Great mechanics! We have been going to Kidder's for over a year now, they have been very good to us. Our vehicles are running great thanks to them, and they are very nice people! We absolutely recommend Kidder's Repair Service!
This has probably been the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic. Matt made the entire experience very pleasant! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I had my vehicle towed to Kidders after hours and figured I’d probably go 4-5 days without it (ordering parts, time, etc). From tow in to picking it up was less than 48 hours. Very impressed and will be back (hopefully not too soon)!
Glad we found Kidders! They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Keith and Matt take the time to explain all work done and future needs. We feel very confident getting behind the wheel after work has been done.
Kidders was able to get our car in right away when we noticed a burning oil smell. They diagnosed the issue same day & worked with our extended warranty company to get our vehicle back on the road. They came across another major issue when fixing the original & took it upon themselves to contact the warranty company again and get the ball rolling on the 2nd repair. They fixed 2 major issues in less than a week. Can’t thank them enough!
Our travel trailer needed new tires and the bearings needed to be repacked, plus a rotate and balance on our pickup. Once again great service and a fair price so we are ready to travel. Thanks!

This was for my 93 old neighbor vehicle , he is very happy with super service, for a repair that Bank Chevy told them they could not get to for three weeks, and the vehicle would have to be left there , Keith and Thomas did the repairs within a hour
It was my first time using Kidder‘s just two weeks ago, even though I’ve lived in town for many years. First of all, the staff at Kidder’s are very professional. Secondly, excellent and detailed communication from the mechanics in all steps of the service. One instance of particular note was an aspect of the repair that was slightly overlooked by the mechanic during the initial quote, but when he got to this particular step in the repair, he decided to not charge me, when he definitely could’ve added significantly more to the estimate if he had chosen to. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience here and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended!
First time here for an alignment on a 65 Corvette, I didn’t have to wait they got me right in went over and above to make everything as close to specification as possible highly recommend Kidder’s

I brought in an atypical vehicle for these guys who approached it without hesitation. A 2002 VW Eurovan I had just purchased with definite transmission issues and unknown other safety issues.
These guys helped resolve the transmission problem with a huge price tag, found and fixed a couple of other safety issues, and did a full service to get a sticker. All of this for what I considered a reasonable price.
I can’t speak enough about their friendly, professional service.

Great shop. Knowledgeable, patient with my questions, respectful, responsive, and honest. Had a bunch of work done to my pick-up and only took two days once they started on it. Great undercoat as well for a really good price. They are 40min away from where I live and will use them from here out.

Fantastic shop with outstanding customer service! Matt and his team squeezed me in without an appointment to repair my tire versus letting me leave with a nail stuck in my tire. While sitting in the waiting room, I got a first hand view of how they interact with customers and would highly recommend them for any vehicle service needs.
The team does provide great service. Matt, the service manager, does his best to communicate issues as presented and is thorough with evaluations. As an owner of a specialty automotive shop, I am happy to vouch for their abilities, not only mechanically but also professionally. Great to work with.
They were wonderful! My husband called to get my car looked at because of a terrible metal on metal noise. They got my car in, and worked hard to get the parts needed that day so they could fix it the same day so I would be able to have it to go to work! They were so accommodating and always so kind, fair and amazing! Thank you!
Every experience with Kidder's Repair over the last few years has been excellent. Recently, however, Matt and Keith hit the ball right out of the park. They installed a Blue Ox towing system for the RV, did an excellent job and explained everything in detail. Thank you!
Had a great experience with Kidder, fast friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back whenever the car needs service. Had multiple services done (brakes replaced, 4 new tires and state inspection) and they've been nothing but helpful and professional every time.
The guys are nice and very good to deal with. But I had manifolds done and was supposed to have an exhaust installed but they never got the exhaust in. They did a nice job on the manifolds. Although we did discuss leaving my heat shields off the truck. Which then lead to not having anywhere to mount my dip stick bracket to. They had the truck for a week. It would have been nice to see them fab up a little bracket to keep that from slapping around. But communication isn’t bad. They may have just been busy. I don’t know. But I was t super impressed with the time they took and how they left the dip stick tube. Not major just a small thing that would have been nice to see cleaned up for almost 1700$
I will reiterate what I have said in the past~ I trust these gentlemen with my very precious car. They are skilled, kind, detail-oriented, efficient, and about as amiable as they can be ~ even toward someone (like myself) who asks a plethora of questions?.
I especially appreciate the fact that they will accommodate every kind of customer, and show them all of their options... even though not every option necessarily fills the coffers.
It is clear that these folks have integrity. Their work, their attitude, and their Customer Service all shine. I will continue to drive past 70 other repair shops much closer to me, and bring my car here again and again. ?

I went to drop off my truck to have the under carriage coated, I was greeted with smiles and great personality. After getting checked in I Noticed that my girlfriends car was lacking low beams and it was now night time, the crew wasted no time and immediately supplied me with two new headlights so we can get home safe. These guys seem to care about the customer and providing high-quality service. Looking forward to going back soon!
I have been using Kidder's for over 20 years and they keep improving. I feel confident that Keith and Matt will keep me informed about what is the best and most cost effective service for my car. They are both very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
I rarely feel like auto repair shops act in my best interest. That was not the case with this shop! The techs and front desk worker were very open and honest about everything; like talking to a friend. They serviced my truck right on time and worked quickly. The inspection they did while my truck was lifted was sent to my phone in a link and the site was easy to read. They described what they saw, what was important, what wasn’t, etc. There are closer auto shops to me but this one is worth the drive!
I was extremely impressed with every phase of my first experience at Kidder’s Repair Service - from a chance meeting of the owner at a local gas station to completion of the necessary repairs. The interaction with the person in charge of customer service was exceptional. The transparency afforded by their interactive text messaging with detailed photos and explanations was impressive and thorough. The vehicle intake inspection identified and highlighted the necessary repairs as well as several items of concern for monitoring and future attention. The emailed estimate was complete, detailed and fair. The work performed was done correctly and the staff were all very competent and friendly. I will be scheduling suggested repair work with Kidder’s in the near future.
