I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have gone to this store and to have had Eric help me!! As I entered the store, I thought, "here I am with very little knowledge and the salesman can really take advantage of this situation". I figured I needed a battery and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg.
Instead of just making an easy sale, Eric checked my battery and discovered that a washer was installed incorrectly and it wasn't allowing the cable to have a solid connection to the battery post and that is why the car was throwing multiple codes and losing its charge. My battery was fine, it just needed a better connection and the battery charged up. Eric then put his computer on itto see if all of the codes cleared (which they did). I appreciated his help so much, I bought a pair of nice jumper cables and a toolset. I had Eric pick them out for me because I trusted his judgement. If I have a choice, I will ALWAYS go to an O'REILLY'S!! The customer service and kindness that I received was excellent!
I want to thank David for his extraordinary customer service. I was traveling from Henderson, NV to Ivins, UT when a square piece of steel punctured my left rear tire. David not only provided exceptional service helping me pick out what I needed to plug the puncture but also helped me repair the tire. His friendly help and pleasant attitude made it possible for me to get home without further incident.
This store has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in an auto parts store. As a young woman I’ve been given the run around at similar stores in other areas and the service here is unmatched. I came in for wipers and Randy went over and above to find what I was looking for and was even so kind as to install them for me, what a guy! My second trip to the store I had multiple issues going on and Jefferey also went out of his way to help out and was so kind. I will continue to come back here and feel confident in what I’m being told. Thank you guys!

I visited this O'Reilly because my cars check engine light came on. Tera was helpful on getting me the code and printing it off. I asked if there was a bathroom to wash my hands after replacing a simple part. She pointed me in the direction in the back, which was the third door down to my right. As I got to the back a lady with dark hair was helping some guys with some hoses for their vehicle. As she scaled out what needed to be cut she tripped over several white buckets, causing her to fall, as we extended our hands, she said "dang buckets should of been gone a year ago" and brushed herself off and thanking us all for the help. This is dangerous, she could have seriously gotten hurt!
Stopped in for a couple smaller items and staff was very helpful and friendly. Got us signed up for their Rewards program for extra savings in the future. Store very organized and clean

Tera and Ashley were so helpful and accommodating. They gave my boyfriend water and brought out a lawn chair for his grandma to sit in while we wait. They have the best customer service and they had what we needed to make it back home. Lovely girls and very knowledgeable
Very helpful people there. Very nice and down to earth. A girl there helped test my batteries which turned out to have some dead cells. Replaced batteries and truck is back up and running in minutes. Great experience. Great inventory for a place like this in such a small town.
Horrible Customer Service. I will gladly either go to Napa or order online. These guys have very little knowledge about cars. The only reason they got 3 stars instead of one is that they are a new business and I hope they will make changes and improve.
