Came in on Sunday October 5 to return a rental tool and just wanna say that Steph and Izzy (i believe that was the names) handled quite a few customers with speed and grace. Steph was assisting a customer with a complex issue (cross ref parts etc) and Izzy processed others with the speed of a gazelle lol. They also took the time to make each customer feel as though they were just as important as the next which was a pleasure to see in these days.. Quality customer service from both of them and will definitely use this O'REILLY Auto for my needs. What a great change from past experiences at other parts stores
very kind younger gentleman came out and scanned my silverado yesterday, gave me a basic run down of the codes with some info. i believe his name was Caiden. he has the knowledge and experience this place needs. thank you caiden!
I went in for a power steering return fitting and the woman behind the counter was very unknowledgeable and couldn't or wouldn't help me. First saying that they didn't carry the part and that she could order it, I returned later with the right part number I researched from the website which said they had it in stock and she gave me a attitude. I had to go to the Rochester location to get my part.
We needed a code read on our Durango. This is a free service. The gentleman came right out and gave us the result. He was very helpful in making suggestions to erase the code; it was a minor fix.
I went here with some rat rod parts (drum brake hardware) . I had little knowledge of the parts used in the build. I went in with a random box of parts and the manager Aaron measured my parts and had a great idea of what I needed. We got and installed the parts, everything worked first try. One part was damaged and they swapped it out no problem. Greatly appreciate knowledgeable people. Isabella was our cashier and she was great aswell. Great job. Thank you we will definitely be back.
I purchased Mother's bug and tar remover from the Ossipee, NH location. When asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. The product is ineffective and when asked about returning it, I was told "No return, it's used." I should have taken a receipt, but figured if they don't think ill need it why take it. I wonder if I bought a reman transmission or an electronic throttle body that was not functional, would there also be no refund available? While I understand there might have been a receipt issue, it obviously wasn't the issue, as it never got that far.
Don’t waste your time. Go to Napa in Wolfeboro or Ossipee.. I got the wrong brake pads 3 times before I got the correct ones. They were for a small vehicle an the first box he tried to give me would have fit an f350 prob. Come on it’s not that hard.
I will give two stars only for the assistance I received from Aaron. The manager in training is a joke. Plugged my car in then proceeded to tell me he can’t look up torque specs when others figured out how to do so within minutes. Then I buy a two pack of ELECTICAL tape and the manager says “o duct tape” when I put ELECTICAL tape on the counter. The fact you are promoting someone who doesn’t know up from down, or one who comes off of break and sits there with a blank stare then ask “ who is helping you” is not one that should be running an auto parts store. I refuse to even speak to your soon to be manager and will take my money elsewhere if he is the only one on the floor. My suggestion, promote someone with actual knowledge like Aaron, rather than listen to a guy that says he knows the job when he clearly doesn’t and has horrible customer service skills.
My alternator stopped charging while visiting NH. The store employees were extremely helpful to me, charging my battery, putting me in touch with a mechanic and with help finding a hotel. Awesome guys. Thanks!!!
My girlfriend went there to figure out if there was a warranty on her rotors, Because they were pulsating, and ask the assistant manager Scott to see if there was a warranty and he pretty much told her that he wouldn't help her with anything or even look up to see if I had a warranty and pretty much told her she wouldn't understand what he was saying, she is a mechanic as am I. We love going there, but because of this I think we are going to take our business somewhere else
Needed a part for my car last minute and the employee willingly stayed open until 8:01 for me to arrive and make my purchase. Felt bad asking, but still cool of them considering most wouldn’t.
Great place. Employees are honest and very helpful. Even if you don’t know much about the auto world, like myself, you can expect to be treated with respect and patience. Employees have gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions including installing new windshield wipers and helping me to replace my key fob battery. They take great care of their customers. Highly recommend.
I called and got Kent. He said he was new but was kind, willing to listen to my specific requests and got me what I needed shipped to the store the next day. 5 Stars for Kent! Good luck with the new gig.

My experience in the world of auto parts stores suggests that staff needs to be surly and too busy to be bothered by random customers. NOT the case at the Ossippee O'Reilly's...very helpful and friendly staff that act like EVERYONE is important. Very refreshing!

Amazing customer service. I had an issue while changing brakes and broke a bolt. I had a few questions and didnt really know what to do but Aaron answered them and knew exactly what I was dealing with and even saved me a few dollars instead of making a sale that I probably would have just returned when I didnt need it. I wish every parts store and auto shop was as honest. Peace of mind is worth alot and he definitely helped with that. Thank you for the help and good customer service should be appreciated more.
I purchased 3 new wiper blades and had to wait a bit for them to install them. The sales person was very helpful. I thought they were kind of pricey. $51.00 for 3 wiper blades and a can of sea foam $8.99. $60.00 Total.
New establishment in the area. Very well stocked.. I needed an unusual part for an 11 yr old truck and the clerk on duty knew exactly what I wanted, exactly where to look in the catalog, and it came in the next day.
