Dude I'm loving this company!!!!! The man literally drove from needles California to Golden valley Arizona to tell my broke down truck to my house I fell asleep he continued to call and then with no answer he literally delivered my truck to my house went straight to my address that is awesome I give this company five stars I'd use them and recommend them to anybody.

DO NOT USE!!! I had a problem with a driver who blocked us in at my business. We got into a yelling match and he pushed me. I called the office to complain but nobody answers the phone. Worst company ever

Great people running a nice size yard! Extremely helpful! Prices are very fair and deals can be made if you buy enough. I'm coming back for more things I didn't have the tools for and stopping by whenever I pass by to see if anything new pops in. Be nice to the beards and the dog for best results!

I had a tire issue on Thursday eve. The weekend of the Parker 500. I was driving my 24' Class C motorhome so I was going to need to be towed to a tire store. Being the weekend of this big race it was hard for my towing service to find some9nebwith a big enough flatbed to transport it. Needles Towing came from over 3hrs away just to take me a mile. He was kind enough to stop at a gas station on the way so I could get for my generator on the likelihood I was going to be hanging out for a couple days. Since I am disabled he was great about climbing up on the lift to put gas in for me. I would highly recommend them for any RV or large vehicle towing.

Great job from the team at Needles Auto Wrecking and Towing. They saved our 4th of July weekend after finding ourselves in need of a tow. Their team can within 45 mins and took us to A+ Auto Care in Needles. They even saved the day when my son left his AirPods in tow truck. Great service and honest! Would recommend if you find yourself in need of roadside service. Thanks.

When we called our road side assistance for a tow, they sent this company. The estimated time of arrival was 2 hours. We waited out the 2 hours at a rest stop in 113° heat only to have them not show up. When we called the first person had no record of our tow request, then the second person said their tow truck had broken down and they would call us back. When we didn't get a call back we called our roadside assistance and then they said it would be an additional 1 hour. We waited the additional hour and called the tow company when they still hadn't shown. I spoke to a gentleman that asked me to contact the dispatcher. When I called the dispatcher, they picked up the phone and hung up on me... twice! When I called the third time it went straight to the voicemail. I left a message and called the other gentleman back. We did eventually get a flatbed to our location and after speaking to the driver (who was not at fault because he didn't get our tow request until just an hour 40 minutes before and the dispatcher sent to a call to jump someone who's car was in thier driveway) it seems as though the issue lies solidly with the dispatcher.

They’ve towed my vehicles twice now and they’ve always been great I’ve worked with Damien both times and he makes sure the job gets done and correctly and couldn’t ask for more especially with my personal vehicle that took more care and time

My Volvo was acting up, stalling I was beside myself I just bought a new engine for$3000. Terry walked in, A very likable positive young man. In a half hour, I was unlocking my front door waving goodbye. I’m a total mess, I felt bad he had to deal with me , even though I was complaining about how expensive it was I grabbed a few extra bucks from my husband ($30) and tipped the driver. Naturally he refused saying it was too much and unnecessary, I said too bad, take the money kid. I recommend Needles Towing and the truck was nice very fancy.

Stuck on the side of I 40 only 7 miles from their shop at 930 pm. Very nice at first and told she would send a driver out to us and it won't be long. Then we got a message saying 60 - 70 min which seemed quite long being so close, But OK. Waited an extra 15 min and decided to call, no answer called the other number she gave me. No answer. 4 calls and 30 min later she finally answered very irritated and told me she couldnt get a driver and had cancelled the order a while ago. REALLY? I was not notified that she had done this even though she had my phone number. She left me sitting on the side of the interstate waiting for a truck that was never coming. Called another company and they were there in 20 min.

Don't have your insurance call this establishment if you're broke down and stuck on the side of the road. They will accept it from their dispatch, with no intention on coming to rescue you. That means you'll sit there and wait and wait and wait with absolutely nobody coming to help. Very unprofessional and rude!

I got a university suburban stuck in the sand near Topock, AZ, while doing geologic fieldwork. After I called around, Bill called me back and quoted me $400 cheaper than anyone, and was confident on the phone about his ability to help me out of my situation (unlike the other tow companies). It turns out some dune-buggiers helped me out of the sand, but I felt the need to write a review because I was so impressed with how he handled my situation and that he was not going to overcharge me just because he knew I was in a university vehicle using university funds. Definitely seems like the kind of business that is not going to screw you over for some extra cash. Thanks!

Friendly personal had free run of the yard, didn't find the parts I needed but my friend found there's reasonable prices close by an never busy great for Ford f150 parts mustangs,,part 2.) Second trip my friend found more parts for her Honda an after a hour an twenty dollars we were on are way back home with plenty of daylight left to do the repairs thankyou again

Not suitable to tow diesel trucks, tow truck is to small, don't carry correct fittings for air tanks, to release trailer brakes. Dropped my diesel while hoisting it up, now, have a squeaking sound, when i apply brakes, damaged hub cap, had to replace, because leaking, towed trailer, with brakes applied, trailer was smoking so bad, thought it was on fire and now have to replace brakes because they have cracks in them. Over charged me because, they and the service provider, failed to pinpoint my location.

My experience has been excellent and comprehensive the folks over there made an extra effort to help me out when my car broke down and when I locked my keys out of the car they went above and beyond to work with us over payment and car care thanks to everyone over there for making it easier to get back on the road

Great place to send that unneeded car or to shop around for some great deals on 2nd hand parts some are like brand new -Bill Meyer always gives the best and fairest deal when it comes to his wrecking yard. Lol I could and have spent many hours crawling through his very extensive inventory of cars and parts - I've found many hard to find parts there and if you can't find it , then have them order it! Go check them out on route 66

Bill went way above and beyond to help me when I had a rear end issue with my truck. Extremely reasonable prices, and did way more to help me then I could ever expect.

Needed a tow from Goff Road to Needles. Tow truck driver was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Turned out the truck repair shop couldn't help - needed another tow from Needles to Las Vegas. (Ouch!) Same driver - and his knowledge of his truck and how it handles saved our rig (26,000lb class 6 Box truck) from flipping over on its side while in tow- during a spectacular accident on I215. (Accident was NOT the tow driver's fault, and he was AWESOME in his handling and driving.)

I've called this guy 4 times to pick up a car and had a agreement with how much he was willing to pay it's been three days and he keeps me waiting by the phone for his call for when he's going to pick it up and gives me no estimate of when he might call or come very bad work ethics

NOBODY THERE FULL TIME !!! Real hard to pull parts when their kicking ya out for an errand, halfway through pulling a part. So you end up wasting gas and time to end up with nothing. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR BUYER!!!
