They know how to put a custmer's need first! Is not the statement I would used. There was two younger guys working the counter and a friend of theirs was in the store, I needed a part for my car and walked around the whole store for about 20 minutes l, the two workers never acknowledged me, not even a hi can I help you... nothing. Oreillys you lost a sale today I have always expected better service from this company and over the past year or two it has been going down hill

Would be nice if store hours were correct before driving 20+ miles just to find out your not open...

this is the worst store i ever been in. not the worst part store but the worst store ever! the worst selection and the worst customer service!!!

Convenient place. Has everything I need, even something that I couldn't get at other places. Glad it's here. Clean and organized as well.

The woman and an older gentleman there are the only ones with customer service skills. The young male and the guy with the handle bar mustache are always preoccupied and rude.

Called ahead, they had my parts pulled before I got there. The gent even helped me CHANGE the parts on my car!!!! This place rocks!!

Absolutely love this place. Great service and their parts are very reliable. it was my first visit to the wahoo location. these young kids know their stuff and they've got good heads on their shoulders. Very kind and very helpful. I would recommend

If I could I’d give zero stars. Firstly no one there knows a thing about cars. Second they ordered the wrong part for what I needed and third they charged / tested my BRAND NEW battery I just bought three days ago and said it was bad when we said it was bought from Walmart. Walmart tested and charged the battery and its perfectly fine. Won’t be buying here again. Learn how to do your jobs correctly.

I would give them another star if the manager wasn't so cranky. It seems like he doesn't want to be there and talks to you like you're a five year old. The other workers are a lot nicer.

Normally have great experience at any oreilly’s I stop at regardless of location until I found wahoo Nebraska’s location. When you call the store and ask if they would say open an extra five minutes so you can come in and they say yes, just to find out when you get there on the time you said and they still closed the store and wouldn’t even look at you or say nothing to you and get in their vehicles and drive off... so now just wasted 40 mile round trip for nothing and don’t even get an explanation. That’s great customer service. There are plenty of other automotive parts stores for me to Choose from that has beyond excellent customer service.

Very unpleasant. The fat bald guy tries to make you feel like an idiot. They don't know everything about cars. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!

Good place for parts, maybe they got to much of a know it all attitude. They're not as know it all as they think.
