I was looking for an upfront, honest place to go with my car and decided to give KG Automotive Solutions a try. Ryan n Michele had great customer service skills when speaking to me on the phone. I was quoted a price for an hr visit and the took 3 hrs to go thru my entire car thoroughly and still only charged me the price that was quoted to me which was extremely amazing. Ryan checked in and gave updates so I wasnt just sitting there wondering what was going on.
They also have free complimentary drinks and snacks while ur waiting as well. I will deff be spreading the word around to have others go check out KG Auto. Thank u again for such an amazing experience
What an amazing first time experience. I was in town and about due for an oil change. I called and asked if I could swing over and I was told “sure thing.” Oil change and tire rotation completed. The service advisor, Michele, was friendly and kept me company while I waited. Even allowed my pup, George, to hang out inside. My tech, Matt, did a phenomenal job with my requested services and Nick even washed my truck for me!! I also got some treats when all was done. Box of cookies along with other little gifts. I will be going back to KG for all my non warranty services. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience
First time at KG and I was very impressed ! Everyone was very polite and professional. The waiting area and the restroom were very clean and all the extras were thoughtfully provided. Ryan did a great job explaining everything.

When it comes to trusting someone to work on my vehicle, there are very few shops I’ll actually recommend. I’ve had some past dealership experiences that left me hesitant, so I decided to give KG Performance a try for an alignment — and I’m very glad I did.
I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and had it back by noon. The turnaround time was impressive, but what really stood out was the customer service. They called me as soon as it was done, informed me of a few concerns they noticed, and took the time to answer every single question I had without making me feel like a burden.
To top it off, since I work nearby, they went the extra mile and dropped my vehicle off to me. They even did a quick vacuum inside, which was completely unexpected but appreciated.
It’s hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about both their customers and their vehicles. I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Have been going to KG for a couple of years now, just had to get a lot of work done on my Honda Pilot. These guys got it done quickly, professionally, and explained everything that needed to be done and took pictures. Would always go to them first.

I found my new repair shop! I am new to NH and have an older Audi that needed a new power steering pump. I had a great experience from start to finish working with Ryan. They quoted me worst case scenario, but proactively worked to get me a reasonable price out the door. Everything was done in a timely manner and done right. They didn't try to sell me on things I don't need, but they did bring to my attention things that will need repair in the future. Big plus that they had photos on the quote to show the problem areas. Customer service was so friendly. They explained everything on why my car wasn’t going to pass inspection and then they fixed it all and it was ready before they told me it was going to be. I will be back in the future if anything is wrong with my car.
KG Automotive Solutions is THE place to bring your vehicle for scheduled maintenance and repairs! The team here has great customer service and does fantastic work! The have a spacious and comfortable waiting area indoors and a few benches outside!

Ryan Cormier makes a person feel like they are the most important part of his day. He went above and beyond to give me the best result. I was also very impressed as to how clean your facility is. Nicest place I have ever been in.
We have gotten multiple services done here including tire rotations, oil changes, and brakes. This most recent experience solidified why we will continue to bring our vehicles here. These people have integrity and truly care about the customer. We are lucky to have them in Fitzwilliam!
Went to KG Performance to get our 2023 suv inspected. We forgot about getting it done in July and it’s late August, so we were trying to get it done asap. They took our vehicle in the day I called. I had just recently detailed the vehicle so was hopeful it would not get dirty inside from a mechanic. They assured me they would be careful. They covered the seat completely and the light colored carpet. When I went out to get the suv it was spotless and they were doing a “quality control inspection “ , making sure I was pleased with everything. I was extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail.

So i feel blessed to have a great mechanic service. They are easy to talk to and have very fair pricing. They have a clean waiting area clean bathroom . They offer a nice assortment of snacks while your waiting with a coffee maker. They left me a cold bottle of water in my vehicle. They have gone a step or two further than other mechanic shops. I highly recomend trying them to see for yourself.
Incredible customer service, great to deal/work with and extremely honest. Had tires and alignment done. Car didn't need an alignment after all and unlike most places, they didn't claim to do one and didn't charge me for one. They also beat the online quote I had obtained for the tires. This is the only place I trust with my Mustang.

