Best customer service ever If you’re headed out towards Brookline, New Hampshire and you need to stop to get a drink, maybe a snack pick up some alcohol or some Tobacco products this is the place to stop very friendly atmosphere. Check it out You’ll come back. Five stars
I can't say enough great things about Route 13. AJ and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make shopping fun! They are also knowledgable and friendly! I highly recommend this location as they have great prices, support local businesses, and maintain an awesome variety!

I just want to start by saying AJ. Is the reason I shop there. When I moved 3 years ago i needed a new place to get cold beer. The first time I went in the store, I met that young man. He was very knowledgeable about beer and he loves his Pokémon cards.Huge selection of everything. Great prices , great staff.
The staff who work there are all very friendly, curtious and helpful, the store is always stocked and sometimes you’ll find something up near the register that catch's your eye, plus plenty of parking. The store is right between a Tobacco store and a liquor store, the perfect location, so stop in and check it out
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I need—from snacks and drinks to household essentials and a great craft beer selection to include some local goodies I can’t find anywhere else.
What really sets this store apart is the attention to detail. The shelves are neat, the lighting is bright, and the checkout process is fast and friendly and the prices are fair. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do, and it makes a huge difference.

All of the staff are super friendly and are willing to help as necessary if you’re looking for something in particular. Also broke down the rewards program off the top of their head without hesitation and made a customer for life!
Been using RT13 for 3 years since we moved over here. Superb staff in Mikaela and David (and others) always friendly, helpful and good fun. Store is a beer and wine heaven and also good for items needed in a hurry. Highly recommended place
We give Route 13 State Line Convenient Mart five stars. It is a great place to shop. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store itself has a large selection of everything and items we don’t see in other stores.
I just meet this young gentleman, David, at tobacco haven . He was very nice and helpful with finding all of the products that I was looking for. One of the products that I needed, that store did not carry but, he said they did at the store, the next door down. He even drew me a picture of where the product was in the store so that I would not have to walk all around looking for it. Ultimately he walked me over to the store and product and, he even let me take it out to my car to make sure that it worked before I paid for it. I have never had such wonderful customer service ever. So I wanted to give David a BIG SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU for all of your help today.
It's like visiting family with hugs and friendly faces . They also have a great selection of beers wines coolers imports and domestic plus snacks...I never leave empty handed or dissatisfied. Come visit!
This is the most friendly group of people I have had the experience of doing business with. Every one of the cashiers and staff are helpful and knowledgeable and they always have personality and are willing and ready to chat!!
Great place, I wanted a special beer that was hard to find. They said no problem talk to their beer rep and order me a case! Now they keep it on hand and I come here for it. Plus trying new things. Also their prices are normally better then others. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I get my lottery tickets and more importantly, my beer at Route 13 State Line Convenient Mart. They have an incredibly good selection of craft beer, plus all the big names. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Always a great stop for the essentials like milk, eggs and ice cream. I highly recommend Route 13 State Line Convenient Mart!
Route 13 Stateline staff is always friendly and welcoming! Their sour selection is my favorite! Make sure to check out the testing station for beer and wine! They always have something delicious on tap!!
