Fast and professional. My car died in the middle of a supermarket parking lot yesterday, and I was under so much stress. I called Kinney Towing because it was the closest one to my location, and the person on the phone was very patient with me. Even over the phone, he was able to correctly diagnose what was wrong with my car (despite my barely knowing anything about cars in general, so I couldn’t be specific in describing what the problem was). I was told that someone would arrive within 15 minutes, and didn’t have to wait too long. Kent (I think he’s the owner) checked my car battery and let me see how the reading showed that it was completely dead. I thought that was honest of him to check the battery first instead of just towing the car away.
He towed it to my mechanic and gave me a ride, and the fee was reasonable. This morning, the mechanic told me what was wrong with my car, which was exactly what I was told over the phone the day before. Long story short, it was a faulty battery that is now taken care of.
All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kinney Towing again, and I’d recommend it to anyone. They made an already stressful situation less stressful.
Kinney towing company was wonderful. We had a crash on the highway, kinney towing came to remove our truck, they were so wonderful to us and our dogs. We were very much shaken up,the tow driver ,Nick was a wonderful young man so helpful. We were towed to the towing yard, the owner Bill was so helpful and kind!

$300 for 5 miles, cash only. When I picked up the car, the owner was bragging about his expensive toys and Maserati. Opening a compliant with NH Dept of consumer protection Monday.
They have quite a racket with the local PDs. If you can avoid them, you'll be doing yourself a favor. If you can't, I feel sorry for you. Zero empathy for anyone. "Not their problem".
They were ones who would not let me get in my car to move it!!! My husband was standing at drivers door They told him to move so they can tow the car
I was on my way over to the car with bad leg and arm. My husband tried to explain to them they jus hollered at him then i told them i moving it they said no they gona put up bed to tow the car one guy tuurned to my husband and said " I Don't Care i just Want my 200.00 dollars
I was inTEARS for the way they treated a veteran, husband they didnt care jus loaded up car put chains on it !!! Only would take cash to get car sitting there only half hour took rest of my disability check i still crying while my husband went to docter!!!
I’m in complete shock. My boyfriend had his truck towed out of our complex because it wasn’t registered yet. Which is understandable. However, it was towed for a total distance of no more than 5 miles, picked up at approximately 1130 from our residence, and we are now getting the truck out at 4:24. These people are charging us $470…
Idk, I just feel like that’s pretty hefty… maybe I’m wrong what do I know, but I’m getting the sense that they might be jerks.
Edit: after we got home we took a look at the receipt and there’s a “gate fee” charge written in over the word subtotal… what does that even mean? Wouldn’t that be storage? This is unbelievable. I don’t know why someone would treat their community like this. Wonder if any of that $$$ they take from us goes to charity
They sleep good at night knowing they make their money off of struggling families. My father is retired from Milford PD, and after moving to Milford, I understand why he complained about kents/kinney towing. The state needs more laws protecting people's private property from these drunken crooks.
Quick response to our broken down service vehicle. They called the local PD to inform them they were on the way and all! Great service. Would recommend!
Had my car taken care of and when I went to go pick it up, they had lost my keys for 45 minutes and came to find out they had scratched the back and left side of my car. Not to mention a bumb on the hood!!

THEY DESERVE 0 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! Kent/Kinney are in bed with the Milford PD and what an absolute racket they have going! They will try and tow your car for any inane reason they think they can get away with! For the sake of your sanity and wallet, STAY AWAY FROM THESE @$$HOLES AT ALL COSTS!!!

Towed my car early out of my apartment parking lot. When I got there to pick it up they told me it's $325 cash only. (It had been there less than an hour) The lady who works the desk was extremely rude. Slammed my change on the counter and yelled at us to "get out of her office".
Had car towed from my house to dealership, $250. I I thought it was because I drive a Cadillac and they assume you have money. Wish I had looked at these reviews before calling Kinney Towing because they sure have a racket going on. And the only reason I gave them two stars is because they were polite on the phone. Fool me once shame on me...
My truck just shut down in a TD bank drive through . I called the Kinney towing and they came 20 min. Later so greatful
They tow the truck to the Dodge dealer in Milford.
The owner Bill was extremely condescending, rude, and combative when I tried to ask for more information regarding my vehicle. Constantly spoke over me, and belittled me.
My car is now damaged when it did not enter the lot this way.
Also refused to wear a mask during this pandemic, going against state mandated regulations.
If I could rate this any lower than 1 star I would. This man profits from the misfortune of others.
You do not get the corporate shoulder, but actual human beings that will talk to you, friendly and helpful, and they do things quick and efficient. I had my RV in for NH inspection June 2020.
This place was truly my best experience with a tow company. My vehicle was towed by police and I wasn't able to pick it up for over a week. They really worked with me on the fee's. I wouldn't still have my vehicle if they weren't so kind. Very professional and kind. My son says thank you too because it is his first car.
These people are disgusting! My son broke down yesterday with his 2 year old and 1 year old in the car. They would not tow the car to our mechanic unless he paid $175 in cash (mind you our mechanic is about a mile from where they were). He didn't have the cash, I was 1/2 hour away and said I would pay when I got there, they were unwilling to do that and towed to their shop. We got to their shop BEFORE the car was removed from the truck. The jerk was unloading it and we said we wanted it taken to our shop, he said he's already unloading it. I called their office and was told this driver had somewhere else to go but he had another driver available and would send HIM over (why not send the other drive to the other stop and bring our vehicle to our mechanic? Because they can charge me for TWO Tows!). They had another drive come and pick it up to deliver to my mechanic and $375 in CASH ONLY!
If I could give it zero star, I would. While my vehicle was parked at their yard, many things were stolen out of my car including Costco card, sunglasses, charger, a knife, wheel lock for my lug nuts, and my sun hat! Receipt was not provided. Demanded cash only! I suspect they do double-accounting for tax evasion purpose. Would not recommend to anyone.
Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Kinney Towing. My brother had his car towed 2 miles, and they are charging him $375 and will not accept a credit card payment. He has no money until Thursday and the only way he can pay for it is with his card. He has medicine in the car and they will not allow him to get it unless he pays $75, just to go in to the car. The people who own this are the most disgusting and rude people I have ever in my life encountered. Stay FAR AWAY from these slum buckets raking in cash off people's misfortune.
Terrible company. My friend's car broke down, he used Kinney towing to take it 2.5 miles down the road. They wanted over $300 and would only take cash. Who has that kind of cash on them? They took his car and wouldn't let him get his personal belongings from it. The police had to get involved because it is against the law for them to do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I cannot believe these people are still in business. They are thiefs and I couldn't get my car til the next day til I got paid then they said i had to pay 75$ to get medicine that I really needed or i couldn't have it.. that's scum. Have a heart. Oh and the only 5 starts they have and good comments are from family members. Cuz no1 in there right mind would go to pos like them willingly. Scum bags. Wish i could give 0 starts
Safest drivers???? Are you kidding me??? Whomever was driving the flatbed tonight nearly killed my family and me. The truck was turning left off of Witches Spring Road onto South Merrimack Road...DID NOT come to a complete stop...and proceeded to pull out in front of our car, and nearly caused us to crash into the end of the flatbed...as the truck also cut the corner tight. Total JERK move!!!!
My SUV had a rough week and needed to be towed twice. The first time I was with my vehicle, the quote was quick (and it was exactly what I paid in the end) and Dane showed up fast. He provided excellent customer service and definitely went above and beyond. The second time I had a scheduled tow from my home to the mechanic. Once again the quote was exact and they delivered my vehicle on time. I will be using Kinney towing for all my future towing issues.
