If I could give them a zero star I would. Horrible customer service experience. DON'T GUARANTEE PARTS, THEN CHARGE A 20 % RESTOCKING FEE ! Don't buy from here. Buyer beware.

DO NOT buy anything mechanical that is sold as working from them. They will refuse responsibility and will not stand behind that claim when it dies not work. Beware.

Located in bangor, maine, needed a electric power steering rack for 2012 subaru impreza, called Friday am, gentle was nice and polite, said they had one on hand. Come monday am aroumd 1130 am it was at my shop. Had it pulled, wrapped, shipped and delivered before 12pm monday( ik delivery was usps or what not) but very happy they didnt waste anytime getting ready to ship. And cost was shipping was WAY less than i figured. Overall very pleasant experience and can definitely recommend using these guys for parts needs!

I had called looking for a part for my jeep and they said they had it I went up to pay for and was thinking it would be a bit before I got it and they called the same day with it ready to go. When I got there to pick it up they showed me where to go to pick it up and they were helpful and made sure I got it in my jeep no problem. I will be using them in the future for more parts
I walked in off the street. My custom wiring connection had failed me and one of my power spots was in need of a single simple crimpable butt connector and Union has only one likely location. They smiled and passed it over. No Charge! My gratitude.
I was looking for specific parts that I couldn't find Stateside to Japan. I checked all of the auctions, Ebay, croooober, Yahoo Japan, e.t.c, and couldn't find what I needed. I sent them an email through Ebay and they were more than happy to help me out. Through a small series of emails, the parts were found on their lot and shipped the same day (ordered around 11:00 AM EST). If you're looking for relatively obscure parts for cars with a small following, I'd check here first!
I've been a customer w/ Union Auto for years. There has not been a single issue. They are honest and reasonable. Have return policy and are very professional. I've never had a part I bought fail and when I was in a bind they acknowledged the problem and went above and beyond than what most business's do. They are the only ones you can trust; trust me

I bought an engine for my Subaru Forester from here through an eBay transaction. I called with a few questions and they pulled up the auction on their end. They answered my questions and we closed the deal while on the phone. I don't think 30 minutes went by before I got the shipping notice. The shipping cost was very reasonable, and actually lower than expected. The engine was securely placed on a pallet and arrived in great condition.
The gentleman I dealt with was very courteous and professional. The engine arrived very quickly and is installed and running great. I would recommend UUAP to anyone. I am a 100% satisfied customer.
