Clearly they do not like to answer their phone. I have tried MULTIPLE times today 1/2/2026 to contact them by phone before closing, but no answer on any of the three options for assistance. The message states you can leave a message and they will get back to you, but they do not list the TIMELINESS of getting back to the customer. This is crucial if you live out of town and someone is traveling to Gering, to see if they potentially have a needed part. Big ZERO for willingness to help customers. Will take my business elsewhere where the business actually answers the phone.
I went there for a part and I was a couple dollars short. They said "don't worry about it." They gave me a discount so I could leave with what I needed. They saved me about $230.00. Thanks fellas.
Billy was great to work with. He got us a same day quote and a fair price, more than I was expecting! Our SUV didn’t run, so he came to Sidney and picked it up from our driveway, free of charge. We will definitely be working with them again.
Looking though other reviews, it's unfortunate that these situations are typical for salvage yards to have to deal with and I would not let any of the negative reviews sway you away from doing business with them.
Got a part shipped to NC for my BMW E30 from Midwest.
They were wonderful in confirming it was exactly the part I needed (ECM upgrade from a later model E30 so not model specific).
Shipping was very prompt and packaging was more than adequate to protect the delicate electronics.

Never again. They sell you used parts for new price that only half of the part fits your make/model then won't take them back for a replacement or adjustment. They suggested that I could donate it back but that was all. Then to make matters worse, the mother of the part owner feels it necessary to send me private Facebook pms voicing her hurt feelings towards my public opinion about my experience with them. Save yourself the headache. Buy new. Dishonest and unscrupulous practices and quite frankly creepy weird experience. Small towns. Ugh
A good resource to have in Scottsbluff. Have done business here on occasions at Midwest for over 15 years and have always been treated right as well as nearly always finding what I was needing at the time, and at a fair prices too. Have saved a nice amount of money through the years by purchasing used parts here for my various rides. The guys are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, helping to track down what's needed in the event they don't have your want on site. Am thankful that we have this decent salvage yard here. Hopefully they'll be there for a long while to come.
Every part I have gotten from there either doesn't work like it supposed to damaged or other and will never warranty anything I'm done dealing with them
We made a rather large purchase from these guys that required some special attention. They did a superb job and everything arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. Very friendly guys. They can expect further orders from us. Thank you.
Not a good place to get parts from. Say they will get a part for you and they never call to let you know if they got the part or not. Most everything is more expensive then new stuff you can buy online with free shipping.
Great place to do business, They have a vast selection of parts and get new inventory almost daily... If they dont have it on hand they definitely can order what you need.
Used parts warranty offered as well.

Great used auto supply place! I have bought numerous parts here, and they always serve the individual customer with the same great service as they would with the major body shops. I recently bought a license plate light fixture from them for my car, which wasn't a large money making item for Midwest, but they had it pulled from a wrecked car and ready for me within a day!
