Rip off, my father in law had one of our tires serviced there. It needed a new valve stem. The one they put in failed, then when I went back they said they had no record of it, probably assuming he was from out of town and they wouldn’t see him again. They told me it would be another $100+ to fix it. I went to a local reputable shop and got fixed up correctly. Now they just inundate the community with mailbox ads all the time. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful patient people there. Needed a major expensive repair, worked with us to be able to fix the car for half what we were quoted elsewhere. Definitely going back.

I recently had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment at this shop. I was greeted by Anne and Joe at the front desk, both of whom were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although the internet was down, Anne managed everything smoothly and was very knowledgeable about my service needs. While I waited, I noticed how courteous and kind both Anne (and Joe, when he was out at the desk) were to every customer that came in or called. It was a nice atmosphere. Mike, the technician, performed the work on my truck. I was impressed by his thoroughness. He took the time to take pictures of my truck before starting and even took it for a test drive. I appreciated the digital report they provided, which included photos of the tire tread depth. This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a mechanical issue with my car suddenly come up. Had to get it towed, couldn't drive. Anne and Joe made me feel so reassured that my car was in good hands, and they were able to get it fixed ON new year's eve. Absolute rockstars. Would recommend them to anyone!

Went there for the first time for a tire repair. Extremely friendly and thorough. It was an emergency tire repair that they were able to patch and they also got me back to work while they fixed it and did an inspection. They picked me up once it was done so I could make it to my son's holiday event on time. Meant the world to me! I made it! ?

had to have my car towed there Friday night with no brakes and by early Monday afternoon they were able to get me in and get my car fixed and back on the road. Anne and Joe were both great and I appreciate the honest customer service and they are both great people. Will be using them ACP as my main garage from now on.

The Tram at AutoCare were very thorough upon initial arrival when making my appointment asking me all the right questions regarding the issues I was having with my Volvo. They got me in 2-days later and performed a diagnostic and reviewed it with me over the phone. Additionally, I was kept informed via both text and email of what the status was of my car repair until it was completed. The entire service experience was 5-Star!

They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, and I really appreciated how transparent they were with every recommendation. They provided clear photo and video evidence for anything they suggested, which made the whole experience feel honest and trustworthy. What really impressed me was that they diagnosed an issue that three other shops couldn’t figure out. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way made all the difference. The receptionist was very pleasant and the work was done in a timely fashion. Just had new oil filter and oil . Would recommend to anyone who’s not gonna do the work themselves. The next day when I started our car a notice came up to add coolant to the car as it was low. I stopped back at the place that changed our oil and they took care of it and no charge. Excellent customer service! This Auto Shop also helped us several years ago when our car broke down and had to be towed to their shop to be fixed and also did an excellent job that time as well!

I was stressed about using a new mechanic for my older four runner. As a new customer the did a thorough inspection when I’d just gone in for brakes. If felt good that the checked it all over and except for a couple minor things that I’d known about they identified the problem I brought it in for ensure they could have the parts and repaired or my the same day Ann the manager went out of her way to cater to my needs and assuring me the car would be ready! She even drove my car back to me when it was done. I’ll use them again for my maintenance and warn systems.

They squeezed me in on a major job just before a long road trip. Customer Service is always OUTSTANDING! Also, they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and soft drinks and are walking distance to a nice little breakfast and lunch spot. Nice people, great work, and a rewards system.

Absolutely the best customer service in the valley! Anne is an amazing asset to your company. She takes her time to explain the process when dropping off your vehicle and goes further into detail after the service has been completed. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to repair the tire and do a tire rotation, even though my appointment was for something different. Great customer service and very reasonable prices!

Anne at Auto Care plus in Conway NH was super helpful. She promptly inspected threadbare tires on our rental car and replaced them in short order so we could enjoy our vacation safely. And gave us hard and e-copies of a thorough auto inspection to send to Budget so we can get refunded. Lesson: check tires before leaving airport in rental car!!!! Highly recommend this facility.

The problem I was having was vibration and noise on the front left side of my 3500 Chevrolet truck. They worked me into their schedule and determined that it was a warped brake rotor. They performed a complete front end brake job and had me back on the road in two days, as they are a busy shop. The staff are eager to help their customers and perform quality work.

My car battery died along with other issues while on our honeymoon in North Conway -5 hours away from home! Joe & Anne were amazing in helping us out and getting my car fixed promptly so we could make it home in time! They were amazing! Would Highly recommend this shop!

