I order a rear bumper assembly and they called me for pick up and I asked them before i lshow up if it’s in good condition and they said yes and after driving almost 2 hours I find out the bumper it has a scratches and it’s broken. this is unprofessional work.
We looked all over for replacement belts for our older Land Rover. Linda at Majestic pulled it off. They are amazing! I don’t why we didn’t go there to begin with. Thank you Majestic and Linda for being so amazing!
Great place to buy a used car. I bought a 2007 GMC onvoy and anything wrong with it, I asked them to fix before I bought. I know this is mostly junk yard. But bring a mechanic down with you end check out the car you want. Anything wrong with it. Let them know they fix. U get a sticker and u buy. Very nice people.
We were searching for a reasonable used car for our son. We were driving by this location and decided to stop by and ask about the cars we always see parked out front. Glad we did. They had a car for our son. We purchased a Honda civic with lower miles. Car is being taken for a detail and we'll have it soon enough. The folks inside were pleasant to work with. We all hope the civic will be great for him for a few years while he finishes college. Thank you guys, we'll see you soon.

If they don’t have a part, or can’t get it through their network. They’ll give you recommendations on where to go. Better than average prices on headlight and side marker lights housings.
Highly unprofessional staff. A friend helped me out finding a place to junk my car and apparently my vehicle was missing an important part that they needed for the price. Instead of being professional and explaining it to me I got ambushed by two men who were furious at the fact I was unaware the vehicle was missing that part. My I friend who was helping me tried to explain that it was a miscommunication and he asked the men to calm down and gave the check back. He also explained he understands the situation but doesn’t appreciate the manner that the men handled themselves in and instead of an apology the man again threw his hands up , shook his head and continued on with an attitude. I do not recommend this poorly run business to anyone. No one was trying to screw anyone and to be treated as though I was was very uncomfortable. I hope those two “men” get the same treatment from others one day. Learn some manners jerks !

I felt very comfortable buying a car from here. All paper was taken care of free of charge and they threw in some extras to sweeten the deal! I highly recommend them!
Family owned and operated salvage and recycling facility. Great selection of parts, competitive prices, national parts search capabilities. They pick up your unwanted vehicles, they also sell good vehicles. Friendly staff members.
Avoid at all costs! I spoke with one of the employees after finding a headlight in there inventory. I called to confirm and was promised photos by the next day, they neglected to do so after nearly two weeks. They finally text me and tell me that they do not have the light in stock. Don't waste you time with this level of incompetence.

Well today I decided after 2 weeks I was going to make a quick stop over at the yard and see about getting a used part. I was wrong. Walked in and the gentleman sitting at the desk asked me..."What can I do for you?" My reply was I am hoping you still have the F650 truck bc I was looking for a knob from the seat if the seat was junk. He replied, "Well I am not going to sell just a knob bc it's not worth our time." I asked with a look on my face like really, wow! I then said a few things back in anger as he made me feel like I was a waste of his time...Kinda like piss off I don't have time to deal with a small sale. I guess the worse part is I have been going there for 15 plus years and I have never had an issue buying small items or large items. I guess my advice next time is if there is an item too small put up a minimum sale sign and let the customer decided if it's worth it. I mean most of the time we folks go in the yard we always find something else to buy. Sorry if I was rude to your employee but he just rubbed me the wrong way with his snide comment and body language.
Decided to buy 2 used tires from Majestic. My initial question was, "Are these tires guaranteed to have no plugs or patches"? Their answer was "Yes" Guess what I found after I got home - a plug in one of the tires. I went back to exchange the plugged one for another that did not have one. One of the two remaining tires also had a plug. I took the one that didn't. I had considered buying all 4 but I only needed two. I was inconvenienced by having to go back the second time when I was assured (guaranteed) that there were no plugs or patches. If you go to buy tires or whatever auto parts they sell, examine closely and ask all the questions you have to just in case you run into a problem after you leave.
They helped me out with a frount seat for my 1989 Chevy k5 Blazer ,and a window regulator for a 2002 jeep Grand cherkee.
( they did not have one in the yard, so they ordered one for me ,a new one!!!! and the price was way below what the auto parts store wanted!!)

Had a very negative experience. Called ahead and got quote, Parts were not in the shape asked for. Got run around and price increased and would not honor original quote. Lost time and gas money. Will not be back.
very unfriendly staff answering phones, called two seperate occasions for very general questions (i collect old car horns) never gave me a call back on any calls i made to them, and gave me attitude when i called them back after an hour and a half of waiting for a call. when i repeated my question to them about what CARS i was interested in that they had ADVERTIZED online they got very aggrivated that they had to get off the chair to look at the actual cars to see if they still had horns in any of them. obviously they do not need the buisness for someone thats willing to drive an hour to pick up a set of horns that I would take out myself.