Had the NHOil undercoating done. I would give Five stars but I had to hand clean the entire truck afterwards as the "overspray" oil does get on every surface. Not a big deal, but I would definitely pay for some Prep work to elevate the post cleaning issue.

Awesome place! Easy to book an appointment, the people were all very professional, helpful, and kind. The waiting area was nice with drinks and possibly snacks (I didn't use this, only noticed it). They completed the job within the quoted time frame. When my oil undercoat spray service was all done, and I got into my car, they had placed some goodies in for me! A water bottle and a new small icescraper :)
First time customer, came in for a state vehicle inspection. Ryan and team took care of us, customer service is top tier and they provided snacks in waiting area while we waited which was awesome cause my 16 yr old was with me lol. But truly if you havent been here you should. KG definitely has a forever customer 😁 Thanks guys!
Absolutely amazing customer service and top-notch automotive work. Oh, and did I mention they do all types of paint and coatings? They helped me restore some 100+-year-old cast iron steam radiators to a condition that was better than new by sandblasting and powder coating them to color-match the paint in my house. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 would recommend.

Good people providing a quality service. Called them up because my transmission lines were leaking they took my truck in the same day and diagnosed the issue and scheduled a service for the following week. Brought it back the following week and got all the work done in a day and I was back to work. All around good experience with even better customer service.
Brought my old, dirty Invidia headers to KG Automotive Solutions and they seriously killed it! They cleaned them up, ceramic coated, and painted them. They came out looking absolutely amazing and the price was super fair too.
They helped me pick the right color and explained what services made the most sense for my setup. Really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how much they cared about the quality.
Highly recommend these guys! I’ll definitely be bringing more parts to them in the spring for cleaning and ceramic coating.
Jenna went above and beyond to help me. Answered questions and made phone calls on days she wasn’t even in the office. Got me the best prices and really worked with me. The best costumer service I’ve ever received. The shop itself is really nice. So far so good on the repairs.
Had the under coating done using the nhou product. They did a great job. This stuff is way better than fluid film which I have done in the past. Cheaper too. Great service. I will definitely use them again for other needs!! They people were all great. Very professional and nice to deal with from office to mechanic. Loved the whole experience..
Had to use k&g a few times again recently and always great to deal with. Steering shift, valve cover gaskets, and leave springs and rear shocks. Cheaper to fix the problems you have, than buy another vehicle now a days!!!
Great service! Got an oil change by Braden he did a great job. I was also surprised when I got in my car and saw a cold bottle of water and a cute little key chain! WOW gifts! To the guys at KG, I want to thank you for your recommendation on my mods for both of our wrx’s… OUTSTANDING! Barry you are phenomenal at your job, you take your time and make sure everything is done properly. The tune you put in is spot on… i would definitely recommend all of my friends and anyone that asks where i go for my upgrades and mechanical work. KG is top notch
Used KG services for a wide range of things. They did a complete custom fab for my 95 Nissan Laurel which came out far exceeding anything I could have imagined. They also now take care of my other vehicles inspections and basic mant. Because I know they do good work and are proud of what they do.
Ryan and his team at KG Performance are top notch, and should be the only ones you think of using for your powder coating needs.
Here’s the short story: I needed to get a replacement shift knob for my Focus ST. After tracking down a raw aluminum knob, the search was on to find an experienced shop to powder coat it gloss black. A quick google search, then looking at their website and social media, and it was clear that Ryan and KG Performance were a lock to do my small but important job. I decided to shoot over an email to see if my small job could be done.
Ryan replied to my email within hours and asked me to stop in so we could review the job. When I arrived at the shop, Ryan was in the office and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. After talking about color, finish and cost, I was sold.
This is where my experience turns from good to great. Ryan and his team were able to complete the job in an amazingly short amount of time. The finish and quality of the job is some of the best powder coating I’ve ever seen. The gloss is unreal, seriously, I can see my reflection like it’s a mirror.
If you’re in the market for a powder coater, I would stop your search and choose KG Performance for any job, small or large, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
