Brought in an Interstate battery that was too dead to take a charge. They hooked it up in series to ‘fool’ the charger into charging it. Charge $10 bucks when they could have just sold me new $200 battery.

Great folks. Batteries are expensive these days days but due to my experience I chose these folks and paid 25$ more than the same class battery at another company. The guarantees on batteries have changed, but I feel comfortable doing business with these folks
I’ve been dealing with Interstate, Merrimack, NH for over a decade. I’ve found the staff helpful & knowledgeable. I owned my own independent auto repair business before retiring & I sold a couple of different battery lines before changing over to Interstate Batteries. I found that I encountered too many returns selling the other lines. This issue was greatly reduced once I switched to the Interstate product.
I have bought interstate batteries before they seem to last longer than others.
I stopped here with another battery from Trojan. I was prepared to buy a new battery.
The guy that was working tested it for me and also put a load on it and told me to save my money!
These people are the best! Excellent products. Purchase all batteries here. They even replace batteries, key remotes, watches. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have maintainers to keep batteries charged in off season. They know and stock a huge array of batteries. Highly recommend!!!
Battery's I have say 30-month warranty right on them. It's 11/21 bought new 2/20 well within the warranty period. And they refused to warranty the battery's. That will be the last time I use interstate battery's
Excellent customer service!! Very helpful and thorough. We bought 2 batteries here for our RV back in April, and have been having trouble getting a full charge this summer because of the lack of sun for our solar panels. I stopped in today to get some advice. The two gentleman that were working today spent over half an hour with me; tested the batteries, checked the hookups, explained about battery charging, and were very determined to help me solve my problem. They offered to charge the batteries for me, but I decided to purchase a charger so I know they are always getting a full charge. I highly recommend this location!
This is a shout-out to Scott from the Merrimack NH Interstate All Battery Center who went above and beyond to help me out while I was swapping my battery in my sedan. I was expecting a simple swap, but I accidentally dropped a piece of the battery terminal clamp down into the engine bay (we've all been there). I spent probably 30 minutes looking around for it, and Scott spent about 15 right along with me. Thankfully the part was eventually found. The battery is working great, and I will be back next time I need an automotive battery. Thanks again for your help, Scott!
I have gotten a few batteries here in the past. I mainly buy the refurbished ones as they tend to be cheaper. Noticed they do charge more than the interstate battery dealership in Tyngsborough. Their flashlights are pricey but good when the buttons work but when they break you are out of luck.

Total crooks- took my battery in after it failed, and they said they have the right to jack up the price of a new battery so there waranty is fubar!! You end up paying full price!! What a joke!!
I purchased a dog collar battery and met John Cyr. He was Extremely helpful. Offered to test my old battery and confirmed what I was purchasing was the correct item. We began to discuss flashlights and he took the time to explain the differences between Watts, Lumens and lux. I will purchase all my batteries here in the future. Historically I find Interstate car batteries unsurpassed.
Five stars for customer service! I will return for any/all of my battery needs. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and considered my best interests instead of his own when suggesting a solution.
