My car broke down in the middle of nowhere, 50+ miles from any and everything at 7 in the morning. I called the "closest" tow truck company, and Joe really broke it down for me, my situation, options, pricing, and was just super realistic about the good, bad, and everything in between. He was super personable and I really appreciated all the information. He sent a guy out to come get me, and gave me text updates the entire time. Alex came and picked me up and was super nice about all my blabbering about nothing on our long drive back to Pahrump. I really got lucky with these guys because my radiator hose blew apart and a bolt in my alternator also broke inside of it, and these were an absolute pain to fix and Alex was determined to get me back on the road despite how frustrating it was. I know other people would have just left me there to fend for myself and words can't express how grateful I am for service and commitment. Alex helped me for over 6 hours and did indeed fix my car so I could get back on the road and I just got so lucky with these guys. I am infinitely grateful to both of them for helping me and not making me feel at any point that I was being taken advantage of or price gauging me or anything. These guys are amazing. Joe, you rock! Above and beyond standard expectations! This company kept us from certain death in death valley! If you have to breakdown these people should be your first call.

On the afternoon of May 3, my trailer lost a tire four hours north of Las Vegas. My insurance company was not at all helpful so I looked for a tow company nearby. Joe answered the phone and I’m so glad he did. I explained my situation, he asked for some photographs, and described in detail how he would tow the trailer to his lot and have insurance adjusters work with him there. He even waited a day so I wouldn’t have to pay as much for storage. After one week in his storage facility, Joe contacted me and asked why insurance wasn’t contacting him. I had no idea the insurance company wasn’t involved. Joe is so professional, trustworthy, thorough, engaging and good humored. I do not know how I would have gotten through this stressful situation without him.

Alex is nice. He has positive work attitude and is professional. He also try to remember our names all the way. It costs $500-600 to tow the car from Death Valley to Pahrump. It’s not cheap, but there are not too many tow service that you can fins in Death Valley. It’ll be great if the tow company can quote the cost on the phone. There’s no Tesla tires in Pahrump Walmart and another big tire shop. If your Tesla got flat tire in Death Valley, just let Tesla roadside tow your car to Las Vegas. The service center is 120 miles away.

These guys know what they are doing and handle themselves in very professional caring manner. Darryl and Joe, both these men not only got us out of the middle of the desert but even followed up to check that we had made it to a hotel.

Jeep broke down in Death Valley after several days in the backcountry exploring. AAA mostly botched every detail, BUT Daryl and the dispatcher stepped up to make things happen. Daryl was especially pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a 222 mile tow home, late at night and he got us there safely. The charges for going over my 200 mile AAA tow were fair and reasonable.

I highly recommend this company if you’re needing a tow. They are very professional and personable, and made a very difficult situation easier to navigate. We we’re bringing my youngest son back from GCU, and he was following us in his car, his front rim and tire came off the car outside of Beatty Nevada at 3:00am in the morning. With limited cell service we were able to get a hold of The Tow Truck Company and Joe sent a driver out to get our son’s car. The whole experience with this company and Joe was nothing but pleasant. THANKS AGAIN GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Joe was very polite and helpful over the phone. He went above and beyond to make sure that in a high stress situation, everyone stayed calm and safe and was very supportive. I would highly recommend his company, especially if you decide to take your Tesla to the Death Valley. Keep Joe's number handy!

We broke down 60 miles from Amargosa. Within one hour the helpful driver Daryl diagnosed a bad alternator. Four hours later we were on our way again. Thanks again!

My experience with The Tow Yard Company was a tow-tally delightful adventure. Mr. Jones not only rescued my stranded vehicle but also doubled as a therapist on wheels, turning the usual towing woes into a surprisingly therapeutic joyride. Kudos for making a tow truck feel like a mobile therapy!

In 2015 I crashed my car in the desert. This company "The Tow Truck Company" "Indian Springs Towing" 1990 E farm Road, picked the car up. When I finally came to recover my car, someone had already taken multiple parts off my car. Parts don't unbolt themselves in an accident. Someone stole my parts at this tow yard in 2015.

AMAZING tow service. Joe arrived within 20 minutes of me talking to him. Another tow service that I paid over $1100 never showed up, so your company took the job for $350. Thank you. You towed me out of sand and it was pretty scary. BTW: thank you for the water as well. You are AWESOME!!!

Darryl really took care of me. He was there very quickly, was very kind and took good care of my truck. Appreciate you guys highly recommended.

Joe was our hero of the day. He was able to pick my wife and I up after having our alternator belt turn into powder. Not only did he drive us to autozone he also helped put a new belt on! Above and beyond is what this company should be called. Then after everything he called to check and make sure everything was well! 10/10

Like a Doctor that has good bedside manner Joe has amazing roadside manner! When I was stuck in the sand at Death Valley NP, he helped me deal with frustrating back and fourth interactions with AAA while putting my mind at ease with the whole situation. Catie was also very professional and a joy to talk to on the way to the car. She wrenched out my rental car and we later found out my AAA did not cover wrench outs. I had no clue. Joe covered the cost and told me to have a good trip. If you are stuck in Death Valley NP. Dont call AAA just call them directly. Amazing company!

my boyfriend and i had passed the alien center and one of his tires, which was replaced brand new, less than a year ago, blew out on I95. i'm really a crybaby panic person and i was kind of scared. triple A said that all their primary drivers were already out on calls, but they would try to get a back up driver. we were so thankful for joe. he got there sooner than expected, so we were only waiting for about an hour and a half. we also had our 2 dogs with us. joe has an excellent sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole way back to where we could get the right tire.

