I live in Plymouth and had called so many shops in my area for quotes on getting my car fixed and inspected. Everywhere I called gave me extremely high prices for one repair and my car needed many. Someone recommended Al’s in Belmont so I checked it out and I am so thankful I did! Mike is a life saver and I am so grateful to him. He did all the repairs and gave me a sticker all very affordable. He was very honest with me and beyond helpful. I personally will never go anywhere else again.
Al's has been extremely supportive with the difficulties I encountered after a Fiats "blind sale" out of state purchase. They are extremely helpful, patient and were on point during the entire process. Highly recommend ! They really care about their customers.!!!

I bought a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 recently and the power steering didn't work. It is a rather complicated system therefore about 8 different shops said no after wasting time, 2 of which kept the car for weeks with no progress. Took to Al's to an appointment set up only a few days earlier, my mechanic Mike gave me options on what to do and how long each one would take. Then sent me to the website where the parts I needed were and I got them (much cheaper than any other shops had sent for part websites). The parts came over the holidays and understandably there was a delay but they got right back to it. On Dec. 31 (NY Eve)
they opened just so we could get the car! The power steering works flawlessly for considerably less than previous quotes! Thankful customer! Would give ten stars if possible.
We have been doing business with Al,, then Teddy and now Mike and Ryan for many, many years. They know their stuff, have always been fair and honest with us and try to minimize cost. We will continue to take both our vehicles there.

I’m a long standing customer of Al’s Used Parts. Recently I had a couple of issues that needed immediate repair. One was my air conditioner which took them about an hour to fix and the other was my starter had gone and I had no way to get to work. After talking and explaining to Mike what had happened, what I had done and it still wouldn’t start. Then I told him I couldn’t get to work without my car. He told me to have it towed over to them. Which I was happy to do. He helped me out to which I’m grateful for. He had my car fixed by 5:30 that evening! I can’t tell you how happy I am for their hard work and their helping me out !!!
Couldn't be happier with service. Moved here about ten years ago and haven't found an automotive place that I loved yet and have finally found one in Als. Family will use them from now on!

We went there to have our car looked because our battery light was on and we weren’t sure why it was on . While the car was there we had him look at our tires and everything about the the car to make sure that it was good working condition he was so honest and nice told us what was exactly was wrong with it and he was fast and efficient . While sitting there he has free waters for you to take and he was very fair I would give him a 5 star review and we would definitely recommended him and would return
The owner is a great guy, he was able to get us in right away. He did a great job diagnosing our car and gave us a fair price. He was willing to work with our budget, and even stayed past closing time so we had a working car. I can’t say enough about how awesome they are. Also, they came highly recommended from a friend of mine that said they have been getting work done at als for years. And now I know why!! 5 stars

Al's had the part I needed and it was inexpensive. Al's has a very good assortment of vehicles and plenty of trucks including older models. The vehicles are sorted by make and are in rows which helps when I'm searching for parts for some of my own project vehicles .They were very friendly and helpful too .
Tried to get them to scrap a vehical for me for a week, they kept saying yup we will have our tow guy call you in a bit to hear nothing back from them. While my HOA planned on fined me 285 dollars a day luckily i explained the situation, showed them the calls, and they only charged me for one day.. I called someone else and they where over in 20 mins and gave me $50 more than these guys quoted me. If i could give them 0 stars i would these guys are a JOKE.
The mechanic successfully identified the source of a coolant leak that i was unable to locate. He ordered the part and set up an appointment (around my busy schedule) to have my radiator replaced. The following weekend the mechanic made quick work of the lengthly job. He was polite and professional. He even took the time to show me the spot on the old radiator where it had rotted away. Good price and professional. I will highly recommend them. And if the mechanic reads this, thank you for your great work on my vehicle.
It was affordable. Matt was theral and determined to find the problem. It was fixed, when other garages couldn't find the problem. Completely satisfied. Our new garage
We actually began using this company as a secondary mechanic, should we be unable to get in touch with our primary mechanic. After a few problems with our mini van that our primary mechanic couldn't fit into their schedule, Al' s Used Parts was transitioned to our primrary mechanic.
The prices and quotes have always been reasonable, if there were changes that came up they always notified us and had other options available. If they noticed something during maintenance that needed to be addressed we have always been contacted and told if it is something that needs to be done ASAP or if it is something that can wait.
Thus far we have had them repair brakes, and brake lines, we had them do an oil change, we also had them repair the rear windows. The arms on the windows weren't working properly, and one of the windows shattered while it was being towed to their facility. They had most of the parts right on site, everything is holding up very well. My car is currently being towed back to the shop for a starter problem .
The crew has always been friendly and professional. They have even gone out of their way to fit the vehicle in for a look and an estimate. As a female I hate going to mechanic shops, for starters I am no fool, yet most shops I have gone to have treated me as such. These guys have never talked down to me, or made the assumption that I am a female and don't know anything.
I plan on continuing to use Al's Used Parts as our family mechanic. Thanks for your hard work guys!
This place rips you off. I called they gave me a price of $10 then called me back to confirm they had the part. Raised the price to $40 Then I went there for the part and he raised it again to $60. The part new is between $60-$80 This place is a joke!!
