DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER!! These guys ROCK! I misjudged and ran out of gas on 93 about 30 miles out of Wendover and not only did they bring me gas and put it in for me, they got to me in a lot less time than I imagined it would take! 10/10 will be using this company again!
Our power steering went out in Wells, NV. Jerry picked us up and not only took us to a subaru dealership in Twin Falls, ID. He offered to drive us to a pet friendly hotel that would accommodate our cat, saving us a potential 45 minute walk. He also talked to us the whole way, making the over two hour trip fly by. Jerry made a stressful situation 10000x better.
Popped a tire in the middle of nowhere on my converted camper van. Fred, from Elite Towing & Recovery, drove over a hundred miles late at night to come bail me out of trouble. Fred was expedient, professional, competent, and amiable. I am extremely grateful that Fred showed up. If I could Elite Towing & Recovery 10 stars, I would.
My truck broke down right in the middle of a intersection in west Wendover. I called them and Jerrick showed up in 20 minutes. Which is great because i was getting stressed blocking all the traffic. He is incredibly professional and polite. No wonder this company has really good rating. They deserve it.
Fully transparent review here - I am on a solo trip with my cat to the National Forests of the West. We were coming through town to camp. I went out to the flats & long story short - I drained my battery. I notice this at 11pm at night. Being alone in the middle of the desert , I didn’t know what to do! I also happened to be strapped for cash, I just fixed tires on my car a few days before. I was desperate so I called Elite , explained my situation. At first, they offered me a deal but since I couldn’t pay they couldn’t help. The entire time I had shared my location with Jerrick, who was messaging me about the situation. A few minutes went by , the non emergency line didn’t answer, no one was answering. So , I prepared to strap my cat on me and walk 3 hours back into town. I couldn’t wait till morning when it was hot.
Then I get a message, Jerrick asking if I found someone to help. He and his team then came and helped me ANYWAYS. Not asking for anything in return. He said he didn’t want to leave me like that, so he dispatched his team despite me not having a way to pay. They were so kind and so helpful, they saved me. This business is truly E L I T E. In a time of need, I wasn’t a customer. I was a fellow human. Great business to support, and incredible men!
I was headed back from Utah and had a malfunction in my fuel gauge around 11 p.m. that wasn't allowing it to read correctly. I ended up making it to Montello before the gauge dropped to zero and turned off my diesel truck before anything got damaged.
I spoke to someone at Roadway towing in Wells and the dude was very arrogant and rude. On top of that he suggested I sleep at the gas station and wait until 7 a.m. the next day to fill up. When I mentioned that I had to work at 7 a.m. he then offered to come out for 500 dollars. Montello is only a 45 minute drive to Wells.
I ended up speaking to Jarrek and he showed concern about me being stuck in Montello as its a very sketchy town. Which reminded me of some of the things I've read about there in the paper. He quickly loaded up a couple cans of diesel and drove out in his pickup and got me back on the road again!
If anyone who reads this has vehicle troubles anywhere near or between Wendover and Wells then make sure to use Elite towing! They are good people and actually care about their customers unlike some of the other tow companies in the area.

EV ran out of power at the end of exit 410! Elite towing quoted 20 minutes. They were there exactly 20 minutes later! Hustled to load up the truck and brought us to the charge station and got the truck close enough to get the charge cord plugged in. They did an excellent and professional job. Would recommend 100%. I recently moved to West Wendover from Tennessee. I had help putting my Can-Am Ryker in the bed of my pickup back East, but no real plan for how I was going to get it back out.

For having a rough day on the road this experience was the silver lining. Lost all engine oil just outside of a construction zone while towing a trailer. First call to Elite and they were on their way, soon after the truck was on the flatbed and our trailer secured to it also.
The uplifting conversation from our driver Jerick really put me at ease. For a stressful situation it was a great opportunity to take a breath and refocus on the next step.

I was in a bad place, engine failure about 2 miles outside of Wells, NV. I called Elite Towing, they showed up within the hour, and were able to tow my car and trailer back to SLC. Highly recommend.
On my way home from SLC, I experienced a flat tire on my truck and found myself without the right tools to change the tire myself. Elite Towing swiftly came to my rescue, providing the necessary assistance to transport my vehicle to a nearby tire shop. I'm very grateful for their quick response and affordable service.
Had a really good experience with Jerik. He was very polite and helpful. Really good customer service in communicating with me on how long it was gonna take to get to me.He was also very understanding of the situation that I was in. Because in my mind I messed up because I broke a company truck. But talking stories with him on the way back to salt lake took those worries off my mind and made the ride back feel short.
