Had a very good experience at Granite auto sales. The salesman was very nice tried to make sure everything was fixed on the car and inspected . Left me take it to my mechanic 2x .The Car was very nice but my mechanic And I just determined with the high mileage probably best to wait save $$ and get something with lower mileage.

Me and my son just got a car from them today! They were AMAZING and worked with us to get the best rate and what fit our budget! Highly recommend

Sold car supposed to be legal and ready to inspect turns out needs lots of work that will cost almost half what bought it for and knew about issues but put a lick and stick inspection on to sell. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IT WILL COST MORE IN REPAIRS ON THINGS HIDDEN. SCAM ARTISTS

Phone calls where informative and helpful. Both rigs of interest were ready to be test driven. This location actually had the rigs of interest on site. The staff had no problems letting me test drive before deciding to purchase ( not common anymore). After dealing with different car sales locations who didn't have the rig at their location, and refusing to allow a person to test drive before payment, this place did. Thank you for making the car purchase process less painful.

Had a good experience. Actually gave me a really good price below market value for this car. As of Vermont resident surprisingly they had the registration form and even filled it out for me which I've never had that happen that's above and beyond. Decent and reasonable people. Would buy another car again. The interior of the car is kind of dirty which I thought was odd but I guess this car is a consignment and not actually one of their cars so that probably is why. But if you're in the market for a Volvo especially this is the place these guys really know their Volvos. Good job 👍

Great experience!!!!! Mark the owner was easy to work with and honest, no pressure , Brandon our sales guy did a fantastic job . Me and my wife bought a 2007 Mitsubishi eclipse convertible recently and they made process easy . Car did have a check engine light on and Brandon said they would take care of it and not to worry , it did have to go to there shop for 02 sensor and catalytic converter at no charge there mechanics were very professional , Brandon personally drove the car till was ready for state emissions inspection !!!!! Great small dealership, highly recommend them , they have good selection of Volvos and Euro cars ,pickups , and even have great cars under 10k . Look forward to having car serviced with them as well as future car purchases.thank you granite auto team !!

Mark the owner is absolutely the best! He is very honest and trustworthy. Anytime I've ever had any problems with my car they get me in right away and address any problems. Brandon is also just as amazing, always helpful and truly going the extra mile. They really treat their customers so well and better than any other dealership I've ever dealt with!! The guys in the shop, Chris and Steve are awesome! They are great mechanics, HONEST, and good at what they do! This is my first review making on google. But I have had excellent service with Granite Auto. They are very nice. They listen and help fix what needs to be fixed. They have great cars, SUVs and trucks. So go check them out. You'll be happy with their service.

I bought a truck from this business 2 weeks ago. The truck runs good, but I was double charged for the transaction. The owner Marc confirms this and is currently sitting on over $10k of my money. It's got my card over limit and the owner has not resolved the issue. This business is not professionally set up for handling large transactions. I strongly recommend not giving these people any of your credit card or bank information for your safety and financial well being.

Quick and easy to purchase a used car from there. No fluff and straight to the point. Definitely recommend checking fluid levels before leaving. Coolant was totally out, air filter was the worst I’ve seen and the car needed gas. Otherwise it was a straight forward process and they were easy to work with.

I bought a 2013 Land Cruiser from Mark. The locks on the car do not work, the air conditioner is broken, and today after owning this vehicle for less than six months (and I’ve hardly driven this vehicle during this time period) a wheel fell off the car due to extensive wear and rust corrosion that happened well before I purchased the vehicle. Fortunately I was driving 10 miles per hour when it happened but if I had been on the highway I would probably be dead. Mark has endangered my life with his crooked business practices, and I will be speaking with the attorney general and the consumer protection agency.

This is my first time writing a Google review but I had to because of the excellent service I received at Granite Auto Sales. I drove about 1.5 hours and came on Tuesday around 4pm to look at a 2018 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription that they had and get an appraisal for my trade-in. I corresponded with Brandon via email prior to visiting and when I met him, it was obvious he was very knowledgeable and an honest man. My car required the doors to be replaced because they were damaged but Brandon gave me a very good trade-in value and matched it with the offer that I got at a different place. He was very patient answering all the questions that I had and helped me get familiar with the Volvo as I had never owned one. He was able to get me a very good loan rate (the lowest interest compared to all the dealerships that I went to) and a very good warranty with unlimited months/100k miles. He offered to measure the brake pads of the Volvo and replaced the rear ones at no cost because it was quite low. Mark (the owner) was the one who called the supplier asking for the brake pads and when he was told that the pads would be dropped off the next day, he immediately replied “NO! TODAY! I’m driving there right now”. Brandon also ended up staying late until 9pm to make sure we got all the paperwork done and brake pads replaced. I am very pleased with how both Brandon and Mark helped me get everything done on the same day so I didn’t have to come back again. I truly recommend Granite Auto Sales!

I recently bought a cls 63 amg 2007 about 3 months ago at this wonderful family owned dealership. I could not be any happier, not only this was my dream car since a kid but you can tell this dealership cares about their customers by buying cars that are really taken care of. I never write reviews but for this place I can all day because not only it was my dream car but the experience I had after driving 3 hours there was top notch. The owner and the assistant were super friendly and welcoming, also made sure every question of mine was answered. So all this experience adds to the joy the day I bought this car ,that I will never forget. If you want to feel safe ,heard and really cared about don’t hesitate to give this place a try. may 2024 and My brother drove almost 3 hours to check a CLS 63 AMG at Granite Auto Sales , we had told the owner of Granite prior to have the car ready . We arrived car was looking pristine completely ready for us . He let us test drive it and check it at a local mechanic . The car is a 2007 and it could not be in any better shape at all . It was perfect we had no negative things to point to . We came back 2 hours later . Spoke about the price boom deal done in under 10 minutes . The owner is a very very nice family man . Forgive me im not good with remembering names . My brother has been enjoyin the car for the past 3 months . Literally perfect condition . I rate granite 100/10 . Very trustworthy 👍🏻 god bless . They gave us receits on extra services they done ti the car before they sold it to us new tires new oil new engine mounts , everything . Unbeliavable . 👌

