Always have a pleasant visit. Not to often they don't have the part I need, even for my German VW and if they don't they can get it shipped in a timely manner.
Went here last Saturday with a bunch of radiator questions and needed things. The friendly gentlemen behind the counter was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and got me everything I needed. Excellent service!
I was really impressed with this place. I felt like I stepped back in time to 1980 when customer service was excellent. I needed a new battery badly and a fella named Brandan hooked me up and installed it. He was professional, fast and really informative. He was a superstar, I will be back in the future.

On Sunday 09/23 I had issues with my car. I am from RI and my car was choking and bucking. The dealership said it would be a week before they could even do a diagnostic. I went to Oreiilys and they did the diagnostic and found it was the coil and plugs. Ryan assisted us on getting the parts and also helped us to install, providing us with the tools and his knowledge. Ryan was such a nice and professional guy and a great asset to this company, I will be forever grateful for his kindness and help.
Amazing staff. I wasn't sure about a part and a employee offered to walk me out to show me, we popped the hood and gave me very detailed explanation, showing me where and how it goes and what to do to get it done. This isn't the first time either, different employees at different times did the same thing. You guys have a awesome team! Please keep it up!
It's on and off for me. Some prices are higher than other stores and some of the prices are cheaper. Have to keep after them when asking for parts. They claim they don't have it or show you something completely different.
I have a difficult time walking and the personnel there are quick to get the door, make sure I can find everything I need, and graciously put on my wipers and refilled the washer solvent. He had a smile on the whole time and a pleasant attitude. I keep coming back for the great service. Thanks again!
Very friendly and helpful employee. I was buying a pin for my trailer hitch. The employee went out to my car and put the ball part of the hitch on with the pin for me to make sure it fit right. He definitely went out of his way. Keep up the good work.
Was great to be able to quickly stop somewhere and grab a blinker bulb and dielectric grease. Quick and easy change in the parking lot and I was back on the road.
