Almost impossible to get in to do business with these folks. Have to schedule a week or more out a appointment, hard for a working man. Have tried calling a dozen times when home early 1oclock range for a same day drop off of 1000$ worth of material but front desk scheduler told me no every time. Id reccomend a easier to work with metal recycler.

I had over 100 lbs of copper pipe and brass that came from a plumbing project at my house. Eric and the good people at Aurum were very honest and helpful. They made the process of selling / recycling the pipes very easy and explained the differences in copper and brass and the prices. Had a wonderful experience at Aurum Recovery in Goffstown, NH yesterday. I brought a variety of items to sell, including silver plate candlesticks and flatware, some sterling silver jewelry and a few gold items. Gloria explained the process and pricing, and everything was evaluated in front of me. The process was completely transparent and took under 1/2 hour. The payment for the items was very fair and I received a check at the end of my visit. I very highly recommend this family owned business for their courtesy, professionalism, and fair business practices.

Excellent service! Very good, family run business that is the place to go if you have electronics/metal to be scraped or if valuable, bought. Minimal fees for tvs and printers. Also a great place to buy electronics if you call ahead and ask if what you are looking for is available. The best experience I've had a scrap/recycling facility!
Very clean facility. I showed up, first time, didn't realize I needed an appointment. The young crew was polite and took me in. They all admitted it was their first time recycling this type of wire and got help. They all learned something new at work. I got great service and very transparent pricing. I won't go anywhere else.

Great customer service. Used them to get some old IT equipment removed from a small business and they were fantastic. I called and spoke to Patrick on the phone and he was very helpful, nice and gave me all the info I needed. Promptly got an email with the pickup request and they were able to come the following week, on the exact day and time I needed. They were on time, worked fast and did what was expected. Even had me double check after they were done to ensure everything that needed to be removed was taken.

As owner of NDS Music Repair in Haverhill, MA I collected several years of electron vacuum tubes, defective circuits boards, excess inventory, and even spent guitar strings that needed to be cleaned out.
