Got a flat on a Sunday while traveling from Boothbay Harbor to NY. I used my American Motorcycle Assoc. roadside service and Lake Cty Tow NE responded immediately. Andre was the most professional and friendly driver we could have asked for. Got us squared away efficiently, going above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I got a flat tire. I contacted Tesla support and they dispatched Shawn from Lake County Towing. Shawn responded to me in text within 5 minutes him getting assigned to me and was onsite in about 30 minutes. Their headquarters were 20 minutes away so I consider this an impressive response time. Shawn was professional, prompt, but most importantly a great communicator. He even sent pictures of my car delivered about 15 minutes later. I would recommend this towing company to anyone. If i lived in the area I would use them for all future towing. 5 Stars!! :)
After having a flat tire in the morning-Got that sorted then my car brakes locked up. Would not budge. My Insurance company found this amazing company and sent them to the rescue!! Went to retrieve my plates off of my damaged car, couldn't access plates due to the car being pressed up against chain link fence. Was assured by staff, 2 guys in the office that they would take them off. Had to call several times to find out "the car was moved away to fast" for them to get the plates off. More like, they couldn't remember to do what they said they were going to do but thanks for trying to make it sound like it wasn't your fault.
On Feb 21, 2025 i blew a tire and it was my spare. I called my roadside assistance through Allstate for a tow to my tire shop. This company called saying that allstate had them assigned to the tow and that I would owe $66. My insurance covers $100 and I only needed to go 11 miles. Even my alstate was saying I might have to pay 47 out of pocket and the company is telling my insurance is wrong (Defamed). I canceled the service and contacted my insurance agent about this. The roadside assistance department did NOT assign this company to my rescue and I have this in writing. Try to tell me anything different because you even told me ok the phone it's 5 dollars per mile for yall, so how the hell you come up with a total of 166 for a 11 mile tow, even with tax that is not the amount it would cost.

It’s very bad and he is disrespectful and abusing language he charged me 425$ for 5 miles towing and 26 hours he kept my car. Please don’t get towed by this company they will charge you more and they will keep your car until they earn money from you .yes after charging 425 $ without giving receipt you guys allowed me to repair my vehicle on my own appreciated
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Towing for no reason without any explanation. Called to let them know we were arriving and not a single employee is available when we arrive at the lot. We call and they are apparently assisting with another call even though we told them we were coming within the next 10 minutes. No call to let us know we’d be waiting 20 minutes. Awful customer service. They demand cash and charge whatever prices they want. Greedy, selfish, and irresponsible. Do not give them your business.
My car had to be towed from Pelham to Litchfield on Wednesday 10/16/24 and the tow driver did great. The car was put exactly where we asked him over the phone. Was very happy with the experience of the tow truck driver
Great Service by Will Hurley. He was very kind and helpful. He resolved our issue within few minutes and also explained many things. He also inspected the parts and told which part is good and which may need replacement. His suggestion to avoid spending on the unnecessary parts was very helpful. Our car is up and running. It's unacceptable for a company to damage your property and then deny responsibility or try to shift the blame onto you. I'm extremely disappointed. They damaged my car during towing and are now denying liability. The photos they provided/ showed me as evidence of the damage were taken 20 minutes apart, at 10:58 my car parked, and an image of my car damaged at 11:15 showing the damage occurred while my car was in their custody. Furthermore, their representative (the one supposed to check if the damage were caused by the towing process) was unhelpful and accusatory, implying that I was trying to scam them for the money I had already paid. The discrepancy in the photos and the biased assessment from their representatives raise serious concerns about their integrity.
Part 2: I'm not trying to blame your company, but I do expect accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle while it was towed. I even asked for the pics to be emailed to me and I was told it was not possible. As you said getting towed for violating the parking rules or whatever reason is never a pleasant experience but even more if your car is damaged. As I said I'm not trying to blame your company, but I do want to understand what happened to my vehicle. The damage is clear, and I believe it's reasonable to expect a thorough explanation of the cause. I'm not complaining about my car being towed I took full responsibility for it. That's why I went and I paid the necessary fees without any issues.
7/19 approx 6pm: I am late on this review. The driver (I believe it was Will) was very kind and quickly hooked up my car. He followed my instructions once at my mechanic's and went above and beyond to send me photos of the building and my car parked there to ensure it was the right place and to confirm he had completed the job. It's always a nerve-wracking thing for me to trust someone with my car and have it out of my sight, but he made it a very comfortable experience! I appreciated the follow up with photos very much. Great job!!

I do really recommend Lake County Tow to anyone in need of towing services. The tech Andre was super careful with my vehicle, he explained everything before loading it on the flat bed. The quality of service he provided was impressive, he was honest, and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He handled my car with care, as if it were his own. Hello everyone, so I used my roadside assistance and was able to select a time when I wanted my car towed, which was next morning. They communicated well and here at the time scheduled.. William was the gentleman who was towing my car was very pleasant, sent me pictures before and after tow so that I know everything went well and car was at the mechanic. My sons car literally just stopped working (while he was driving it) we called, and the person who answered was very nice. We waited with the car, because it was on a dangerous curve, and it was very dark out.. so we wanted to make sure people could see it, and not hit it. Will arrived within the time frame given, and literally couldn’t have been nicer. He was courteous, funny, and just amazing. He turned a very stressful situation around, and made us feel so much better. We would definitely use you again, as well as recommend your company to others. Thank you so much for doing what you do. My starter decided to give up the ghost on 12/20/21 while at work. I have Roadside Assistance included in my insurance and they had contacted Lake County Tow.
It took them a couple of hours to get to me. Understandable. They were pretty busy and I wasn’t in a rush.
Will and Jay got to loading my S4 onto their flatbed surprisingly efficiently and confidently. My car is lowered slightly and they handled the transfer like champs.
Friendly, and professional. I want these guys handling my transport every time.

We had such a great experience with this towing company. Will, got to the location much earlier than indicated and he was very polite, professional, punctual and easy to work with. He’s such a great guy.
He did an awesome job getting everything ready and was very good at it. Got the process done in no time when we got there. He deserve the recognition on how a number 1 service looks like. He also send me a text of the car after he drop it off!

Matt called me at 9 to say he'd be here in about 15 minutes, and at 9:15 he pulled up in front of my house. He was in a clean uniform and had a cheerful smile on his face. He took the keys, explained what he was going to do and told me he'd send me a text when he delivered the car to the Ford shop. He was out in front of my house loading the car for about 10-15 minutes and about 20 minutes later I got a text from him that he'd delivered the car. No problems. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.
