Fast service @ 7:30 AM ! Son was stopped on interstate off of 84th street, ( yes blocking traffic) called about 6 other tow trucks and either don’t have a driver or they were unavailable. Quality Towing was fast and Gentle man was polite. If I need a tow again I will definitely use Quality towing.

Broke down after purchasing a used car. AAA doesn't tow unless the car is already registered. Had to Google the closest company I could find. Hunter was very quick. Easy to talk to and since his next call was right by my house the boss permitted him to drop me home so that I didn't have to call an uber. Wonderful service!

I needed my car towed from my daughter’s dance studio on 45th & Bedford to my house in Millard last night because it wouldn’t start. Another parent gave us a ride home so on the way I called Quality. They told me they would need my keys so I was trying to make arrangements to get back down there to meet them. They called back and said a driver was already in my neighborhood so he would just come grab my keys that way I could enjoy the rest of my evening. I was so appreciative. That took a ton of stress off my plate. They did as promised and picked up my keys and got my car back to my house. They were also very fast about it.
Fast forward to today, I had to call them again to get my car towed to the mechanic. I didn’t have that lined up last night. The same driver, Hunter came today. He was putting my Caron the truck and it started. Hunter asked if I just wanted to drive it down to the mechanic. I asked what the charge would be for their time for showing up for the tow. Quality decided not to charge me today!

Have had awful luck with my vehicle the last month. Tried to drive home after being told my engine was basically failing, and my check engine light began flashing on 144th and Blondo. Called these fine folks and was given a 30-45 minute wait time. Andrew was there in 20 minutes at most! He was wonderful, friendly, and we had a good chat plus some laughs on the way to Bellevue. He is a gem of a man, incredibly kind, and is great at his job. I hope management sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves!! Thank you Quality Auto Towing, and especially Andrew, for making what was a VERY stressful day a little less awful. Will be saving their number in my phone!
I got in a car accident on 1/31. Quality towing showed up with the police even though I didn’t want to use them. They had my car for less than 24 hours and charged me $361, which is not anywhere near the price of other towing companies. They took advantage of an unfortunate situation and even not so kindly called my boyfriend to tell him he doesn’t appreciate us asking for more information on the price and to “get out of their lot.” Not to mention their office was open, the gate was open, and everyone was out on a call so nothing was secure. I did all the right things and I wish they would have too. Their “Quality” towing- is poor.
Ernesto is a blessing! He started my car and went with me to O’Reilly’s to make sure that my car made it. I was able to buy a battery and be on my way. Without Ernesto’s help I wouldn’t have been able to get the problem fixed so quickly (my car hasn’t started in over a week). Ernesto is a very warm and caring person and it was great to meet him!
I will definitely call Quality if I need help in the future!

Our daughter was traveling on I-80 from Lincoln to Omaha for work. I assume a loose load traveling ahead of her lost a wheelchair. The vehicle ahead of her had collided with it, and continued driving. The wheelchair debris (one of the large wheels) was lodged under her car.
We contacted Quality Towing and the friendly gentleman on the phone sent the tow very quickly. They arrived within minutes of the call, lifted our daughters car removed the debris and waited for her to safely merge back with traffic onto the busy I-80 flow. As a worried parent, I was so relieved she safely continued down the road.
I contacted the tow company to take care of the charge, and I was told there wasn't anything due. The gentleman on the phone said, the owner had made that decision not to charge us for that. WOW! Excellent customer interaction, and service. I felt the least I could do was write them a good review.

Blew a tire on Highway 34 right at the Nebraska/Iowa border...without a spare. I called a few tow shops and because I have a lowered car, couldn't really help. Finally I got a recommendation from a shop to call Quality and I'm glad I did.
They got me someone within the hour. I'm terrible with names. But super nice guy, took care to not damage my car, and unloaded it just as gingerly.
Really appreciate Quality Auto Repair & Towing for helping out. Hopefully I never have to use them again! But if I have to get another tow...it'll be these guys for sure
My diesel pusher motorhome was stranded on a berm on I 80 in Omaha. I have a policy that i pay for that covers towing. They called Quality Auto Repair and Towing. I got a call asking me about the coach's specifics and they said that they would be out within a half an hour. They were. Two monster trucks arrived. (Two beautiful works of mechanical art BTW....I'm a motorhead) The two gentleman proceed to hook the coach and removed the driveshaft appropriately. These guys are definitley pros. I followed them to the repair facility and the move was smooth. I have heard horror stories from friends about having these big motorhomes towed and my experience was just the opposite. My vehicle randomly died on me and they quoted me est. 60 mins, 30 mins later my vehicle is hooked and we are headed to the repair shop! The owner himself thought how hot it must be waiting outside in 100 degree weather and with all his employees busy he came to the rescue!

Was having trouble with my vehicle and needed to get it towed into the dealership. I was waiting for my roadside assistance from insurance to go through, but after waiting for so long - I went ahead and gave quality auto a call and they were incredibly friendly and fast. Ernesto came to tow my vehicle and he is hands down the nicest person I’ve ever met! He was so incredibly gentle with the car and showed me everything he was doing, while alap educating me. Definitely learned a lot of new things about towing vehicles. When we got to the dealership, he made sure to test the battery himself - to see if that were the problem, so to save me from having to spend a lot at the dealership. When we figured out the problem was the battery, he made sure that the guys at the dealership were going to take care of me and gave me some pointers on what to look out for. He made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. Definitely 100000% recommend! And will ALWAYS recommend them if anyone is in a pinch! My family and I were stranded in Omaha, Nebraska after an oil change company and another town left a double gasket on or oil filter. my wife is a coach of my son. The soccer team was not gonna be able to make the game. Chane who usually operates the heavy equipment changed his truck to come help us. Shane told me to oil change place sat and waited for them to be able to change my oil and instead of just dropping the truck off and having me or the oil change Push the truck Into the station. The oil change place did not have my oil filter and Shane then drove me to get an Oil filter for my truck. the first place did not have my oil filter and he took me to the next parts shop. Really appreciated the help! This is a great towing company highly recommend!!
Chance towed my semi and trailer for me. About 1700 lbs shy of being 80k. This wasnt an issue for him at all! He was excellent, friendly, and very skilled. He doesn't take short cuts, he's safe, and professional. Quality actually had no trucks available when i called, due to flooding and containers washing into a bridge, but he sent Chance, who was already on his way to another job. Very skilled driver. As an elderly woman I was rather unnerved by the whole event. I started having a meltdown (crying, shaking, etc). I’m not sure why but I asked Anthony if he could hug me. He was so very sweet and gave me an big old bear hug. What a guy! That’s service above and beyond just a tow. I would highly recommend Quality Towing, not only for their quick response but for the exceptional understanding of this employee to alleviate my fears. Kudos!

In my hour of need, I turned to Google for help finding a tow service when my insurance "emergency assistance" let me down. Quality had rave reviews, so I dialed with fingers crossed, and am I ever glad I did. The phone was answered quickly, and my beloved Tucson was soon rescued from her cold place on the side of I-80 and delivered without incident to the dealership.

My daughter's car broke a ball joint and CV axle in the parking lot of our local high school. She was blocking traffic and so speed was important. Chance showed up within 10-20 minutes of calling, which was awesome. He was professional and recommended an auto shop for us to get the car fixed.
I broke down on I-80 a couple of weeks ago around 1am so I started calling wrecker services closest to me and after calling multiple companies that didn't answer or said couldn't go. Quality answered immediately said could be there in approximately 25 minutes and they did show up in a nice clean rollback, loaded up my vehicle quickly and I was very happy to get off the side of the interstate.
