never in my life experienced such poor performance and prices that ensure complete highway robbery and utter finanical destruction of my person and family. basically dont expext to get your vehicle back unless you want to hand over your first born child.

Just like all other towing companies, this place is a rip off. It should be illegal for the tow companies to charge the ridiculous amount that they do and then charge you for retrieving your belongings after you can't afford the bill. Then threaten that I will lose my license for not paying the bill. As if life isn't already hard enough without people like this making it even harder to survive. I don't hate a hustle, but God don't like ugly and this business is UGLY.

My husband locked his keys in the car tonight and Rusty’s Towing showed up within minutes to help unlock the door. I know how busy tow truck operators can be and to show up that fast was very appreciated , especially since the car was running. Also, the guy that came was very nice. I highly recommend them!

Huge thank you to Rusty and team for safe, prompt service on a Sunday afternoon. Great recommendation from the VIP in Laconia who suggested we call Rusty’s directly instead of waiting for AAA to send a tow truck from Maine. Rusty’s team picked up our car, which was in Alton, in less than 30 mins and had our car to the VIP before they closed.

Rusty’s towing are crooks. They recently recovered and towed a pickup truck and trailer from an accident and double charged most of the bill. They treated the truck and trailer as two separate recoveries. Insurance was paying for the truck while we had to pay for the trailer. They charged a 3 hour minimum for the truck and a separate 3 hour minimum for the trailer. Also charged 3 hour minimums for extra guys for the truck and 3 hour minimums for extra guys for the trailer. This was one recovery and tow that only took roughly 2 hours to complete. Tried talking to the owner on the phone and when I first asked questions about the bill he hung up on me. After calling back he finally agreed to take some money off of I paid cash. But wouldn’t budge any more. Said if I wanted my trailer I would pay the bill. The owner was rude on the phone and couldn’t explain why we were double charged for the truck and trailer other than they worked their a**es off and that’s the way it is. There were also after hours fees when the tow was at 2 in the afternoon and Rusty’s advertises they are 24 hours. The double charges sure seem like insurance fraud to me. Rusty’s also towed the truck to a repair shop with no authorization from insurance or us. Very unprofessional company.

As I'm in the middle of a blizzard delivering to a store my red Airline sprung the hole I called Rusty's up remind you all the parts stores are closed anyways he got someone out to me within 30 minutes very fast communicative and reliable thank you so much now I get to fight through the blizzard but get home to my family

Our car was illegally towed from city property. Home owner lied said our Ford escape was abandoned in their driveway. There was no driveway. And our car was parked for 2 hours before it was wrongfully towed. Rusty's won't help us at all after they used 0 discretion. Asked for help with a payment plan. They instead threatened to report our car with the state as abandoned although we already claimed our vehicle. Disgusting crooks

I needed to flatbed my sick VW GTI to 5 & Dime Auto in Allenstown. Richie, the owner, is a genius at diagnosis, electronics, everything, and is unbelievably fair, honest, and down to earth. I wanted to get the car there ASAP from Franklin. I spotted Rusty's on Google. The man who answered the phone was great. I choked a little on the price and he quickly offered me a discount if cash. Being a cheap Yankee, I liked that. He said he could send a driver within 15 minutes. Shane showed up with the flatbed quicker than I expected. Nice guy, but more importantly, highly skilled in loading and securing a vehicle on the flatbed. Quick and all business. Rusty's has 16 trucks. This is all they do. Why take a chance with your investment?

So random and late lol, but I used these folks about 2 years ago to tow my truck from my house to a garage 10 minutes away. What they charged was more than fair compared to others. They were very helpful and prompt. Thank you Rusty's

Big shout out to Rusty and his crew. They rescued me from a busy Weirs Beach Bike Week breakdown. They were there within 30 minutes and the driver took extra care to secure my bike. Breakdowns suck, but it's nice to know there are good folks out there to come help you. It was early evening and the guy who came out had a family and had been working since 7am. God bless.

