Serpentine belt broke on interstate. We called them, and they said come on in. They found the belt and replaced it and had it running within 20 minutes. Very professional!
I went to them for simple tire repair they made up false reason not to fix my tire . Then was so out rages they made fake claim against me of have drugs in my vehicle when I had dog food bag and wash going to laundry . I'm just turned sixty they were out rages disgrace of terrible indecency behavior from place That was said I be able to trust . I told I getting out abusive relationship couldn't afford new tire they trying to get me to buy but to lie and behave such disgusting behavior because I didn't have lot money fall for their push for new tires to abuse their connection with authority make fake accusations against older woman just need help .

Took my v-10 ford pickup to them for overheat problem 3 times. First time replaced surp belt and a gasket leaking off EGR sent me out door with $300 bill. Telling me they fixed it. Went 3 miles going home overheated took back. Replaced thermostat and holding tank radiator cap. Said was fixed. Paid another $200 to $300 . Took back two days later overheating again. Flushed system and said faulty thermostat and put in a new one. Billed me another $250. Didn't even get outta town last night she overheated again. Curious to see if they refund me my money back so I can take it to a different mech. if not I'll never do business there again. Will keep people posted on what happens. Update next morning test drove with mech and pickup did overheat brought into shop added antifreeze and let it run with cap off. Possible an air pocket. Drove it home and back to beaver crossing no problems yet. Well see what happens. Atleast they took the time to look and didn't charge me this time. So far so good. Update again today parked truck at home cooled off left house blew again. Not happy but told take elsewhere. Guess I may be looking for another mechanic.
This gas station saved by butt when my low fuel light came on! I fueled up grabbed a cold soda from the vending mechene and got back to my road trip!!!
Best auto shop I have ever been to didnt over price at all. Nicest people I have ever met I was going through a rough time these guys were there for my every need. I would give this place 10 starts if it was possible I cannot stress how amazing the service here was. I reccomendthis place over any auto shop out there.
In all of our 13 years this was one of the best experiences we've had with mechanic shop while one our trucks were on the road. Very friendly staff and they also give the best references.
They are honest, hard working people who don't rip you off. They gave us very fair bill, usually around this area we get charged very high.
They arranged for all the parts and got our truck worked on and running asap. Thank you. Cindy was especially awesome.
My son's vehicle broke down, no way to get it, Potter's hauled it away. Sent them the title immediately because the vehicle was not worth fixing. My son called to pay them the tow fee once he was back in the states from work, and they dinged him $600 for almost 2 months storage...on a vehicle they immediately owned and had the title to. Dirty business. No loyalty to a kid trying to do the right thing. People like Potter's are what's wrong with the world.
While my sons tire blew out on I 80 he had a spare on the wrong rim. Even right at closing time they stayed and drove out to the off ramp and picked up the two tires and went back changed them to the working rim and brought them both back! IN RECORD TIME!? Thanks EJ for your help!
I'm a otr driver with prime and had broken down on I 80 they came out diagnosed the cause of the problem and fixed it quickly. Very nice people and great service. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
I was passing thru on interstate 80 on Sunday when a hose on the turbo on my f350 blew off. After trying and failing many times to hook this all back up, I ended up getting in touch with EJ (the owner of Potters).
First off its Sunday as I mentioned and he took the call. Secondly he was more than happy to take my problem on right away. It was determined I need a new hose to my Turbo.Getting hose to replace my defective one was a problem and his solution was to take one off his person 350 to get me back on the road, In all my years I have never had a repair shop do this type of thing for me. It was one of the kindest things thats ever been done for me on the road. I was with my two daughters and heading to a family reunion in Arizona.
Suffice it to say that I was extremely impressed with their service, efficiency and overall attitudes toward their customers.
Its a shame I live out of state, I would drive 50 miles out of my way to have this guy work on my truck.

This place is amazing! My wife and I were stranded on the side of the interstate. They towed us to their shop, drove us to a hotel, then picked us up in the morning to take us to our car. Their pricing is fair and they do excellent work.
