After stopping in Carson City on my way to Colorado, I noticed the engine light had come on. I stopped at the NAPA in Dayton and asked Brett if he could help me out. He hooked up his OBD reader to my car. Though he wasn't able to diagnose the issue, he sent me to a mechanic he trusted who was able to help.
Brett was friendly and professional and very willing to help. I am glad I stopped by.
I always prefer to use local businesses, and though NAPA isn't local, they are mostly franchises which means the owner lives in your town. When you use NAPA over a corporate chain, you are supporting your local community.
The folks that work here are awesome! We have a commercial account and one of our trucks ran out of fuel, over the phone they ordered a fuel can and even came out to help our driver get fuel. Very friendly and even gave our driver a hat. Would recommend to anyone.
Ran around chasing a part through other outlets that never did fit right, my fault. Finally found the correct part for my car here and it was less than quoted. Friendly associate working at the counter.
Lately they have had what I needed, prices are a little higher, but for me it's the convenience, it saves me from driving to carson or waiting for an online order.
The young man that was there went over and above to help us. He even called someone to assist us with snow chains. He was great. Thank you so much for your most awesome service

I think all my vehicles are powered by Napa. We have purchased so many parts from here. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Its always a pleasure to spend money in this Napa.
Art is always helpful, patient and easy to deal with. If he doesn't have a part, it's always in the following day. Great place to do business and keep things local!
I thought this place was great at first as it was and still is the only one in town, but the price for anything in their is so OVERPRICED it makes sense to go anywhere else but there.