I recently purchased a '11 Volvo XC90 from them while trading in my '17 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara to them as well. Loved the Jeep, but wanted something more practical. The Volvo was in fantastic shape inside and out. But, it had a persistent check engine light that wouldn't go away. Parts were ordered and two visits were made (from Nashua) to fix the problem. But, the check engine light wouldn't go away. I know systems in Volvo's can be sometimes difficult to nail down. More parts were ordered (at their expense) and this time they drove to my house and provided me a loaner car to use while they fixed the issue. The check engine light is gone, the result of replacing the catalytic converters. They had replaced O2 sensors, ECM (expensive), a fuel pressure sensor, and were prepared to do what was necessary to fix the vehicle. It took a month to get it all sorted out. Was it longer than I would have liked, sure, but I'm buying a 13 year old car with 119,000 miles on it. I knew it would need something. But, they did the right thing throughout the transaction. They never pushed back on taking responsibility for providing me a clean car. If you're buying used, especially older used, go through the car and let them know what you find wrong with it before you drive off. These guys will fix it. I gave them 5 stars because of how they took care of the issues. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Recently bought a beutiful 6-series from Granite State Auto. It was an amazing experience working with Dan. They were kind enough to let me take the car over an hour away to get it inspected by BMW prior to purchasing. They worked with me on the price and we were able to find a middle group that worked for the both of us. By far one of the best car buying experiences I have had!

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson on Aug 8th 2021 from salesman Dan. The car immediately experienced electrical issues, which they offered to repair for additional money, saying mice chew through wires when it sits in their lot. I thought this was unreasonable and after a discussion they agreed to fix it. I was charged another 100-200 bucks for the repair. But they didn’t fix it, it ended dying at Logan airport one day while my wife was dropping me off. A mechanic in Boston quickly assessed the issue and repaired it for $500. Next the car went through a period of check engine lights staying on and the car overheating, which kept it off the road for 3-4 months. Finally a mechanic discovered critical rusting throughout the bottom of the car. A rust hole through the A frame is unrepairable, the brake lines rusted through at 3 points and have failed and the exhaust pipe has rusted through. The steering column also has issues that needs repair. I was sold a lemon! I told these guys I needed a car to commute back and forth to grad school up in Hanover. This car spent more time in lots and garages awaiting repairs then it did on the road. They lied about the condition of the car, the work done to it, and repairs they made on it. I would not suggest spending money at this business.

I just bought a nice red little 2005 Volvo from here. Let's start at the beginning. First off, it was raining when I came to look at the car and Mark was very polite and a gentleman, he had an umbrella for me to walk under while we checked out the car, so nice of him! I took it for a test drive and notices a few things so, I came back and told him what I had concerns about and he was immediately concerned and took it out himself and was able to diagnose the issues. These guys truly care about the cars they are selling AND the customers! After everything was taken care of I came back and purchased the car and drove it to work. That's when I noticed a few other small issues, I called Dan and told him what was going on, again he was concerned and was able to get me in quickly to check it out. They're now ordering the parts to fix it. Steve works on the cars and he is also a very friendly guy and definitely knows what he's doing. I bought a used car, you can expect issues to arise, but you don't always get these kinds of people on your side. These guys are friendly, kind, truly care about what they're doing and I am very happy I came here for a car. I know I can trust them and I know I'm in good hands. I would like to add that they also worked REALLY hard to work with MY schedule which was so awesome of them. I highly recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed!

We just bought our car and had a very pleasant experience. I truthfully dread buying cars because I can’t stand the sales tactics and lack of honesty. Here I did not feel that way. The experience from start to finish was relaxed and not stressful at all. Mark was kind and upfront about all aspects of the vehicle. He was also very patient with my indecisive nature and wanting to test drive many cars. All in all this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Highly recommend.

Came up from Boston because of a good looking Subaru Outback. I had done a lot of shopping and by far this was the most reassuring dealership crew that I had spoken with. They did a great job working on the car to repair a few minor issues. I asked for wiggle room on the price over the phone and were honest that this was the lowest price they could offer. (In comparison Herb Chambers in MA said they could negotiate only once I came in and then said they could take only $200 off a price of 12k$ car, meaning they were basically firm.) I liked their honesty and when it came time to go over the car they were patient with all of my questions. I bought it but it needed a few more bits of work and so they drove it down to my home in MA afterward. Highly recommend this crew. Love my new car. Thank you guys !

What a great experience! I should have saved myself a lot of time and angst, and come here first! I love my new car, and the service here is great. As the owner, Mark, says, "We have been in business 30 years, and have a 5 star rating." That alone should convince anyone. But I have more. First, Dan immediately showed me the two cars on the lot which he judged would interest me most and he was correct. Second, this place has a "head gasket policy" to make even the jumpiest Subaru shopper feel secure. Third, they were patient, and let me try the car several times. And, finally, there were a few little details which they said they would fix, and then THEY DID! If you are in the market for the State Car of NH and VT, then this is a great place to shop. (Oh, they have other makes, too.)

He was so kind to my energetic kids running around. When it was time to purchase the car and my husband was out of town, he dropped it off for me at my nearby house for me! Afterward, when an issue came up that we both thought was resolved, he let us borrow a car while they fixed the problem. I really like that this place is small enough that there is so little overhead, no processing fees, and has internet sale pricing. I highly recommend him and his whole team.
