Our 43’ motorhome - which we live in full time - broke down between Tonopah and Hawthorne. We called Cal Nevada Towing to get us home in Smith Valley. Jeremy did a great job and backed it in right where we needed it. Nothing inside had moved. We would highly recommend Cal Nevada.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the towing service I received.
We agreed on a towing fee of $1,500 for my truck. However, when your driver arrived and connected the truck, he stopped working and slept until the next morning. After waking up, he resumed driving, but I was then charged additional fees for his sleeping time, guys be careful with this Company.
Jeremy really helped us out of a tight spot we got ourselves into on 8/23/25 with our pick up truck and 5th wheel. He's super knowledgeable and professional.
I thought we would need a crane or helicopter to lift us out of the spot we were stuck in. He figured it out, did what he had to do and had us on our way quickly. The service was worth every penny we paid.
Really professional outfit! I called and spoke w Kieth, worried about pricing and response time, he was very respectful and considerate. Unfortunately for my needs they didn't have a driver open at the moment but not to be left stranded or feel abandoned he was able to point me to an other service provider in the area because customers in difficult situations is what they help solve.. definitely my first call when comes to towing needs as I pass through Nevada
We waited over 14 hours with our toddler for a tow after receiving an ETA of 6 hours, and never got an update or call it was going to be longer. We ended up finding an alternative option. Choose anyone else but them!!
Jeremy from the Hawthorne yard took great care with our motorhome after our accident and was very kind and helpful when we came back to remove our personal property from the coach.

My Good Sam Club dispatched him to 20 Mile Beach at Walker Lake. My RV was stuck in sand/dirt, perpendicular to the road after trying to make a 7 point turn to get out. I dug for hours, only making it worse and was buried up to my hubs.
Jeremy had to drag that heavy shackle and cable about 100 feet to hook me up. He was very cautious, winching me sideways a little at a time to straighten me out. He was friendly yet professional.
