Brought my Truck to Mike to get some regular maintenance work done (Oil Change, Differential fluids and Transfer case) as well as installing some extra parts I needed added. The work was done quickly and professionally. His estimate came in right on the money. Super pleased with my service here and definitely will be returning.
I had Mike do some work on a little commuter car I just bought. He was fast, pleasant and more than reasonable when it came to price. Brie was also very pleasant to converse with while Mike worked on my vehicle. I highly recommend this duo for all of your vehicles needs!!

Absolutely phenomenal. Bri and Mike really came to my help when I was in a pickle. Life has been stressful for me and my heat shield breaking off and scraping against the road was the cherry on top, but he got it fixed and told me what I could do next for it. The best car repair place!! I recently had my car AC blowing warm air. I had brought it in and they gave a quote about the work needed up front. I dropped off the car thinking that they would need it overnight as it was an hour before they close, but they wrapped it before. We came back the next morning at opening to find out they searched for us the night before to communicate the work had been done. They are unbelievably amazing people!!
They not only fixed my car’s AC so that it’s now working to perfection, but their customer service is off the charts incredible!! I’ve recommended this place to friends and family too. This place is the place to go!

If you're going to break down unexpectedly—coasting down the mountain—I HIGHLY recommend breaking down near Mike's Garage.
They helped turn my dilemma into practically a vacation. First they gave me the # to Justin's Towing (5 stars!) who picked me up and dropped me and the car at Mike's, and charged me way less than I could have hoped for.
Then I walked to the All Season's Motel (yet another 5 star review, go Woodsville!), which was also recommended by Brie.
Then they had the gall to get me back on the road in the morning, before having to book a second night at the motel, and all for $100 under their already low quote!
Great people, great service. Happy to drive 30 mins to know I've got a mechanic I can trust who will explain things to my not-very-knowledgeable self. Thank you!

Not only is Mike a brilliant mechanic, I have never had to question any charges on the bill. In the past I have been physically ill worried that I was being taken advantage of. Both the Choates are upfront and honest, giving options when appropriate and helping me (someone who is not mechanically inclined) to understand what needs to be done and why. Not only is my car fixed, I feel comfortable that I was treated fairly and with respect.
Mike’s Garage had exceptional customer service, they were on time, under my budget and provided me with options. I would highly recommend this small shop for all your work.
Mike and Brie Choate have reinvigorated the entire area of Central Street in the Village of Woodsville since opening Mike's Garage. They are hard working small business owners and care deeply about the entire community. Mike does great work and Brie is a breath of fresh air when you enter the shop. They graciously hosted two of the Town's antenna making it possible for the Town to deploy free public Wi-Fi in and around Railroad Park. Mike and Brie have helped to make Haverhill a great place to live, work, and visit. Thank you!

I like going to Mike's Garage. He is thorough and if he finds something wrong he will tell you. He is honest and does great work. His wife Brie is great too.
I made the mistake of ignoring my brake light for months and months and by the time I took my car to get an oil change, the service center humans yelled at me and gave me an INSANE quote to get them fixed.
I, being the defiant human being that I am, called up a few places and got a few quotes and, luckily, I called up Mike's Garage and Brie picked up. She was by far the friendliest voice on the other end of the phone and their quote was by far the cheapest, so I put my car in drive, crossed my fingers that I'd make it (my brakes were really bad) and drove over.
I was greeted with sunshine & happiness and they fixed my brakes quickly. My car stops when I hit the brakes now. I couldn't be more grateful. I can't wait for something else to go wrong so I can call them up and see them again.
They were so friendly and honest, which is rare. I asked if I needed my breaks done, and he told me no, not yet, but he easily could’ve said yes to make money. I got my oil changed and feel confident to get future work done there!
