank new tires, it felt like I was riding in a new truck. Very smooth, balance and alignment done. I have been doing business there for years and they always do a great job !! Give them a try for your tire and auto needs … it was less money out the door for 4 tires mounted & Balanced then just the tires alone on tire rack.., Then you have the hassle of mounting and balancing !!! I’m on my 5th purchase, multiple vehicles , never an issue !!!!! highly recommend….
All the staff members I’ve always treated me so good!!! I once had a flat they fixed it right away. They even remind me when to put on my snow tires :) I’ve never had a bad experience. Everybody is so friendly. And I started going to them for inspections.
I give them 5 stars they installed 40x15 50 on stock 20s I visited several tire shops around Manchester and Nashua but no one wanted to install them until I found fct performance highly recommended 10 out of 10 excellent service and very good work and fair price

Well I was in desperate need of 2 tires.Every where in my city that was close to where I live couldn't do anything for me for a few days. I called FTC the staff was great they were very well priced.I went right there and got them installed. The services was great also very fast. I would highly recommend if you need new or used tires you support this local business thank you to the staff/macanics at FTC

I am a new customer to FCT based on a recommendation from another shop.
FCT was able to get me in quickly for a tire swap. Their waiting room was very comfortable on a hot day. Comfy couches. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
I had an awesome experience with FCT Auto Performance! I got new rims and upsized the tires, which completely changed the look and feel of my entire truck—it has a much more aggressive and polished stance now, and I absolutely love it.
Leo recommended the wheels and tires, and I’m so glad he did—I absolutely love the setup. He really knew what would work best for my truck and nailed it.
They also installed brake caliper covers that look amazing—such a clean, sharp finish that really pulls everything together.

Amazing experience at FCT Performance, they are on top of their game, especially Leo, he was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and I had a lot of them, if you need tires and or wheels, especially for a Jeep, don't hesitate to call them, they are hands down the BEST!! Awful experience - lied to me told me they had used tires specifically the size I called about. once my brother got there they tried to sell him new ones and said they didn’t have used ones. They told him his tire was flat and wouldn’t “make it”. They then put “extra psi” in his old tire for him. once he left his whole tire blew up on the highway then tried to deny they did any thing. DONT GO HERE
UPDATE: for BraulioC review about the rim caps that they screwed up and are making up more excuses to avoid covering for $130. 1 is $65 & 2 $130, and after leaving the shop my truck is already missing 2 caps.
—NEVER scream to no lady nor said that one of the caps was broken before getting there— it was broken AFTER the service from your shop. When I called the woman said 'my manager is with someone right now, wait a moment' and I waited, NEVER screamed at her. When I spoke with Leo he was trying to explain something about some salt&water when I was just trying to know what they were going to do about the whole situation; treating me like I don’t know anything and giving 0 options to solve the issue. YOU guys asked me to send a picture of the caps so, I removed one and you could see in them that AFTER TAKING IT TO DO A SERVICE IN YOUR SHOP they were all screwed up. You NEVER said that you will 'share' no cameras, you told me you were going to look at the footage not 'show it' to me.
The caps my truck has ARE CUSTOMIZED THATS WHY WHEN CANT FIND THEM NO WHERE. What I sent was the link of ORIGINAL ones that the rims bring (i sent pictures of my rims and the rims with the ORIGINAL caps). If $65 is too much for you guys just say that instead of saying is 'overly priced' lmao. So, basically the break your things and since they don’t want to make up for it they just won't do anything about it but make excuses. 'The experts in rims' but can't be able to find them nor tell the difference between something customized. The brand of the rims is American Outlaw, what do you expect the cap to say??? Acura?? Toyota?? Make it make sense please. A year ago I took my girlfriend Lexus car there because we thought she had a flat tired- you guys took it to the back and when you guys saw how the tires looked RIGHT AWAY paged the person at front saying that you guys WONT TOUCH them and asked us to go to the back so we could see what was going on… UNTIL WE SAW what was going on and agreed with you guys to change 2 tires you guys didn’t no anything. So, how come you tell me ‘the only thing my employee did wrong was that he, SUPPOSEDLY saw one broken’ but NEVER said anything before starting the job??? He put a lot of pressure on the screws, masked it thinking ill not noticed. Liars and cant make up for $130?? what a SHAME
I’ll add pictures of my caps (that came with the rims when I bought the truck from someone else), pictures of how my rims look without the caps that i lost because of his employee, the rims with the ORIGINAL CAPS & the part # that confirms it belongs to those rims the only difference is that my caps were customized by the previous owner. But they first said ‘is not the same part we can’t buy something that its not the same’ EVEN THO IT HAS THE SAME PART #and now states that is ‘overpriced’ lol (also send this pictures to them).

Be aware… The whole experience was beyond nightmare.
26 of September 2022 I had an appointment at 1pm to install 4 new tires but way before that I called them for prices and I specifically spoke with the owner and a lady that was there, they gave me a quote for a total of $835 for 4 new tires. So I decided to take it. I live almost an hour away, I called them first to confirm before I leave my house on that Monday. Long story short, not only I waited for 5 hours to get 4 ties installed, they also lied to me about the prices for the tires. They charged me $1000 for those tires. They didn’t know that I checked the price for those same tires on their website and it was exactly the quote they gave and when I checked again somehow the price changed. I had them called the owner and he also lied about the fact that he told these tires will cost me around $800 never said anything about a thousand because I would never go for it…
There’s more, they destroyed my lug nuts and scratched all my wheels and do you know what they said to me? Quote:”oh these scratches was already there, we didn’t do that and your lug nuts was already bad but we will replace them if that it makes you happy.”
I’m telling you I was so upset that I didn’t know what to do. They went ahead and replaced my lug nuts with a 19mm while my car takes 21mm lug nuts. I noticed that because on my back home driving on the highway the car was unstable and going sideways so I lowered my speed to 45 mph until I get home and when I checked that’s when I realized what they did. *Remember, my appointment was at 1pm and I was on my way home at 6:30pm*
These people are the worst of the worst. Honestly I don’t how they get 5 stars rating
Maybe some of you out there might had or have good experiences but mine was complete trash.
Easy to come in and get your project done. Prices are good for used tires and also sell brand new tires and rims. Balance and mounting included in the pricing. Can call and make an apt or walk in but recommend calling for apt as they are a busy shop
