Reasonable prices but not the highest quality

Bright , clean store that's well stocked and the employees are too notch . The store is a bit out of the way , but the employees and niceness of the store make it worth the drive. And I have two stores closer.

Incredible people who go above and beyond to help with any project or tool need. Great prices and great tools for beginners.

Cashier was very friendly, worker in the aisles was helpful even being a brand new employee.

I bought a Daytona floor jack 4 tons piece of junk. It broke on me.

Senior employee Samantha, and supervisor by the name of Bee have been very helpful today in helping out myself and two friends of mine deal with a situation involving the parking lot. These employees have great customer service skills, they are very kind people from today’s experience, and I am impressed with their knowledge of Harbor Freight’s item stock, as well as their dedication to customer care, and doing the right thing. Both are very personable human beings, who have impressed me with their work ethic and dedication to their job.

Staff was great in helping me find the outdoor shelter that would be good for storing things this winter and will stand up to the snow falling off

It's Harbor Freight. Huge selection of inexpensive tools. Not the highest quality but plenty good enough for the average joe. And very inexpensive. Definitely worth buying.

Bought a grease gun for my tractor, I needed one with a good PSI. After three uses, it failed. I took it back and they replaced it without an issue. Keep your box and receipt.

Great store with very helpful associates who go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need at the best value.

I’ve always been happy with everything I purchase at harbor freight but this past weekend I received the best customer service I’ve ever had on an order for an icon toolbox. Jay was extremely helpful and fixed my problem with the order next day. Can’t say enough good things

This store had a huge selection of inventory comoared to the salem store, it was also so much bigger square footage than salem store.

In an emergency for no power for my elderly mother for 20 hours in an ice storm, I rushed in a Sunday afternoon to buy a generator to keep her warm. Damn thing wouldn’t start. Says I need to go buy oil for it. I go to hardware store, get oil, another trip. Needed some grounding cable, not included, back to hardware for wire. Hook it all up, endless pulls, every switch checked, damn thing wouldn’t start. Sticker on top says call customer service, well damn, they are not open on Sunday ugh !Needless to say , the display price on top of the box on the store shows the inverter with wheels and a handle. Get it home, no handle no wheels. On front of box on back side, small sticker says wheels and handle extra. False advertising! Ugh! I go return it all nice in same package, and I get hit with a $120 restocking fee? Ugh . So sell me broken equipment and I need extra stuff just to make it go, what a ripoff. No wonder it’s cheap, cheap quality. Even the cashier and manager have a laminated page to explain that it’s corporate that does these charges, not them. They need the fee for harbor freight to get a replacement unit for them to resell. The customer,SCREWED OUT OF HARD EARNED MONEY, $120.00 restock fee for broken junk . Ugh! Can’t complain won’t get anywhere. Buyers beware!

Bright and clean new store, with all kinds of cool stuff. I walked down every isle and looked at every item and it's all good if you're a tool head, I couldn't get enough. It's worth the trip for sure....

Great assortment of tools. Well organized and well lit. "Special" clearance prices were accurate at the register (I have been to some Harbor Freights where the "special" clearance prices didn't carry over to the checkout).

I've been waiting for a long time to buy myself and my kids a toolbox and got a 25% off coupon, so I decided to take the plunge. Once at the store I was helped very quickly and told they didn't have the one I came for but they had blue and had that top as well and would give me a discount because it was scratched at the bottom. I went ahead and got the top also, but what they didn't tell me was that the base cabinet was in far worse shape than the top cabinet. The front has a large buckle under the top drawer, the drawers have small raised spots, and the side and back have several dents and scratches. I drove over 90 minutes to go there, so I can't just go back to discuss it, and I probably couldn't get it back up on the truck even if I wanted to return it. I'm thankful for the discount on the top and was able to use my coupon for the bottom so I don't feel it's a total loss, but it's pretty disappointing when you've waited so long to get it and find that after. So, check and double-check if you buy items like that. Oh.. I wanted to add that the 3 guys loading were also very helpful getting both large heavy pieces in my truck bed as well.

Great selection and even better staff. They did everything possible to help me find what I was looking for. I can't say enough great things about how helpful the staff is here. I highly recommend this Gilford location. Thank you!

Don't be fooled by their so-called deals 20% off anything in the store you get up there you wait 15 minutes for a person to bring the item out from out back and then you don't get a 20% off it's a scam to get you in the door second time this has happened to me the person that was supposed to pull the Jack was actually out in the aisle stocking shelves and moving stuff around while I was waiting up front for him for like 10 minutes if I could give them half a star I would not impressed

My son has been asking to go here for a Long time, and I'm really glad we finally made the trip. I wish there was one closer to us, but the drive there was gorgeous so I won't mind going back soon. Which we already plan on doing. I was so surprised by the pricing, and selection of products. Amazing place overall!!

While I am generally a fan of harbor freight, the management of the Keene NH store is in desperate need of training. You do not keep a customer waiting for the better part of an hour because you don't know how to handle a corporate procedure. Take care of the customer's exchange, then figure your corporate paperwork out AFTER the customer leaves. Very disappointing experience.

Not sure if it's just this store but I'd guess it's actually all of them. I won't be shopping at any Harbour Freight again. I had 2 purchases that I needed to return (for my stepdad) on 2 different receipts. They returned both items and gave me a gift card. I was told that they can only issue 1 refund a day to a debit card so I'd have to come back the next day with the gift card to get the rest of my money (which is ridiculous). They didn't even talk to me or tell me about the only 1 return until they returned bother items and I was left with a gift card and told I'd have to come back. BTW when I went back they couldn't refund it to the card anymore and had to give me cash. Seems they could have just done that the first time instead of making me go back for that. BUYER BEWARE Not to mention, the items are half the cost at Lowes which is another reason I won't be back.

Great place if you're looking for a quick tool pickup and they have more than just tools I always find myself spending way too much money when I go there leave your wallet at home LOL

Good stuff cheap! One word of caution: if it just seems too good to be true, then it is. Shop carefully, and you can come away with great deals on tools and workshop supplies. Of special note- their Predator engines are unbeatable, especially for the price. Every time I go back to buy something, I always have a look around and make a few extra purchases. An enjoyable place for anyone who is into tools ?

A great place to pick up medium duty tools not the high-end stuff but still good practical tools and they have things that other people don't have they're buyer does a good job of sorting through things

New store or not, no slack needs to be given. This place is ridiculous as are the employees. No manager should tell a customer she has disabilities or that they have an attitude when they say they need money handed back to them in a certain way, not change sitting on top of dollars. Also, I have no idea what these covid ideas are because whatever they have rigged up cannot be sanitary

This store is newly opened...with staff in the process of training. A LITTLE slack needs to be cut to them! (...by the way, Ali ROCKS!) I just moved here from Idaho, where we have top- notch HF's (...no, I'm not going to move back)...it took them a little time...but, I ended up being one of their most frequent customers. Here's an idea...since they are still learning their inventory... If you ask, and they dont know...find it yourself...show the associate...teach them what it is for, so they can help the next person. There are a shortage of workers out there...service is slow...We are coming out of a quarantine...try being USEFUL... INSTEAD OF RUDE CONSTANTLY! MY VERY BEST REGARDS, David S. R.
