This place will cheap you out of your car. I found a better offer somewhere else and this is after they told me they use the “same database” and I wouldn’t get any better. Do your research and call around. The better offer I found offered me 200 more.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I got the runaround with so many people telling me different things. After being told I needed to sign my title exactly as printed on my title, I did as I was told. I thought it was weird that I had to sign prior to the purchase anyway, but I did it. When I submitted the title to them, they told me that I should not have included my middle initial and that I would have to fill out a correction form. They told me that they would send me the appropriate document to correct it, so I was expecting a correction affidavit, but instead, I was sent a power of attorney released for the vehicle. It took me 1 1/2 days to finally be transferred to somebody who took care of something for me after being asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager several times. Every single person I spoke to except for the last person (management or whatever) told me something wrong, different or untrue.
Long story, short, after much protest, they accepted the title as it is and never sent in the power of attorney form.
This whole process was way too long and very stressful. I think majority of the people that work there are not properly trained, they’re not on the same page, the whole company is a wreck. I will not be doing business with them again.
The only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is that the car was finally picked up and a check was written out to me. They completely lowballed me, and I knew that. I decided to go with Cash 4 Cars rather than selling it personally due to it being an easier route. I was wrong.
Train your employees and get everybody on the right page. Beware and good luck to any future customers.
The process of selling my used car was a positive experience. I scheduled a date for a pickup and they came and pickup my car with ease and as scheduled. I feel I gotten a reasonable amount for my car as it was a 20 years old. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell their used cars. Thank you!

Totally great experience! As soon as I got the title from dmv I called and truck was picked up the same day by Anderson towing. The lady that picked up the truck was so nice, wrote the check and off went the truck. Really great experience all around. Would recommend highly!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD!!! I CALLED TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR PICK-UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1-430pm. I LEFT WORK EARLY TO BE HOME. NOBODY SHOWED UP, NOBODY CALLED. AT 530pm I CALLED TO GET THE STATUS OF MY PICK-UP. I WAS PUT ON HOLD. I WAS HUNG UP ON. I CALLED BACK. SPOKE TO DIFFERENT AGENT. HE WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED. GAVE ME NUMBER TO CALL “TOMORROW”. I CALLED SAME NUMBER FROM 1st. SPOKE WITH THEFIRST AGENT AGAIN. PUT ON HOLD FOR 17:36 AND THE A RECORDING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE CAME ON. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

He was very prompt once I told him I have a problem calling people. He called me with updates (which was how I requested, which is unusual, which is so welcome).
My timeline was very important to Marcus. He worked to get me the best times pick up, knowing I was dealing with my apartment complex and the new DMV times.
I used another big named company before to recycle my old jeep. They offered me 3 times less and wasn't as friendly. I am glad I shopped around this time.
The driver never called to schedule a pick up. I called Abdul Nadeem several times to find out what was going on and there has been no response. I went back to get the license plates from the car and it was gone. C4C did not pay me for the car. I tried calling the dispatch line again they do not return calls. Poor service all around!!
Getting rid of a 20 year old vehicle although it was still operable, there was some mechanical issues not worth fixing. The representative was helpful and professional. The offer was $240 over the competing company in the area. The process was easy, the car was picked up quickly and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Talk about low balling. They offered $350. I shopped and got over $700. They emailed me the next day and upped their offer by $100. Shop around...these guys are low offer specialists.
They purchased my old vehicle and scheduled a pick up date/time. I was told it would be on one of two days between 1-5pm and that I would get a call before the time of pickup but on the second day I received a call at 12:30 saying that the driver had been there and if I couldn’t be there in ten minutes the driver was leaving. It was frustrating. We rescheduled for the following week and a different tow company was dispatched. I received a call telling me the driver was there. I told him I needed some time to meet him as I had been waiting with the vehicle and I left to get lunch. The driver was very understanding and kindly waited for me to arrive. Ultimately it was a better experience than I had expected after what transpired the week prior.
These guys gave me exactly what they said they would and their services were fast with no run around. They also gave me nearly $400 more than the closest competitor for their services, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