I've used Rusty's for towing for many years now. Not only my own occasional towing needs, but at the place where I work and take care of our trucks. I don't keep count, but I'd guess it's been oh, 15 to 20 times. Not once have I been dissatisfied in any way. I just had another tow today. Same story - the guy answering my call handled it all smoothly, the tow truck driver was on time, quick about getting the car loaded, polite and friendly. Give 'em an A+.

I needed my Pathfinder towed to get work done on it . These guys were available and came on time and were professional . I will use them again.

Called them at 8:30am on a Friday morning to get an idea of availability for a 16ton telescopic lift buried up to its frame in the mud. I was told I can have a truck to your location in 10min and they did! Not only were the guys who came quick and professional but they both knew exactly what they were doing too. Whole process took less than 45min and the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend Rusty’s to anyone and if I ever need a tow service again I will absolutely be coming to them first

We used Rusty's service after an accident. His staff was there in 15 mins and had our vehicle safe and secure overnight! We also are buying a vehicle from here and are very pleased with how things are going. Thanks Rusty for all of your help! **Check out the truck y'all! I had car broke down over long weekend when I was up near Tilton in NH and the police officer came to rescue called Rusty. He came when I was still on the phone talking to AAA agent. He was very helpful and patient. Even though he had to tow the vehicle back to his lot due his schedule, but he recommended a local body shop which was very good as well so the vehicle got fixed next day, which is much better choice than to tow the vehicle back home 60 miles away when I had only base AAA membership. Thank you again Rusty and I’ll definitely recommend Rusty’s towing service.

Had my car towed from Plymouth (215$) needed minor work done for it to be drivable.. Replacement of 3 lug nuts and a new battery, I agreed to have that work done but I still asked for a quote but never got a call back ... The bill just for those two things was 485$.... I needed it inspected so I asked what it would need, the man who answered the phone told me it needed new brakes and routers and two new rear wheel bearings.. after calling about 6 times with no response i finally got through and was told that the rest of the work was going to be an additional 800$ ??? I picked my car up and had the rest of the work done elsewhere for about half the price. Very friendly service though, but I do feel like he tried to take advantage of me because he knew I was naive and vulnerable and thought I was alone for the most part. They also charged me 50$ for an inspection that I obviously failed..I had told them before hand it wouldn't pass inspection but wanted to know what work it would need to become inspected. Just not good business.. Fun fact: in the state of NH an auto body shop isn't legally allowed to bill you for work done on your car if they haven't presented you with a quote for how much it should cost approximately, before doing the work..even if only verbally.

My battery died when I was up in NH for a weekend getaway with family. I called Rusty's Towing and they were there within 40 minutes during a snow storm. The gentleman that came out was very professional and had my car up and running within 5 minutes. I highly recommend using them for any future needs. Very dependable and I am very thankful for them.

Highly recommend Rusty's. My wife's car suffered a brake malfunction this week. Rusty's was the closest tow service to where her car was. My call was handled very promptly and professionally. The driver arrived before I was able to get there and treated my wife and my kids extremely well. He even took some time to explain what was going on just based on what he could see and was very respectful. Rusty's was also able to repair the brakes and get the car back on the road very quickly. Communication was excellent and pick up was very smooth. I hope to not need you again, lol, but I know where to find you and we appreciate everything you did. Thank you.

My request was a little unusual I guess I needed to move a milling machine that I bought I called Rusty's towing and he said absolutely no problem. They moved the machine for me at a really good price. The service was very professional and they did a great job. My hat is off to Rusty's towing and recovery. Paul Langley

People seem fine with tow and repair service but I'd avoid buying a vehicle here. Bought a Ranger advertised as inspected and fully serviced, and he was firm on the price as if he had a decent truck. Lost a wheel within 200 miles of driving it away, leaked gas and I've replaced the tensioner pulley, ignition switch and power steering pump. After having it for a while longer I believe its been water damaged. Rust in hard to see places including the bracing deep inside the dash. I expected to have to do some work, but definitely should have been more thorough looking it. Still absolutely not in the shape he had me believe.