Catie rescued us after breaking down in Death Valley NP and was incredibly nice and accommodating. It was the best experience and the most fun we have ever had being towed. She went above and beyond to get us to our destination when the road we were supposed to take was flooded by a river. Catie made a bad situation a fun adventure I’ll never forget.

Joe picked us up right outside of Pahrump. There were 4 of us; myself, a cousin and two aunts in their 80's. Our Hertz rental vehicle had run out of charge and we had been trying to get roadside assistance. Fortunately, the sheriff's office connected us to Joe and his Tow Truck Company to haul us back to Las Vegas. He was so kind and nice and took the four of us and our car back to Hertz (who was absolutely no help). Along the way he gave us great advice and noted landmarks as we were visiting for the first time in this part of Nevada. He was our super hero and guardian angel of the desert. If you are ever in need of a tow, this company is the one to call.

Truly amazing service! Joe was incredible. We were stuck in the mud and Joe helped us by talking on the phone and pulling the car out when he arrived. He was very kind and extremely quick in helping us. Highly recommend this company, they were incredibly reliable and helped us stay calm. Use them if you can!!!

I was driving on I95 headed toward Las Vegas, the sun set and it was dark when I had a blow out, I was scared to death. I tried using State Farm’s roadside assistance which is useless, while on the phone with my husband, I started panicking, he was trying to get me to share my location with him and I was having a meltdown so I called 911. The dispatcher said she would send highway patrol but in the meantime I should call this number. I called the number she gave me and by now I was almost in a full blown panic attack when ….JOE…. answered the phone and started asking me questions and before you know it, I was calming down. When I told Joe my name I asked him what his name was and when he said Joe, I told him I was from Chicago and there were a lot of Joe’s there. So now the conversation went to Beef sandwhiche’s, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. This kind man literally talked me out of a full blown panic attack while driving to my location, the next thing I know was that Joe was behind me in his car. Joe is an angel, he changed my tire and called me 4 times to make sure I made it to Las Vegas. By far what was a very scary situation turned out to be a great story to tell. I took my motorcycle out for an adventure through Death Valley and, sure enough, something went wrong with the transmission. Thankfully, Joe was able to get to me quickly and helped get me back on track. Highly recommended going through these guys whenever you find yourself stranded in the desert!

My elderly father-in-law ran into engine trouble somewhere out in BFE Nevada. This could've been a catastrophe with him out there alone, hundreds of miles from home, and unable to troubleshoot the situation properly by himself...then enters Joe from The Tow Truck Company. THANK GOD he was the person who came to the rescue because not only did Joe tow the car to the shop and diagnose the issue, he kept in regular communication going with the family so we knew the status of the car (and Dad) at all times! I mean some real above-and-beyond stuff he did there. Then, a week later Joe helped get the vehicle loaded on a trailer in order to get the vehicle transported back home so our mechanic can replace the engine. He didn't have to do that. He could've just turned the car over and said "have a nice life" but no, Joe saw to it that Dad was taken care of. He even wanted an update to make sure Dad got home ok! Even though it might not seem like it sometimes, there are some really great people left out there in the world today, and Joe is a shining example of the best of the best: honest, kind, and an all around good guy. Please don't hesitate to give The Tow Truck Company a call if ever you find yourself in trouble and need their services. You will NOT be disappointed!

We had a dead battery in Armagosa, and Joe pulled up and asked if we needed help. He jumped our battery and gave good traveling advice for on down the road. Joe is the nicest guy. We highly recommend his service.

They contract with AAA, you just have specify and whine to AAA because they're actually based in Las Vegas. Towed me 200 miles from Goldfield to LV on a sparkling new Peterbilt! Such nice people on dispatch and the driver was AWESOME! Thank you so much!!!

All I have to say is AH-MAZING service. I forgot to get his name, but, super friendly, funny and patient as far as putting up with my whinning!! ? We were in the middle of nowhere, pitch black with a flat and he was literally a God send!! I'd recommend this compay and his service ANYTIME!! Thank for rescuing us in the freezing cold!!!

So on my way from reno nv to dewey az my car decided to just stop working in the middle of the road after pushing car off the road i started to call for help called these guys and he wasnt near me but went so far and beyond to make sure my daughter and i were safe he call the police to come get us to safety then came got my key and went and got my car unfortunately it wasnt good news at all but he worked with me every step and helped me decide the best way to go about the issue and was so nice. I cant thank you enough for doing all you did for my daughter and i im so greatful thank you so much. Everyone call them reno area to las vegas area they will help and give you the best service