Staff is friendly and professional. I came into town on a road trip and my car developed a noise along the way. They were able to look at my car same day and provided an upfront and honest evaluation. They took me into the garage and showed me what they had found. This enabled me to make an informed decision regarding repairs. No sense of pressure or unnecessary upcharges. If I lived in the area they would be my go-to shop.

No complaints! All employees were more than helpful..the ride home with Anne AND back to pick up my vehicle the next day was a great idea and service with a smile!…Jake the Doodle was more than happy that he was able to ride with me too!

I had an issue with my car while visiting from far away. I was very impressed with the care and communication of this team. My car was quickly repaired for a fair price. They checked in with me each day. They should teach a class.

Anne and Joe made the most out of a difficult situation for us when our SUV had issues while on vacation. They were transparent and fair throughout the entire process. Still no issues with it a month later so I would definitely recommend them to anyone with serious repair needs.

I've been living in Conway for about a year and needed to find a local mechanic I could trust. Based on reviews I chose Auto Care Plus and I'm glad I did. Being an ex-mechanic myself I'm very picky about people working on my cars and know if someone is trying to up-sell me service I don't need. I didn't get that impression here at all so I plan to use them again in the future! A special thanks to the service manager Anne who i thoroughly enjoyed speaking with!

Great experience at Auto Care Plus! They were able to do an alignment for my Tacoma which had some aftermarket suspension parts recently replaced. They promptly notified me that there were some loose bolts with the work that had been performed. Truck road perfectly after the alignment. They even called the following day to have me stop in and double check that the components didn't have an issue that loosened the bolt. During the alignment they also took note of some dash warnings that had been appearing randomly throughout the summer. I was able to bring it back for a diagnosis and they identified the issues with both warnings, ordered the replacement parts and had it resolved within a week. They arranged for a loaner because the job was a couple days. Highly recommend Auto Care Plus to anyone in the area. Scheduling is the best I've encountered, communication is great, and they really care about the safety and well-being of the customer.

The best value for a vehicle with several years of use is their full diagnostic service (if you intend to maintain your vehicle properly). For $180 they actually check the things I had expected the original car dealer to do for me, but the dealer failed. Auto Care Plus includes pictures and they let you know what needs attention. They ordered the OEM parts they needed and the following day the work was taken care of, as promised. Genuinely nice people, I dealt with Anne and Joe. Complimentary coffee, water or soda and a place to do work while waiting! This is my new service place.

They go the extra mile to take care of all the important details! Some very financially efficient discounts too are part of their excellent automotive services. The majority of automotive service garages are just a bunch of turkeys! See attached video…the others can’t be trusted to not overcharge for unnecessary services! This company follows the ”honesty is the best policy”philosophy.

I moved to Albany, NH in January 2025 , I purchased a vehicle that needed extensive and expensive repairs. Anne & Joe when I called for a quote provided me the best 5 star customer service and rapid solution and great price cost for repairs. I treated like family walking in the door & provided a loaner car to keep me on the road to work while my car was being serviced. I am truly grateful to the owners of a great establishment and the best employees Anne , Joe and the mechanics who took care of my motor vehicle needs. Anne and Joe took great care of me. My breaks had all but given out during a hiking trip, and I booked a same-day appointment. They found a way to squeeze me in, and I was able to drive out without any car problems 3 hours later. They were kind, accommodating, and made sure to inform me of what was going on with me car. 10/10, thank you so much

I was in North Conway for a couple of nights and on my first day the brakes on my SUV seized up. I needed new rear brakes but had hoped to wait until I got back. Naturally, the universe had different plans for me. After calling multiple places in town with no luck, all of them were booked up, I called here and spoke to Anne who immediately set me up to be ready for diagnostics when AAA towed my car there. It was about 4PM when this happened so they took a look at it the following day. They give you text updates on when they bring your car in, they call you before they start anything to let you know exactly what is being done and the cost. I had a laundry list of things that needed to be come but Anne let me know exactly what I would need to drive it home safely. At 4PM I received a text that my car was ready and I picked it up. To be able to find a place, especially on vacation, and have it all done within 24 hours is amazing! Everything was seamless and no stress added in an already stressful situation. Anne was so wonderful to work with and has amazing customer service skills! I would definitely recommend them!

I was stranded with my 2017 Nissan Titan with a broken serpentine belt. I had AAA tow me to the shop after I called them and Anna told me they had a fun day but she told me bring it in and they will take care of it for me. So in conclusion if there were 6 stars to give I would. The service was amazing and thank you guys for getting it fixed.
