What is the point of posting hours if they aren't accurate? Drove all the way there to find out the pull yard was closed. And no working website. What a joke.
Ron was very helpful in my situation he was able to take time and see if he had a back bumper for a 2007 Toyota rav 4 was very respectful as well forget the other gentlemen’s name he brought me right to the car and gave me a great price and was able to help me out today thank you guys so much I really do appreciate it a lot it really means a lot to me. Dude said he’d buy my junk car and then I pulled up and he changed his mind. He said he only needed the engine block and transmission and then said he needed all new parts. Waste of time.

I had not purchased a used engine for a car in a very long time ... this establishment.. not only backed their products.. they allowed me to inspect the engine .. top top notch. Professional.. respectful.. and I'm hoping to do a little more with them soon .. 3.2 acura engine with a 6 month warranty.. I have now put 60k on the engine and this engine doesn't drink any oil in a course of 8k miles .. they told me the car / donar had 220k what ever its a work horse .. and the car has been driven from Florida and back to nh .. guys great job .. I've seen some used auto parts yards that strongly resemble the city dump. NOT THIS ONE. This has got to be the cleanest and most organized one I've ever seen.
Called an ask for the part i needed said he had it in the u pull yard drive 25 mins there walk around not finding the vehicle or part i need then. Says that he doesnt have the part i need what a waste of time.
Have used this place to replace anything from a headlight assembly to a hood and bumper. Super helpful staff and very professional with extremely fair pricing. Won’t find a more organized and professional scrapyard in NH.
Came a hour down to see a bmw that I was told was for parts when I got down there I removed the bulb I needed for my lights and the guy didn't wanna sell it

I've had good luck with them for awhile. Great customer service, the guy's over there are very nice and honest. Any part that they don't have on the car or truck, I come back every few months and see if they got anything in. I'd recommend this scrapyard to anyone whose looking for auto parts.
Very poor service. Called an hour ahead of time for a part that they said they had ready to go and on the shelf. Upon arriving and waiting for over 30 mins while they searched for the part our back, came back and very rudely told me they “couldnt find it”, as if this were my fault. They left it at that and told me I could sit around and wait (for an unknown period of time) until someone went out in the yard to see if they had another. Which of course they couldn't guarantee would be a funtioning part.
Had 3 other customers in there unsatisfied with non-functioning parts that were sold to them. Bottom line, save yourself the trip & headache, place is an absolute joke.
Bought a transfer case off of them and a week later went to return it, when they tried to take it from us they realized it was unmarked and they said "we'd never send out a part unmarked" however it was the exact transfer case they put in my truck the week before. They proceeded to argue and call us liars. Over all, do not recommend. Scum
We are a full service auto repair and sales facility and we deal with a lot of used auto suppliers, Hebert's is one of the best that we deal with because they are honest, organized, friendly and accommodating. Being in the business, I feel that we are well qualified to make this assessment. Hebert's has an excellent staff!!
My daughter surgically removed a taillight assembly that would have been over $300 to buy new OEM and over $200 new aftermarket. Called Herbert's and they wanted $60 for a salvaged assembly that was in excellent shape. Better yet, they pulled it for us and included all the mounting hardware and let me test it in her car (In their lot, of course) before settling the bill. I will definitely be back if the need arises.
These guys were really good to work with, I needed a rocker panel for 2006 matrix, they let me cut it and sold it to me for 50 bucks, Bow auto parts wanted $330 for the same part
Always super easy to work with and willing to take pictures of the cars I'm interested in, which is a big deal when coming from 1.5 hours away. Yard is very clean, cars are organized and prices are more than fair. I've worked with Ron in the past and he goes above and beyond. Great yard all around.
