I had an amazing experience at Carquest Enfield this week. I came in for a front windshield and rear window wiper replacement, and they were quick to help me with the selection and installation. When I came by today to pick up the rear wiper blade they had ordered for me, upon testing it in the lot I realized it had froze midway through, and after explaining this issue, they were prompt to look into the situation carefully and discovered that they ordered the wrong size wiper by mistake. They installed the correct one for free and were so courteous, kind, and professional! In an area with not too many auto part stores, THIS is your place!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are all fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They treat their clients right, don't overcharge, and have a great sense of humor. We take our car (Focus ST) and truck (F350) there exclusively.
There always super helpful. As it's your local mom and papa's kinda auto part store. They have a great auto body supply section. They have a lot of different things that your big auto part chain stores don't have or carry. I always love to spend local when possible. So why not spend it at a family owned business were you will be treated right every time.
Each time I go for any type of service I'm never disappointed! All staff are friendly and professional and I really appreciate their help especially when it's an unexpected car issue. Thank you!
The people who work here do a seriously impressive job in comparison to the competition. Even when I've had small issues these folks make it work. Awesome store
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in at closing time and they sold me the part I needed even after hours and told me other things about my vehicle which were very helpful
Manager is very rude. Raised his voice and swore at me over the phone. Have forever lost my business. Save yourself time, money, and headache and just go to a real store.
