Our Driver was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did he grab us literally off the side of the road In Arizona, but took us to a truck stop so we would have restrooms and fresh coffee for our long journey to Vegas. Excellent conversation and soft music in the background. It made for a delightful ride. I can’t recommend them enough for anybody who finds themselves stranded on the side of the road. Customer service is top-notch.
All I can say is awesome. There’s no other company in this town that is reasonable and honest with you in their work and prices, I was stuck this past weekend and needles, California me and my wife and my grandson to have my vehicle towed from Needles to Bullhead City I guess you could say it’s my fault not having roadside assistance or AAA like I did back in California but regardless the prices they give you is ridiculous. My last call at night three hours trying to figure out who to help me my family this company save my day, but not my pocket my fault the prices that those companies out in that area and I’m gonna be honest with you. I’m gonna use this word scandalous these prices they give you when you’re down is sad it’s like making two car payments in one day.. to have my vehicle towed 23 miles wow , this company took care of me like I was part of the family reasonable honest that’s all I could say I believe they will go out of the way to help you specially for the Bullhead City community want your number on my list whatever I have written if it sounds like blah blah blah I hope you understand but I was trying to say
Was stuck on the parkway at silver creek in 100 degrees. Called A&G office they immediately answered and the tow truck arrived 10 mins later. The driver ED arrived quickly with his lights on and pulled in next to me. ED completely handled the situation that I was panic stressing about. To go from completely not knowing how I was gonna handle this situation to having a professional show up with in 10 minutes and making sure everybody and the car is gonna make it out safe was the best tow truck service I’ve ever had and quite honestly unexpected. They care and that’s what was awesome. 10/10 recommends
